Hi Bob, I had no trouble adding a Monarch Vape pen to my shopping cart. It accepted my name and mailing address. It was very easy, however, I could not 'submit' the order as it is not accepting the order at this time. It does allow you to select if you are paying by Jane Card or Pay Pal. It did not allow me to set up an actual account id/user name. I suspect that will be coming next. I was just toggling around the site to see what I could do and would have ordered the Monarch had it let me! IMO the website is a breeze.

I believe management hired this company in anticipation of international orders/languages, global monitors, as well as many hits/traffic on their servers.. Source Enterprises has the know how and experience to handle the e commerce traffic.

Yes, it accepted my personal information. I was not able to submit the order, I was able to get to the point that I could select paypal or Jane Card but was not able to find any option that allowed me to submit the order.

I appologize for not having it here in this post, but it can be found in my earlier posts today. We are in the company of Panasonic and Sony e commerce. AEGY management is no joke.
