"The sky is falling" posture says it all
Yes, Cheche, you have been saying this would happen repeatedly in the past 2 months. Dilution is always unfortunate for us longs, of course, and hopefully it will provide the necessary funds to get the new app store up and running properly. It is a LOT of cash for a company that has so far only realized that much in gross earnings in about a year, so I hope they utilize it wisely, that is the larger concern than what is already done. The old expression goes, "it takes $$$ to make $$$". If the $$$ all disappears without a bang for the buck that will become another issue. If it is necessary to have these resources now for funding of a marketing campaign for the app store, then that will be understood and generally accepted, I think.
With 8 platforms it is beneficial to prospective clients to place their apps with Metatron instead of other stores, if exposure and widespread long-term sales/versatility are of importance. Seems to me that when the word is out about what Metatron can offer its clients they will start clamoring to sign on, along the same line of reason, it appears that the strongest, already well-established clients are being featured on the Metatron Beta app store. It can be interpreted as a signal of support, it shows that they are staying with Metatron and the reason is becoming more and more obvious day-by-day, Metatron will SOON have the best available option for distributing apps. The entry of a revolutionary concept is very important and Metatron is coming on with this at the right time. I am looking forward to the official launch of the online Metatron platform transcendent store.

Very interesting, thanks!
"Happy Easter"...was someone referring to this year? "Once bitten, twice shy." Inconsistency erodes confidence. My enthusiasm is much more reserved than it was a year ago or even two months ago. However, I am staying longterm based on certain questions that remain to be answered. The continuing fascination with Apple is mystifying in lieu of the apparent cessation of Metatron app approvals with iTunes. Does it portend something unrevealed or is it instead merely a means to divert attentions? The elusive patent-pending issue is another unknown, not-to-mention the release of the MJ app that has been awaited for over a year.
Merry Christmas!
Keep in mind that all patents are not the same, some fall under the category of unique ideas and others are considered unique designs. First, before a patent can be filed an idea or design must be deemed unique and original enough to merit a filing of a patent application, and then it must be reviewed and approved or denied. It is more complex than filing a copyright registration, as I have done both. I like to invest in new companies with ideas worthy of patent applications and hopefully approvals, my rationale is that innovation is the turbine that drives us into the future. If a corporate entity is savvy and creative enough to file for patents then I think that they are more worthy of credible consideration than less ambitious endeavors. I think that the cost and effort put forth by an inventor who seeks a patent demonstrates a level of confidence that is commendable. I have witnessed patents protect markets for inventions, they work. Having a good patent attorney who is also versed in foreign patent rights is worth the money spent. Hopefully, Metatron has considered foreign patent applications, too, if necessary.
Sorry to see. Don't understand this mentality.Hope that the alleged new app store will really materialize, and then what?

As I have posted before, I have some disappointment with the pace of things and the ill-conceived handling of potentially newsworthy events. Nevertheless, I agree with Stoflat that some progress is at hand. Yes, Cheche, perhaps it will not change the pps right now. I am a little encouraged though to see something happening again, especially a jab at the games market. I would encourage that. I wonder if they are spread too thinly with an ambitious agenda, a favorable balance is a tenuous balancing act if they do not have enough hands to effectively connect all the dots, so to speak.
Agreed. Consistency certainly appears to be alien to the corporate mantra. Crying "wolf" in so many directions, extremely amatuerish, has diluted confidence and support, which has resulted in a worse result than the miserably abused dilution strategy. After 15 months here, and an intact memory, one has to wonder at the content/substance of any blogs. My faith in management has been eroded down to nil. I am only staying on for the remote chance that the sector will result in some success here. Where is the Michael Jackson deal we have waited for for a year? Where is the increased revenues that were forecasted 2-3 months ago? Where are the 100 apps a month? Endless excuses and very hyped up threads of marginally newsworthy tripe. I'm quite disgusted.
Stormking - just a thought, don't know if it has been mentioned before. With ever-increasing numbers of devices, ie, millions of new ipad and iphones per month going into the hands of consumers, being in the "top 200 grossing" is not the same thing each day, and is relatively quite different from month to month. Presumably, the numbers of apps selling increases each day, and the number of apps available increases each day, too, so what amounts to being in the top 200 grossing titles is anything but a constant. With the titanic onslaught of new customers daily, and the general appeal of the apps remaining constant, too, one can consider that what is less than the top 200 grossing today may have been equal to one of the top grossing products only a short time ago, leading to the realization that even in the face of declining app titles in the top 200, revenues may improve sharply just based on the overall volume increases in the pool of consumers. It is impressive that Metatron is keeping fairly constant in its number of highly grossing apps, it can only mean that revenues are increasing for MRNJ, and not to mention, that it continues to put out new apps all the time. The prospect of adding new venues for sales, too, can only enhance revenue growth. For me, this is the "big" news, as it is the big picture.
I have a friend who's daughter works for Warner Bros. and she is very much an i-pad guru. Warner Bros. certainly has a LOT of movie rights.
I am not sure that "partnership" is accurate, seems that the "other" contractual entity is larger by appreciable degrees, such as they have superior software in place and a marketing platform that is as comprehensive as any platform anywhere, and most importantly Metatron has been left in a position to defer to the larger entity for verification of the deal. If the contractual business arrangement were less than suggested or insignificant, it is inconceivable that management at Metatron would have devoted two weeks worth of energy, spinning its wheels in vain. That does not follow suit with the actions of the company that preceded the first blog about the deal on Feb. 3rd nor does it resonate with the respectful tone of the IR's blog today. Much ado about nothing? I think not...since this deal seems to have Metatron refocused, it must indeed be something big for Metatron, perhaps in scalar proportions not game changing for the other party, but, don't think that means that the other entity is not interested in Metatron, they must want something or see Metatron as being the right path to pursue or else there would NOT be a contract/ done deal. In any event, if Metatron can get a contract with any of the larger concerns it is a important endorsement, at the least.
Why would "partner" company have such a need to delay any PRs regarding something that should be mutually advantageous? Any thoughts?
Cheche - you suggested yesterday that Apple is the mystery partner but does that make sense, aren't they already using i-Tunes - and in lieu of today's blog's wording it seems to be some other entity other than Apple. I will check your link on Mediafly, thanks.
Thanks Cheche, will keep my eyes glued.
I understand that Withers is very wealthy, maybe they bought other assets too?
What do you make then of Withers Broadcasting owning WDTV?
I hope you are right, that would be astounding
Cheche - Withers Broadcasting is also winner of some pretigious awards. Did I mention it is a privately owned company?
Cheche - Withers Broadcasting is also award-winning
Withers Broadcasting based in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. has 35 radio stations in the Midwest, board members from Post-Newsweek, Meredith Corp., Gannett, Co., to name a few. Also, its station WDTV in West Virginia uses Apple operating systems and has FOX affiliation. It is a privately held company, owened by a veteran broadcaster and his daughter. It advertises streaming internet technology. Since they own WDTV, the mystery partner must be Withers Broadcasting, this is my revised guess, I'll keep digging.
Cheche, my hunch is Amazon, I think that is the most predictable but maybe Getjar is it, would like knowing so we can do some more research on the "real" partner. Holding my breath - AGAIN, ha!
The boy who cried "wolf!"
It took 9 days for last Saturday's announcement to come ,after first being said it would be forthcoming in "several days".
Yes, Cheche, you did in fact get it more right than all the other bluster combined, I think you had said a close today of .025.
A rose by any other name would...

good point
Too, worth noting that the company has not been diluting this week, so that in itself shows confidence that the management expects the price to follow Big news. Someone said last weekend that the company has given the shareholders a cookie, I really do suspect there is some truth to that guess. They have been working very hard, I believe that.
That would be my take, Cheche, he probably wants to have a downpayment on a new yacht, just kidding.
Seriously, though, I doubt that he would plan to sell shares immediately after the weekend, especially if the company is going to taint its credibility by not releasing any big news. Therefore, I see it as a very positive development and he probably needs to raise some cash for personal reasons of some kind, that happens, and he is confident about what he is doing and also expects that when the shareholders digest the news they will understand his move. That is my guess on it. Could be wrong, of course.
Possibly that it is going to be hitting the stratosphere by then?
Patience is a virtue. When I was a boy, an elderly neighbor who had lived through the stock market crash of 1929 said to me, "the stock market separates the men from the boys". If the company had said only once that something big might happen but qualified it with " barring problems" I would be more prone to debate, but given that it has been reinforced 2-3 times now, they will come through, in my opinion. They said a "deal for the company", they want to share it, of course. What constitutes "big news" is open for interpretation, but given the company's recent business plan, it has ambitious intentions and it knows how shareholders will embrace the announcement. It is aware of how perceptions have been improved since the advent of the Metatron News Blog in mid December 2010. I doubt there is any desire on the part of the company to blow its credibility.
Cheche - congratulations! I know the feeling after I first bought at just over 14 cents, but I kept averaging down until I was at one tenth that, and have felt much better since the rebound. Hope you stay long and longer here.
Keep up the enthusiasm. Yes, I do not think that the delay is on purpose and I do not think smoke is being blown about. The blog has been up front and I think we can expect a nice announcement.

Must be day traders, maybe they don't have a clue?
Cheche, I believe you suggested a few days back to put on Facebook about MRNJ. Adding to that, we should put on facebook and tell our friends there about the free i-mobilize apps they can download, such as the Glenn Harold app. I talked to my broker's manager today and he said that he bought an i-pad for Christmas and bought one for his wife for Valentine's Day. He thinks they will change the world. While we talked, he downloaded the Glenn Harrold app and he was impressed. He told me to hang onto my shares.
