Why I think they have a contract ...


With all of the posible configurations that the Super Tucano is capable of, why would you spend 200k on "prepping" a plane for contract if you do not know what the client requirements are for the job?

I wonder if these are the 12 Dassault Mirage that TADF put in a proposal for back in August or the six Canadian CF-5 Fighters they announced in Sept.


According to Wikipedia, Columbia (home of Sudamin) retired their Mirages in 2010.
