When I had my Morgan Stanley account I was told by my friend and broker that the policy of the company would not allow me to purchase any penny stocks.
I have had NO problem buying or selling SMME stock over the last 10 plus years through my old firm, Scottrade or my new one, TDAmeritrade.
clarity on your response would be helpful...what are you saying?
Would you be more specific? A few more details? :}
What kind of news???
What was his reply? Did he say anything about how the right-to-try bill would affect the trials at hand or patient's ability to use it?
And they said it would never happen...
NEW YORK, May 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SmartMetric, Inc. (SMME), SmartMetric is pleased to announce that through its newly appointed security card distributor, Groupo Datco it has secured a sale for the SmartMetric multi-function biometric security and identity card. “We are delighted to see that our newly formed sales and marketing relationship with Groupo Datco is now delivering results. The exciting thing about this new strategic sale is the University has agreed to have its campus used as a demonstration installation allowing Datco to show others including businesses and Government the working biometric card said SmartMetric’s President & CEO, Chaya Hendrick”
6.6 million shares traded at $.00046 average price per share, very close to the Ask.....what could this mean?
Don't know how....I did contact the Investor Relations company listed on the website....no response yet.
Anyone know how to contact the Board of Directors and ask the question?
If the product is good think someone will pick up the company?
Sorry...but what sad news are you referring to?
The number cards manufactured is immaterial because they would only be for testing purposes. If a million cards were manufactured now they would have cost the company working capital and been sitting on a shelf.
As for the sales of The Card, I see every investment I make as a risk. I am, as are all shareholders, so far from the management and process of bringing The Card to market. I trust management to do their job. That's why I'm still a shareholder. If I lose my trust in them, I will eliminate my investment in the company. I believe Chaya and ALL involved at ALL levels of the company want to make this company a success...What is there to be angry about?
"Nothing independent"!!!!!! What are you saying!!! All I know IS what is made public. I have NO knowledge of what is taking place beyond what is made public. The difference between believers and non-believers is trust in management........
As for timelines you "regurgitate" my point. That is why I am against the statement of timelines. Too many unknowns will make a timeline ineffective.
Well, if you read the PRs you will see that some of them do inform the public of the company's progress. For example, we are in discussions with companies to sell The Card for its use in the world of security.
Don't know what you mean about appeasing potential buyers. Potential buyers offered comment on what they would like to see in The Card...thus an on/off light was added. NO appeasement.
As for the lawsuit of 7 years ago...you are completely misinformed. Business is business. If The Card will save Billions for a company that we went to court with....do you really think a failed lawsuit will keep them away???? They won...why would they not want to enter into a business transaction that will save them money???? The testing of The Card is being done under the watchful eyes of some major card company for use on its network...far from being alienated.
Those concerns need to be asked of the Board. My comment was in reference to raising funds for the development of The Card over the years.
My question to you is: If you make a million dollars off of your investment, will you be angry with those who make a hundred million dollars off of their investment?
The Card has been seen, held and tested. Suggestions made by potential buyers of The Card were incorporated into it...ie the green "on" light.
How far the testing has gone I do not know. I understand that with the new and better fingerprint reader added to The Card it had to go through some retesting.
The number of cards made is immaterial. Sales of The Card is what is important.
We will know something when something happens. Each PR, though it may seem to share superfluous and repetitive information, has within it some important and often new info on the progress of The Card. So stay tuned.
As for a timeline...if you are an observer of this company you should know that timelines are guesses at best. I would hope we never hear of another timeline or deadline or date of expectation for something to take place because there are too many issues that arise which negate the timeline itself. Which then give rise to people deducing the idea that the company is a sham.
As for information regarding the company...see my previous post. The PRs that are released, as Chaya has said, are a form of advertising The Card's features to the public and possible buyers of The Card.
Perhaps you've missed the comments regarding the uniqueness of The Card developed by SmartMetric:
1) Do you really think eye recognition is a way to go for authentication? Wait until the studies come out on the effects of it over years and decades of use....
2) There may be other forms of cards useable for POS but NONE have a built-in battery. Such development offers multiple uses beyond a POS transaction.
3) The Card developed by SmartMetric is useable as an ID card...offering immediate verification of the person. Can't do that with eye recognition unless security personnel carries a device to do so...and see #1. Also can't do that unless there is a battery within the ID card to allow it to work.
4)It also is the only credit card size card in the market today with fingerprint recognition useable at an ATM machine.
5) Use as a Medical Card when seeing a doctor or picking up prescriptions; Use as a governmental ID card; drivers license...
6) As for management policies: She has been very clear about it: Stay within SEC rules and regulation;
Err on the side of caution by keeping company information unavailable to the public;
Acquire funds with the least negative impact to shareholders...SmartMetric is probably one of the few "Penny stocks" WITHOUT billions of Authorized shares.
I feel the same...too many years of hoping without results or even an occasional update....
If there was something here he would have reported it with fireworks and wine....but....silence.
It's nice to hear something... We are still alive and well!! Thanks for the post.
LAS VEGAS, Oct. 25, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SmartMetric, Inc. (SMME) – SmartMetric, the developer of the biometric fingerprint activated credit card, is showing its working biometric credit and cyber access card at the Money 20/20 Conference being held at the Venetian Sands Exhibition in Las Vegas.
The Money 20/20 Conference and Exhibition is the largest payments, credit cards, and innovations around money conference in the World.
“A constant stream of Bank executives have been coming to our stand at the Money 20/20 exhibition to see our working biometric fingerprint activated and user validated credit card. More than seven Banks from around the world are now in talks with SmartMetric concerning issuing the SmartMetric card as a direct result of exhibiting at the Money 20/20 Conference and Exhibition," said the President and CEO of SmartMetric today at the Money 20/20 Conference.
Today is the last day of the Conference and Exhibition. SmartMetric will be continuing further meetings and talks at Money 20/20. SmartMetric is also now in talks with distributors and representatives who are wanting to participate in the global sales and marketing of the SmartMetric Biometric Credit Card.
Many investors and interested people are participants in the SMME chat room. My guess is well over 150 people...almost the number of shareholders.
Think what you will, but I see a distinction between owner and management. I've been in the stock market well over 45 years and I don't ever recall shareholders questioning management about the management of the company at a board meeting or monthly meeting. And those times when the setting is appropriate for questions to be asked by shareholders regarding the outlook and management of the company...there are times when certain questions are not given an answer.
I believe Chaya has been very clear about her reluctance to share too much information about the product and the management of the company. Disagree if you want, but I believe it is better to err on the side of being too secret with information than to let out information which may divulge too much or proprietary information. Once out in the public domain, you cannot put it back in.
I believe Chaya better understands the smart card industry and the people in the industry better than any shareholder in SMME. I, therefore, am willing to accept her management of the company. I've had some of my questions go unanswered and some responded to with "I can't tell you that." I don't cry about the nonresponse.
As for your judgement regarding Chaya, "incompetent" doesn't fit. She has taken a dream and made it a reality. She has saved the company millions of dollars by not hiring employees. All shareholders are frustrated with the slow advance of The Card going to market, Chaya included, I'm sure. But tell me, what is the timetable of bringing a dream into reality; of developing a nonexistent product and bringing it to market?
My question to the skeptics of the SMME card and Chaya is this.....WHAT IF YOU ARE WRONG?
The information I share comes from the SMME website chat room. Nonetheless, the mere reading of the reports from the companies listed and "reviewed" would give any reasonable person the clear perspective that the SMME "review" is COMPLETELY of a different tone than any of the others. THAT would be an eye opener to any reader of the article.
The author's comments were libelous and without basis. An honest reporter would have commented that they were unable to get a response from the SMME CEO. The conclusions drawn by the author seemed to me to be prejudiced and biased against SMME and its CEO. That should be clear to anyone who reads all the report.
This article'S author has WITHDRAWN his comments regarding SMME and its CEO.
The author of the article you are quoting has WITHDRAWN his comments regarding Chaya and SMME.
I believe you are confusing "[color=red]interoperable"[color=red] with "inoperable".
The quote states that the SMME card works with ALL CURRENT card station types...."interoperable".
I have been and continue to be a supporter of Chaya and SmartMetric.
However, let's say for some reason company sales of The Card in all of its possibilities does not meet company expectations. I believe the technology of The Card would be worth well over the current price of SMME as a buyout candidate. Perhaps even from one of the well-backed inferior card companies.

Shiner...You're ALIVE!!
Have missed your commentary. You left Duke to do all the lifting. :)
Great news this week regarding The Card's passing of the first round of tests. I still what to know where our first annual meeting will be...
Welcome back!!
Well, please tell us why you believe as you do---that this stock will rise to never before seen levels.
I've been an owner of SSTP before it was SSTP. I thought this thing was dead...but you speak of life for this. What do you know and what do you "hear" about this?
Here's a thought beyond that of capital appreciation:
If stock is purchased today at sub-penny and in 3-5 years BTGI declares a 1 cent ($.01) per share dividend...THAT would be a wonderful return in and of itself.
Even if ALL 900 million common shares were issued and the 100 million shares were as well.....a 1 cent per share dividend would only be $10 million cash...but what a return on one's investment!
Then we are neighbors....just wondering if you are one of the true faithful....or and upset fan. I'll be back to supporting my childhood team of the GB Packers. :)
$PP$ Just read your bio....what are you going to do now that the SAN DIEGO Chargers no longer exist?
Just wondering....:)
Have you ever contacted Zeons? I'll try again and be direct in my inquiry.
And today, 5/9, has seen more activity than the last 2 years....wonder what it might mean....
I am hopeful that our stock is attached to the Zeons company headquarted in Asia. I would like some confirmation of it. As you well know my question to the company was not fully answered. I've tried again with no response.
I do agree. I had forgotten of the SSTP/USSE transition.
I also read the response as you do...No association with SSTP does not answer the connection to ZEON.
Are you an owner in ZEON? I have checked out the website and it is the same process as John had developed and same name, too.
However, no financial or company info is given on any site when one puts in ZEON.
Also, there is activity in the stock....one can only wonder why....
BH...from your list of posts it seems you've been around SSTP and therefore ZEON a long time! What do you know about this stock? As you may have read, I've been in this and its predecessor companies from the beginning.
Why is SSTP valueless? It was my understanding that IT WAS the parent company of ZEON.
Anything you can share regarding either company is appreciated. I'd like to buy more of ZEON if it is tied to John's process. Over the years, back then, I've gotten about 6-8 people into SSTP and would like to let them know if they are into ZEON to stay faithful.
Thanks
The following is a response from the company you reference, and below that my question to them.

Wondering if the stock I continue to hold is still associated with this organization and whether or not there is any value in them.

Thank you!
What do you know about Zeons? Do you know who is buying the stock? Do you know what they produce? It seems Zeons, a company headquartered in Asia with offices around the world has John's process in their portfolio but when I contacted them they said they were not associated with ZEON, the stock.
I own SSTP stock, a predecessor company, as well. Whatever you know of either company I would like to hear.
Thanks
:)
