These look like the mirages ...

The PR today states "up to 15 military aircraft and related aircraft assets"

A previous PR from August 2010 stated "that it has submitted a proposal for the purchase of 12 Dassault Mirage military aircraft to the government of a foreign allied country."

The Columbian Air Force had 15 Mirage aircraft


"These squadrons were composed exclusively of the fifteen Mirage 5 jet fighters that Colombia had acquired from France during the early 1970s following United States refusal to supply Colombia with advanced fighter aircraft."
