I believe they will have to. What shares will they have to work with?
A reverse split is possible. The company are almost out of shares.

Atleast the bid is getting higher.
The higher we get, the bigger the run. .002 is knocking at the door.
The quarterly report looks ok from a distance. Just hope we get our new shares this week so we can start trading.
I can't guarantee anything here or anywhere for that matter. I've been in this penny stock business for nearly 10 years. I've had a few stocks that did a reverse split and made me 100s of thousands of dollars over the years. They all started @ .0001 just like this one. Therefore, I can't rule this one out. Just have to wait and see. It might run up. It might run down. Who knows? If we did, we wouldn't have to trade penny stocks. We would be on Forbes list of Billionaires, right?
Good Luck to all!
And go ONTCD!
.002s are knocking hard.
FOLKS, FASTEN YOUR SEATBELTS! THIS BABY IS ABOUT TO TAKE OFF!
Does anyone know the new share structure or where to get the information from?
With Limited Information tier status? I don't think so.
At this point, this company is dead as a door nob. No one knows if and when this company will ever come back to life. All we know is this company does have tendencies to wake up every few years and produce a run without any warning what so ever.
I've been with this company since 2005. We had a run in 2006 and 2010. Hopefully, that trend will continue and produce another run soon.
Good Luck to you!
Oh, shucks! Time to get out ASAP!
Great Time to buy? You sure you didn't mean great time to sell? BCCI tier status just changed to "LIMITED INFORMATION". That usually means "NO INFORMATION" is nearing.
Looks like this thing is headed to "No Information".
Good job for them then! Run this baby up as much as possible! My new shares will enter the market with a profit!
GO ONTCD!
Since when has only 600,000 shares in a float, when there's 5 billion shares authorized, ever been known to hurt any "PPS especially when the current price is in the mid cents?"
Once everything is set to trade, this thing should run for a minute.
Most of the advantage will be caused by everybody selling their shares.
Moreover, once the company starts selling their portion at .20 or more cents for starters, it will be the same effect as if they're making money from profits because they're gonna end up with hundreds of millions of dollars in capital. You do the math. nearly 4 billion authorized because only 1.2 billion was dumped before the reverse split. All the remaining shares will be sold @ atleast .20. That's nearly 800 million dollars if they are all sold @ the cheapest price of .20.
The big deal here is I don't believe this company owes nearly as much in overhead... even if alot of that money will be allocated into three companies under our belt( Inelco, Cypercenters and Nexphase). Alot of extra cash can be used as working capital...

We need a press release!
Rumors has it that this company has a reputation of submitting reversed shares late. I hope that's not the case here. They filed a grievance to be granted a 15 day extention of submitting our quarterly report that was suppose to be delivered May 15th. I'm assuming we should see our new shares on or before the 30th of this month. So far, everything looks good on the trading scale during the re-organization period. We stand a good chance of seeing a run before any downward trends occur. I'm predicting one dollar or more after everything is said and done.
I hope you took advantage of purchasing as many shares @ .0001 before the reverse split. You'll do fine if that's the case.
GO ONTCD!
The quarterly report(10Q) will be submitted on or around June 15th instead of May 15th. I hope this doesn't mean we will have to wait til then to get our new shares.
My 50 million shares were reduced to 25,000. I bought in @ .0001 before the split. If everything were cleared today and that .46 cents stood, I would have nearly earned 150% profit. I expect this thing to go above the dollar mark once everything clears up.
GO ONTCD!
Actually, it depends on the price you bought your shares before the split. Those that bought ONTC @ .001s, .01s probably are in more trouble than those who bought @ .0001 before the split. You figure we will come right in @ the starting gate With the same amount of money we had before the split. If this thing takes off .30, .40, .50 and higher, we will make good money here imho.
GO ONTCD!
They must have done a 5:1 reverse split in that other case. That brought your 1000,000 shares down to 200,000 and your .0001 up to .0005. That other company obviously didn't have eneough of their own shares to sell at a high eneough price to send that thing soaring. That's why it dropped back to .0001.
In this case, there's alot more shares to be traded at a much higher price. We may just see a run after everything settles. I know many can't see it yet but time will tell.
Oh. Ok. Thanks for the information. Hope this guy atleast put some money in the companies under his watch.
I understand that part. Where does all that money go once he dumps all those shares?
How can SEC let this happen? This Dror guy has nearly 4 billion shares in his pocket. He has first dibs to sell at twenty cents or close to it. This guy is in position to make nearly a billion dollars if he can get .25 a pop. Where does all that money go?
You can best believe I'll be in position to sell ASAP. I'm just trying to decide where to set my ask at. Like you said, many people will be trying to sell including the company. Don't you think this can cause a run for a minute or two?
It may take a downwards turn eventually, but I think we'll see a nice run for starters.
With nearly 4 billion authorized shares still in the company's pocket, how would that impact us once everything is settled? The starting "pps" would be .20 cent we know. ONTCD has eneough shares to raise hundreths of millions of dollars in working capital. That was my previous shocker, in other posts, once I heard you guys predict 2000:1 split, especially when a company is allowed to keep a chunk of shares without having to dump before the split. That's great for both the company and the investors.
Next week, the new share float will be nearly a half of million(NOTHING).
The starting "PPS"(PRICE PER SHARE) will be .20 cent(HUGE!)
Nearly 4 billion shares from the company used to build the float in-order to gain capital and get this company moving($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!)
I see price per share @ $1.00, $2.00, $3.00, $ 4.00 within hours, days, weeks and months if not sooner.
GO ONTCD!
Sure it will run. The split helped it big time. With all the updates on the new company, this thing can go well over a dollar in days if not hours after everything settles. I believe most of us bought in @ .0001 during pre-split so we're ok anyway.
GO ONTCD!
Can someone explain better whatthe Amended Statement of Beneficial ownership all mean. All I got out of it was some guy, who use to own a certain percent of the company, had been reduced of his level of ownership. Now the guy is fighting to get his higher precentage back. I'm not sure if this is good or bad for the company. sounds good because why else would someone want more responsibility in a company that's nothing unless he or she knows the value is growing.
Someone please give me their feedback.
I called one of the C-Town Supermarkets in Pennsylvania. They told me,
"yes!"
They do have the Baristas ice cream in their isle #10.
Can some one please send a post of the latest updated annual report to me? I can't seem to find it on that website they direct us to.
Revenue is what is earned after everything is paid out, sir. Look it up in the dictionary, encyclopedia wikipedia... A company's gross is what is made before anything is deducted. I believe the previous post was based on $1.5 million in revenue and a company's worth of $15 million if they were to sell.
A company who averages $1.5 million a year in revenue is indeed worth $15 million if they sell the business. You figure you will make your $15 million back in 10 years. That's great for a business investment. Are you kiddin me?
I quess this is the ride you all been waiting for. If EPGL do go ahead with the stock promotion, you all may see this thing go over .05 and close to .10 or alittle above within hours of it hitting the public. Just be carefull holding from that point. These things do have a tendency of falling just as quick as it took to climb, ok?
I haven't seen, in the nearly ten years i've been in the pennystock business, any company that encourages investors to call them for information, especially if they know they don't have any potential of bringing such company together. They have a tendency to hide themselves from investors... Meaning they have nothing to tell them. I kind of believe Mr. Pope is trying to bring IJJP back to life. If he can't, oh well, maybe we would have to move on. I've been in this situation many times. You have to take the good with the bad in pennyland.
Looks like this thing is coming back to life with the new press release. Time will tell.
From my understanding, IJJP is experiencing such a chill on all it's assets simply because of all the wrong the previous company did before our new guys moved in. Mr. Pope will tell you they're working hard trying to get the company up and going. Just keep calling him. He's usually good on returning your calls if he doesn't pick up the first time.
I haven't known him that long. In-fact, I don't know him at all. All I know is usually dead companies don't leave good contact information. This guy could easily change his number and email... That way he could avoid answering hundreds of questions pertaining his dead company from investors. Don't you agree?
