Hi Bob, I had no trouble adding a Monarch Vape pen to my shopping cart. It accepted my name and mailing address. It was very easy, however, I could not 'submit' the order as it is not accepting the order at this time. It does allow you to select if you are paying by Jane Card or Pay Pal. It did not allow me to set up an actual account id/user name. I suspect that will be coming next. I was just toggling around the site to see what I could do and would have ordered the Monarch had it let me! IMO the website is a breeze.
