Instead of complaining, how about you do something ... maybe write something up yourself. And with it, post the links to back everything up. That would be nice.
You are a broken record. 'Wait for the bottom.", " Never lose money." These rules are very obvious and ideal.
How about something new. How about some real research from you. I'm looking forward to it.
I would hope that this would be the case

AN EDUCATED GUESTIMATION OF PPS
THIS IS AN OLD POST TO BE USED AS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT COULD HAPPEN.
This concerns the Super Tucano that is in TADF possession, the Sierra Nevada Corp partnership and the pilot training contract that is due for the beginning of the year.
The basic calculations can also be used for other contracts to get a general idea for PPS.

20 planes x $10.63 million each = $212,600,000
55 planes x $10.63 million each = $584,650,000
For the $355 million contract
$355,000,000 - $212,600,000 = $142,000,000
For the $950 million contract
$950,000,000 - $584,650,000 = $583,700,000
that's $142 or $584 million for other stuff besides the planes.
The other stuff includes

How this translates to TADF
According to Yahoo finance, the Aerospace/Defense Products and Services industry has an average P/E of 14.5 and a Net Profit Margin % 6.8
... say TADF landed a $10 million contract. Using the above numbers.
.068 (Net Profit Margin) = earnings / 10,000,000 = $680,000 earnings
$680,000 / 6 000 000 000 shares = $0.000113333333/shares earnings
0.000113333333 x 14.5 = $0.0017 per share.
so, according to this, if TADF lands a $10 mil contract, share price should be around .0017.
$40 million = $.0068
$100 million = $.017
This is all based on industry averages. The actual share price may be higher, or lower depending on what the market decides.

I stand corrected, ownership has changed to TACTICAL AIR SUPPORT INC with the certification being issued 11/30/2012
It was never thought that TADF would be the primary contractor. There are plenty of small business that pick up parts of larger deals.
There should be no doubt that TADF is involved. It's their plane they are flying around in.

"An Awesome 21st Century Airplane": Air Commander for Operation Enduring Freedom Flies the A-29 Super Tucano"
SPARKS, Nev., Dec 04, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- When Gen. Charles F. "Chuck" Wald emerged from a test flight in the A-29 Super Tucano his first comment was, "this is an awesome 21st century airplane." The retired four-star general and decorated combat pilot has a keen appreciation for how an aircraft handles. Moreover, as one of the top military leaders responsible for planning and executing Operation Enduring Freedom and serving as Air Commander for the initial stages of the war, Gen. Wald knows what an aircraft like the A-29 Super Tucano would mean on the ground in Afghanistan.

quite interested indeed.
now, how to profit on the back of this "brilliant sociopath".
I've done ok so far but could've done a lot better.
There is stil plenty of money to be made with this stock, just have to know how to crack it.
Agree. Acquisition news is not going to cut it anymore.
What they need to acquire revenue.
LAS is on the way. TADF will need Sierra Nevada Corp to win the contract and still use the TADF / TACair for the training component. Having the only SuperT has to be worth something.
Still long with my 20 million lottery shares.
I'm looking at the SEC 10-Q filing for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2012
It does not state ownership information for the following companies that TADF has acquired.
Logos Aviation, Northrop TF5-1 Corp or Global Lease,
It does mention the following about Mark Daniels and Aerotech
Where did you find the ownership info?
and speaking of 'jobs', Hawker is being sold to China and Embraer just added a ton of jobs at their existing plant in Florida.
We shall see what happens about this job propaganda
Read the ibox for Sierra Nevada + TADF info.
in a nutshell ...
Sierra Nevada was going to supply the US with Embraer Super Tucanos to send to Afganistan. Part of the contract was for training to fly the Super T's. TADF obtained the only Super T in the US and this plane was going to be used for training. It was thought that TADF would be a sub-contractor to Sierra Nevada if SNC won the LAS contract.
Sierra Nevada did win the contract but the loser (Hawker Beechcraft) made a protest to the US Government. There was a huge propaganda campaign and political pressure to throw out the decision. The contract selection process was then thrown out and it began all over again and is expected to be awarded again at the end of this year.

HOMING PIGEON
After a strong downtrend has been in effect and after a long black candle, the bulls open the price higher than the previous close. The shorts get concerned and start covering. The price finishes lower for the day but not as low as the previous day. This is enough support to have the short sellers take notice that the trend has been violated. A strong day after that would convince everybody that the trend was reversing. Usually the volume is above the recent norm due to the unwinding of short positions.
Why would a company, trying to raise cash, dump shares below the bid? It doesn't make sense for a company to do that.
Who it does make sense to, is someone trying to push the stock price down.
What I compared were the type of contracts that TADF is going for. I also used industry averages in the same sector TADF is in.
If you want to put a negative spin on it then so be it.
My response was to provide the proper dollar amount. Read the entire post. The question was 'How were they going to land a $355 million contract"
They aren't going to land a $355 million contract. They may land part of the contract. That part is detailed in my clarification of underdog's post.
