Anxiously waiting an update or filing by the new owners of the shell. I thought I'd look into the address change for BRZL, now listed as 2655 Camino Del Rio North, Suite 410, San Diego, CA, 92108. This address is the same as listed for ABBY Inc. http://www.loopnet.com/Listing/16737188/2655-Camino-del-Rio-North-Suite-410-San-Diego-CA/

Flores took on the role of President, Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer and Director of ABBY on June 5, 2013 following the resignation of Lawson Kerster. Prior to taking this role Flores was President and CEO of Tulip Enterprises, Inc., a private California corporation with two divisions operating under two separate DBA designations, one of these being T1O Events and Promotions. On March 22, 2013 ABBY agreed to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Tulip with the issuance of thirty million (30,000,000) common shares to Amanda Flores.

Who knows how this'll tie into BRZL if at all, but I guess time will tell.
Hey guys. Here's another part of the story. It's looking good.
Grid Petroleum Corp Enters Into Strategic Funding Agreement
DENVER, CO, Jun 30, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Grid Petroleum Corp. (PINKSHEETS: GRPR): The Board of Directors are pleased to announce that Grid Petroleum has entered into a strategic funding agreement with Santa Rosa Resources Inc, a privately held Delaware corporation, for the development of Grid Petroleum's leases in the Kreyenhagen Trend Properties located in the San Joaquin Valley of Central California.
Santa Rosa Resources is currently engaged in a Reg. D, rule 506(c) joint venture offering to fund the drilling of ten wells on the Kreyenhagen Trend leases owned by Grid Petroleum. Santa Rosa Resources' CEO stated, "We are looking forward to drilling five wells into the shallow Temblor Formation as well as five into the Kreyenhagen, Avenal and Monterey Shale Formations. We are hoping to produce between 2,000 and 3,000 barrels a day from the wells once the drilling program is completed."
Grid Petroleum President James Powell remarked, "We are looking forward to developing these leases and hopefully other leases in the future with Santa Rosa Resources. This mutually beneficial arrangement will assist Grid Petroleum in executing its business plan and achieving its long term goals."
The company plans to begin the mapping planning and drill site selection process for the development of these ten wells.
Upon completion of the planning process the company will then be making Drilling Permit applications for its first development well.
The company will be the Operator of these lease holdings.
Grid Petroleum Corp. is a development stage company focused on the acquisition and development of low cost high reward oil and gas prospects with infield drilling for proven potential reserves in the United States and Canada.
This may be a good sign, I saw on Grid's website that their address has been changed back to Denver.

By the looks of things, Grid plans on drilling on the leases acquired thru the Asset Swap Agreement among Solimar Energy LLC, Xploration Inc., and Grid Petroleum Corp. dated 18 of October, 2013 .
file:///Users/user/Downloads/Exhibit101.pdf
Take note of this paragraph in particular:
7. Solimar represents and warrants to XPL and Grid that it is the owner of an 84% of 100% working interest in the BLM Lease.
NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Upon execution of this Agreement, Solimar shall deliver to XPL a fully executed
assignment, on BLM Form 3000-3, assigning to XPL all of Solimar’s right, title, and
interest in the BLM Lease amounting to a 84% of 100% working interest. This
assignment consists of an assignment of Solimar’s working interest in 1,140.62 gross and
net landowner acres, more or less. This assignment would result in XPL and Grid
owning 100% working interest in the BLM Lease.
And from an earlier press release:
Grid Petroleum Completes Purchase of Interest in Jacalitos Prospect
The Jacalitos Prospect is located in the San Joaquin Basin, south of Coalinga, east and south East of the 22,000,000 bbl Jacalitos Nose oil field.
This area has been the subject of renewed activity for exploration and development with indications that the Temblor Sandstone oil reservoir at target depths between 3,500 and 4,500 ft.
The Prospect also has the potential for deeper fractured shale reservoirs.
I am looking forward to $GRPR following through with their plans as stated and I hope they'll choose their drilling locations with great care. What little I know about the unconvential oil shale still leads me to believe they'll be drilling in an area with a greater potential of success. The latest news regarding the Monterey Shale Oil reflects much negativism about the recovery rates of the oil due to the fractured shale beds of the San Joaquin Basin.
Good reading here: http://www.sjvgeology.org/geology/formations/temblor.html
Ecostothebank, great detective work man. I hope what you found comes to pass, this would be a great fit for ACFP.
Thanks Admiral, appreciate any input.
who's number is this? thanks
Great articles, thank you. This won't be a penny stock for long.

Great news. Been waiting for this to come alive since 2011. After taIking with John Ohlin a few years ago about the business, I knew then he was for real and would find a way to bring new life to his company.
nice moves GRPS$$
Looks like all buys today except for the 100 share bid whacks by the MMs.
Aeroquest's Solar Roof System
AeroQuest’s Solar Roof System (Patented) is a pre-fabricated, monolithic, structural insulated photovoltaic solar roof, designed for residential housing, commercial buildings and other structures. AeroQuest’s Solar Roof System is for “new” construction – ONLY! AeroQuest has no plans to produce conventional “bolt-on” solar panel systems for pre-existing structures.
The Aeroquest Solar Roof System is totally different than conventional PV solar systems in design, manufacturing process, and assembly method. AeroQuest’s Solar Roof System is assembled at the jobsite from several 6” thick interlocking roof panels that are typically 8 foot wide by up to 60 feet of free-span. AeroQuest’s Solar Roof System will vastly improve a roof’s overall strength when considering the effects of earthquakes, high winds, or heavy snow loads. Additionally, the AeroQuest Solar Roof System will have a much higher insulation value(R-42 rated); nearly double that of conventional roofs. As a result of the monolithic sandwich panel design, conventional roof trusses and joists are not required. Both the exterior and interior sides of AeroQuest’s solar roof panels are manufactured with a Class I fire and smoke rating (ASTM E-84 and E-119) and as a result, dry wall is not required.
High effeciency photovoltaic solar cell modules are integrated into the roof panels thereby generating a considerable amount of electricity; generaly, more power than the structure itself will use. The power “overage” generated by AeroQuest’s Solar Roof System may be stored for later use or sold to “grid-tied” power companies. The AeroQuest Solar Roof System is transported to the jobsite and, when the interlocking panels are installed, the roof will require no additional fabrication like sealants, barrior coats or shingles.
Pitched roofs may be produced using light-weight composite shingles (slate, wood or tile) on the exterior of the roof panels surrounding the photovoltaic solar modules. Roof edges and conecting brackets will be attached prior to injecting polyurthene foam between the sandwich panel skins. The 6” thick structural insulated solar roof panels are very light weight; on average, less than 3 lbs. per square foot. The solar roof panels are lifted into place and secured by bolts to the vertical bearing walls of the structure. As an option, AeroQuest’s Solar Roof System may have fire protection sprinklers or skylights incorporated within the solar roof panels.
When considering Federal, State and other “solar power incentives”, AeroQuest’s Solar Roof System may cost no more than a conventional roof without a solar power system! When at full production, AeroQuest will integrate up to 20 mWs of photovoltaic solar modules each year; enough electricity to power a community of 7,000 homes.
What a perfect product for today's market. Go GRPS !!!

I use etrade for pennies and haven't had any problems buying grps.
I don't think the oil asset value has changed but it won't help Grid's bottom line until there's oil production from it.
Brendan, my guess is still the original 4000 acres or 6.25 sections. I expected more information on their current operations but they failed to give us anything of value. I wrote to IR again to request info we need to know.
I've been trying to get 1's since last week but they won't give 'em up.
Games continue. For every buy, the mm's whack it down with a 100 sell.
Thanks for your post. I believe you posted that months ago when the subject was being debated. I appreciate your insight.
Brendan, it just means that Solimar has a different JV partner on this Heavy Oil project. I believe on Grid's leases that they'll be after the Light Oil. You can read the information on this by going over the DD in our iBox. I think Grid is still very much involved with Solimar. imo Good luck to us all.
Hey guys, as much as I want an update soon, I just found out who the JV partner is with Solimar in the Kreyenhagen heavy oil project. My feeling is that the heavy oil would be an expensive program for Grid to be involved with at this stage. Just my opinion. You can check out Solimar's site for a description of the Steam enhanced recovery technique that'll be used in that field.

I've gotten my fills at .0001 today unlike yesterday.
I got the same message from IR alittle while ago..Tuesday should be pretty interesting..eh?
etrade ran out too. I didn't fill.
You'd think. It's not on otcmarkets yet.
You're so right. I hope they address alot of concerns we all have. I've got a big stake here and want to see them succeed or get acquired by a larger company too.

Grid Petroleum update delayed by one day.
Grid Petroleum is sorry to inform you that the corporate update will be released tomorrow after the trading day.
The company regrets this delay, however it is simply a matter of logistics.
Please look for the news tomorrow after the trading day.
Regards;
IR.
I had just checked my email and saw that I received this response back from Grid Investors Relations. I had sent them an email a day or two ago and that's probably why I got this.
I appreciate you sharing the response. I think I'll write them with a few questions tonight after work. This stock certainly tests one's patience, eh?
I looked up the address a few months ago on google earth when Grid acquired it and it seemed legit. The phone number was being answered at that time.
Wishing all GRPR players a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year...here's to 2014 :)
Agreed.
They're still JV'd with GRPR. Solimar stock prices went up because of a consolidation of shares.
http://www.solimarenergy.com.au/documents/131206_Consolidation_Timetable_Revised.pdf
We should be getting news on Texas very soon too.
Looks like a buying opportunity to me..oh yea, that's right I've been buying.
Now we're talking GRPR. Looking forward to 2014.
Great update Grid. I wasn't expecting this development but I'll take 84% working interest over 16% anyday. This could turn out to be a company maker.
