Flores took on the role of President, Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer and Director of ABBY on June 5, 2013 following the resignation of Lawson Kerster. Prior to taking this role Flores was President and CEO of Tulip Enterprises, Inc., a private California corporation with two divisions operating under two separate DBA designations, one of these being T1O Events and Promotions. On March 22, 2013 ABBY agreed to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Tulip with the issuance of thirty million (30,000,000) common shares to Amanda Flores.
