September 2007 Focus Pick Update
Naturally Iowa, Inc. (OTCPK: NLIA)
Pre-Market Open News Alert
Naturally Iowa, Inc. Featured as a Presenting Company at “Biodegradable Plastics in Packaging Applications” Conference
Our New September Focus Pick Naturally Iowa (NLIA) spiked up early yesterday morning to hit a high of .75 per share, a short-term bonanza over our profile price of .25 per share. The announcement yesterday that Mr. Dano Strong joined the management team was tremendous news due to his solid background with a “who’s who” list of food and dairy companies, particularly Ben & Jerry’s Homemade Ice Cream. The Green Baron Report believes his experience and existing contacts will likely garner significant distribution deals in the near future.
Naturally Iowa is trading like an initial public offering right now. The stock will likely have wild swings up and down until it can find a price to settle at. We profiled the stock at .25 per share and we believe this is an ideal price area to own the stock. Later in the day yesterday, NLIA traded as low as .25 per share before a late day rally took it back up to close at .37 per share.
We suggest members place bids on NLIA between .22 per share and .34 per share for the time being. Although NLIA may continue to have spike rallies, we want our members in the stock as low as possible. If NLIA trades down at all today, we strongly suggest that our members grab any shares available. We think that NLIA will continue to surprise investors with very positive developments.
Naturally Iowa is expected to gain worldwide attention for its biodegradable bottles made from corn. Today’s announcement regarding Naturally Iowa being a featured company at an industry conference supports the esteemed recognition that we expect will come over and over again to this special company. See reprint of press release below.
Clarinda, Iowa, September 14, 2007 – Naturally Iowa Inc. (OTCPK: NLIA) the world’s first and only dairy that is manufacturing biodegradable bottles made from corn in its dairy processing production plant, today announced that Naturally Iowa, Inc. was featured as a presenting company at the “Biodegradable Plastics in Packaging Applications” Conference. The Conference is sponsored by IntertechPira and is held in Chicago, Illinois from September 13th to September 14th.
According to the IntertechPira summary of the “Biodegradable Plastics in Packaging Applications” conference on their web site (www.intertechusa.com), the Conference seeks to address some of the major issues in sustainable packaging and consumer pressure for “green” solutions: “There are growing concerns about the depletion of non-renewable raw materials and increasing consumer pressure for more environmentally friendly packaging. Retailers and brand owners need to be seen, to be green and biodegradable plastics is the answer. Sustainability is becoming a standard for the industry as consumers demand packaging that is as good for the environment as the product it’s designed to protect. All the indicators suggest the price gap between traditional plastics and their biodegradable alternatives will continue to narrow, which presents an excellent opportunity for you to differentiate yourself from the fierce competition. The whole packaging supply chain can benefit by adding value to the pack through these novel materials.” (Source: IntertechPira web site, which can be viewed by clicking on the following link: http://www.intertechusa.com/conferences/conferenceDetail.aspx?displayDetail=overview&WCID=251)

See Our Top 10 Reasons to Own Naturally Iowa Today!
This is a moment we believe all Green Baron members will remember forever. It is the moment that you first heard about a company that we think will become a HOUSEHOLD NAME. We challenge everyone living in The United States to check your refrigerator and freezer in six months to a year and see if we were right. In the meantime, we introduce a stock idea that we firmly believe is ahead of the curve and in the perfect market for high growth.
The Green Baron Report is proud to announce that Naturally Iowa, Inc. (OTCPK: NLIA) is officially our 64th fully profiled stock and will be added to our storied list of previously profiled stocks on our home page. Results compiled from the most recent trade possible prior to dissemination of this report to the subsequent high will be monitored at www.thegreenbaron.com. Although we have very aggressive short and long term expectations for this stock, we still suggest our members try to accumulate as close to the profile price as possible.
Naturally Iowa is a producer of superior organic and all-natural dairy products. The Company’s 28,500 sq. ft. manufacturing/processing facility located in Clarinda, Iowa (about 1.5 hours from Omaha, NE, Kansas City, MO, and Des Moines, IW) is a fully certified dairy processing plant which meets all organic and IMS (Interstate Milk Shippers) criteria for the processing of milk, in the production of yogurt, and ice cream as well as the manufacturing of PLA bottles.
The Green Baron Report has been conducting research into Naturally Iowa for over six months. The result of our hours upon hours of in-depth discussions with management and interested parties is a long list of solid reasons to own this stock now. We have narrowed our list here to ten, but in all honesty, there are so much more.
Naturally Iowa is the first dairy in the world to package its organic products in revolutionary PLA Packaging (Polylactic Acid) made from corn that biodegrades in an industrial grade compost pile or landfill in 60 to 100 days. (Hmmm – I bet Hollywood would love this – we’ll just have to wait and see)
In addition to earning its Certificate of Organic Operation by the Iowa Organic Certification Program, a Food Safety Systems & Sanitation Audit conducted by a respected third party Randolph Associates, Inc. awarded Naturally Iowa a very high score of 94.5 out 100. A passing score is 85.
Naturally Iowa is the only dairy in the world to have IMS (Interstate Milk Shippers) certification and approval to manufacture PLA bottles in their production facility and the only dairy in the world that is IMS certified to ship milk products across state lines and internationally in PLA packaging.
Demand for organic dairy products is growing at 21.46% annually according to the Organic Trade Association (OTA Manufacturers survey 2006). Organic food consumption in the United States is the fastest growing segment of the overall food industry and is now a $17 billion dollar a year industry ($4.5 billion for organic dairy products) with double digit growth projected by the industry for the next decade. The market size in The United States for all dairy production of milk, ice cream and yogurt is roughly $54 billion annually according to Stagnito Communications. The trend indicates a market shift to organic and natural dairy products.
High barriers to entry exist for new businesses seeking to enter the organic dairy market due to strict federal, state and third party certification requirements. Additionally, there are only a handful of commercial producers of organic ice cream in the United States today, with Naturally Iowa being one of them. Naturally Iowa through an agreement with PLA Supply Company has the right of first refusal on PLA Supply Company’s monthly allotment of PLA resin.
Naturally Iowa has the production capacity to co-pack for other organic and “all-natural” brands to generate cash flow. The production and sale of PLA bottles is an additional source of revenue. The Company has the ability to distribute all its products nationally.
Naturally Iowa is using the cold separation method for processing its raw milk, along with conventional pasteurization of the raw product. A majority of commercial dairies in the U.S. today use a pasteurization process called UHT, or ultra high temperature pasteurization. This is a process whereby the raw milk is flash heated for several seconds at temperatures of 275°F or more. The results of this high temperature process are to not only kill all of the bad bacteria, but most of the good bacteria as well. And along with killing most of the good bacteria, the beneficial enzymes are destroyed in the process, along with the good bacteria. On the other hand Naturally Iowa uses age old conventional methods of processing raw milk whereby the product is flash heated to 178°F for 6 seconds, well below boiling, thereby killing all of the bad bacteria, yet preserving most of the good bacteria and beneficial enzymes. The Company believes that by using this age old method Naturally Iowa’s dairy products maintain a high level of nutritional value, superior taste and quality.
Production of its own proprietary blend of Organic Drinkable Yogurt includes its own exclusive extended life probiotic that last 49 days, among the longest lasting probiotic in the industry today. It is anticipated that the drinkable yogurt products will become the greatest profit center for Naturally Iowa due to its proprietary formula and unique properties that are beneficial to the immune and digestive systems. (see more at Drinkable Yogurt under Products)
Among its list of current clients is the largest wholesale club in United States. Its members can now purchase organic milk marked as Kirkland Signature. Due to the management team’s deep experience in the food and dairy sector, The Green Baron Report believes the Company will aggressively pursue its marketing and distribution goals to further penetrate the marquee big store chains and supermarkets.
Of the 173,563,556 share issued and outstanding, 155 million are restricted shares held by management and Company insiders. That leaves only 18,563,556 shares that are free trading, and the vast majority of these shares are believed to be held in strong hands. It is our experience that newly traded stocks in hot markets and a similar share structure rally significantly in the first year of trading. Due in part to the visionary leadership of a veteran management team and the Company’s unique market positioning, The Green Baron Report believes NLIA will be actively trading above $1 per share by the end of the year.
The Green Baron Report believes Naturally Iowa could become one of the most talked about low priced stocks over the next several months due in part to many of the “firsts” in its industry. Some of these “firsts” include using PLA packaging for its organic products, its IMS approval to manufacture bottles in the plant, and its certification to ship milk products with PLA packaging across state lines and internationally.
Do not be surprised if you see this company appear on television shows that focus on “green” technology or environmentally conscious stocks to own. Naturally Iowa is doing its part to reduce dependence on foreign oil and utilize America’s surplus corn crop by creating bottles that can serve as a model for viable alternatives to petroleum based plastics.
About Naturally Iowa
History: Naturally Iowa (Symbol: NLIA) began with one simple idea: bringing back the goodness of locally produced, organic and all-natural milk products. Co-founders William Horner and Steve Williams both grew up on farms in Southwest Iowa, and later returned to farming after completing their education. In 2002, the two partnered to create a consortium of small dairy farmers, banding together to add value to their main product – raw milk. They applied for a VADG grant from USDA, and proceeded to put their plans into action.
Wishing to place their superior dairy products in containers that would not harm the environment, the Naturally Iowa group found a revolutionary type of plastic made from corn that biodegrades in the compost bin or local landfill. Naturally Iowa developed a working partnership with Cargill, Inc., and became the world’s first dairy to use PLA bottling. Dozens of public and private companies joined in Naturally Iowa’s vision, and organic milk in PLA bottles landed on grocery store shelves in October, 2005. The Company’s main product lines are organic and all-natural fluid milk, ice cream and drinkable yogurt.
Naturally Iowa’s organic farmers never use chemicals or other harmful additives, and always work toward farming practices that maximize soil, water and natural habit conservation. Naturally Iowa therefore supports and encourages the growth of the small family farm by providing an outlet to sell their organic and all-natural milk.
Products
Fluid Milk: All Naturally Iowa milk comes from organic certified small dairy farms and all-natural farms and is cold-separated. The vast majority of commercial dairies pasteurize their milk at an Ultra High Temperatures which gives it a longer shelf life, but compromises the taste of the way real fresh Naturally Iowa milk tastes. Naturally Iowa maintains that it is this cold-separation methodology and the age old method of conventional pasteurization that maintains the good bacteria and enzymes, yet still kills the bad bacteria. Naturally Iowa argues that high temperature pasteurization robs milk of the good bacteria and enzymes. All Naturally Iowa milk is filled in bottles made from corn – PLA.
Ice Cream: All Naturally Iowa ice cream is made from organic and all-natural milk, cream, and other high quality organic ingredients. It is formulated by Mr. Bill Lambert, who has been making superior ice cream for fifty years and is considered a leader in the ice cream industry. Naturally Iowa brand ice cream is packed in pints and/or quarts which feature a PLA shrink-wrap, yet another unique packaging signature. Naturally Iowa packs its natural and organic ice cream in three gallon tubs, and its heritage brand, Falk’s Ice Cream (founded in 1933) in half gallon containers.
The Green Baron Report’s Editor in Chief had the pleasure to sample five flavors of Falk’s Ice Cream – Pure Natural Vanilla, Granny’s Fudge Chocolate, Original Lemon Custard, Fresh Strawberry Patch, and Old Fashioned Coffee. The cartons promise to deliver “Less butterfat richer tasting homemade style ice cream”. The Original Lemon Custard in particular is like nothing else available and, in this writer’s opinion, could be the best ice cream made. The rest of the flavors are simply delicious. Our hope is that everyone in the country will someday be able to visit their local supermarket and find this ice cream. We are confident this hope will soon become reality.
Drinkable Yogurt: Probiotics have long been known to be beneficial in the digestive process. Evidence of decrease of diarrhea illnesses, and restoration of “good” bacteria in the digestive tract along with relief of the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, allergies, and even its effects on cancer, are all attributed to adding probiotics to one’s diet. The American Academy of Microbiology noted that “at present, the quality of probiotics to consumers in food products around the world is unreliable”.
Naturally Iowa’s line of organic drinkable yogurt has three years of research and development behind it. The formulations of flavors (mango, raspberry, blueberry, mixed berry, strawberry, and peach) will stand out in the marketplace because of superior taste and texture, a laboratory proven extended life probiotic (Iowa State University Food & Tech Laboratory) and a full-color PLA shrink-wrap in a PLA bottle, and a lower price point per ounce that the competitor(s). This product promises to be Naturally Iowa’s flagship product.
PLA Packaging: (Polylactic Acid) NatureWorks LLC, a company owned by Cargill, Inc. pioneered this revolutionary compostable plastic resin ten years ago. As a “start up” organic dairy, the management of Naturally Iowa seized the opportunity to conduct the necessary research and development, along with their strategic partner Norland International, to take the resin produced by Natureworks, and build preforms that blow bottles from eight ounce to half gallons. In fact, Naturally Iowa, with Norland International’s equipment, blow the bottles in their plant at Clarinda, Iowa.
Management
Naturally Iowa is led by an experienced management team with in-depth knowledge and experience in organic farming, dairy production, ice cream formulation, and dairy product marketing. Most members of the management team have spent the majority of their careers in the dairy and agricultural industry, with a combined experience of over 100 years.
In the coming weeks and months, The Green Baron Report has plans to introduce our members and the investment community to key executives of the management team through our webcast interviews. We seek to draw out information that will be both educational and insightful.
First Press Release – Today, September 12
Naturally Iowa Inc., an organic and all-natural dairy processor and producer, completes Reverse Merger and becomes a Publicly Traded Company
Clarinda, Iowa, September 12, 2007 – Naturally Iowa Inc. (OTCPK: NLIA) the world’s first and only dairy that is manufacturing biodegradable bottles made from corn in its dairy processing production plant, today announced it is a publicly traded Company, completing a reverse merger into a public entity.
Naturally Iowa Inc., (www.naturallyiowa.com) operating through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Naturally Iowa, LLC, is a fully certified organic dairy processor that produces superior organic and all-natural fluid milk, ice cream and drinkable yogurt. Naturally Iowa distinguishes itself from other dairy processors and producers by offering the highest quality organic and all-natural dairy products packaged in an environmentally-friendly, sustainable container that completely biodegrades in 60 to 100 days in an industrial compost facility.
“Our management team believes the time is right and it is in the best interest of Naturally Iowa to enter the public marketplace,” said William Horner, Naturally Iowa’s co-founder and CEO. “With the continued growth of the organic and all-natural dairy sector into the mainstream of the U.S. and international marketplace, we feel the advantages of being a publicly traded company at this point in history will benefit Naturally Iowa and allow us to achieve sustainable growth for the future.”
According to a nine year study by the Organic Trade Association (OTA) for their Manufacturer’s Survey, with data gathered from 1997 to 2005, demand for organic and natural dairy products has grown at an average rate of 21.46% percent annually in the United States for the period of their study.
Given the present market environment, Naturally Iowa will seek to grow the Company internally as well as pursue strategic acquisitions. As a private company, Naturally Iowa, LLC purchased the assets of Falk’s Classic Homemade Ice Cream Company in 2004, a major milestone for the Company. Falk’s originated on a dairy farm in Essex, Iowa, in 1933, and Naturally Iowa has continued the tradition of using only the freshest, all-natural ingredients in addition to adding an organic line to the Falk’s label. “We believe that by positioning the Company in the public markets, this will not only enhance our ability to grow internally, it will also be invaluable in allowing the Company to continue to make strategic acquisitions such as Falk’s, as we move forward,” Horner said.
Along with the clear market trend toward organic and natural foods is the movement toward sustainable resources, and socially responsible, environmentally-friendly corporate practices. Naturally Iowa is positioned to be a leader in sustainable resource management with its biodegradable dairy containers, and socially responsible farming and dairy production processes. “Naturally Iowa is the first and only dairy in the world that is certified to produce biodegradable PLA containers made from corn. These containers will biodegrade in 60 to 100 days in an industrial landfill or compost pile. Additionally, we are the only dairy in the world that is IMS (Interstate Milk Shippers) approved to ship PLA bottles across state lines and internationally,” Horner said. To keep track of all of the latest developments with Naturally Iowa, visit our web site at www.naturallyiowa.com.
Green Baron Conclusion
The Green Baron Report believes the Naturally Iowa story is going to catch fire. This is a real deal, with real people, real products, and a real mission. Newly issued stocks have a tendency to take off particularly in the first several months of trading for many reasons. Most companies like this are anxious to identify its progressive developments since its shares now trade publicly, and we believe NLIA has a lot to talk about.
NLIA is the equivalent of an IPO. We believe this is a chance for investors to enter this stock at the ground floor, and we would suggest accumulation as low as possible before it gets away. We believe the organic dairy industry will be led by trusted, accredited operations like Naturally Iowa. The wholesome name, image, packaging, and graphics used on all its products together with contacts of management will likely springboard product placement into major chain stores.
The revolutionary PLA packaging made from corn is a marketing dream for Naturally Iowa. There is no telling how much free publicity that the Company will receive from this innovative use of corn based resin. The superior taste of Naturally Iowa’s ice cream will likely draw rave reviews, and based on our market analysis of the yogurt sector, drinkable yogurt could become the Company’s most successful product rollout. All members should consider getting a taste of NLIA shares now!

Esprit Financial Group Inc. (Esprit) (EFGO.PK) Releases Financial Statements for 1st quarter 2007
Last Update: 1:30 PM ET May 15, 2007
LAS VEGAS, May 15, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Esprit Financial Group Inc. (ESPRIT) (EFGO.PK) www.espritfinancialgroup.com released its quarterly financial statements today.
The Company made significant progress in the last quarter of 2007, showing a net profit of $2,753.00 versus a loss in the previous quarter of $168,409.00, an improvement of over $170,000.00. Income increased by 25% in the current quarter.
The net profit includes $40,000.00 in accrued development costs. On an adjusted basis, profit, excluding planned web development, would be $42,753.00, or about $.07 cents per 100k shares outstanding.
With a commitment to running a lean operation, the monthly burn rate (operating expenses) has also been reduced by about 28%. Key savings have been achieved in rent & utilities and salaries, wages and benefits partially offset by outsourcing website development. The savings achieved are in excess of $70,000.00.
Cash on hand increased by $523,307.00 from $342,208.00 to $865,515.00, due to certain recently announced financing activity and the sale of the Global-Vision company.
Importantly, the current revenue run rate is adequate to maintain ongoing operations as an ongoing concern.
Esprit CEO Garr Winters commented; "This is a first step for us, as we move the Company forward towards our goal of providing a diversified portfolio of Internet enabled financial products and services. The first quarter results do not include the revenue streams of any of our new divisions. We do not foresee a major impact on revenue immediately, but do anticipate gradual and significant growth of top-line revenue through the rest of the year as the new products and services go live and begin to ramp up to full operation. In short, we have a stable base, and envision continued long-term growth moving forward. Our strong current asset position gives us the ability to execute on our long-term strategic plan without delays".
Winters added; "We are currently putting some realistic numbers together on a pragmatic basis to generate revenue targets. This will require some serious analysis, as many of the contracts being developed can have a significant impact on overall revenue. Realistically, we won't close every deal we're working on. Our approach will be to err on the side of caution. We hope to be able to provide more detailed guidance in the near future".
The financial statements are available for download at the corporate website on the Town Hall page http://espritfinancialgroup.com/Forum.html and are currently in the queue to be posted to the Pink Sheets, where they should be publicly available shortly.
