Savvy investors are buying cheap shares of WFEMF (Woulfe Mining). Woulfe is in strategic negotiations with Warren Buffett's company IMC part of the Berkshire Hathaway group of companies. Two scenarios could take place here. Goodman's Dundee Corporation makes a buyout offer or Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway makes a buyout offer on Woulfe Mining.

WFEMF ~ Buffett, Terrorists & China Control This Metal
Tungsten is one of the few metals where demand is expected to outpace supply in the coming years, and there is a potential treasure trove of profits to be made by miners of the metal. The massive profit potential, unfortunately, has even attracted organized crime to get involved with tungsten mining. The day after Christmas, Bloomberg reported that Colombia's government was preparing to seize a tungsten mine run by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). According to Bloomberg, "tungsten mined for the profit of FARC makes its way into the supply lines of the makers of BMWs, Ferraris, Porsches and Volkswagens, computers and BIC pens." Bloomberg continued "Apple Inc. and Samsung (005930) Inc. have also bought material from that tainted supply line. The parts are used for iPhones, iPads, iPods and Galaxy mobile devices." What does that say about the tungsten industry when a criminal enterprise is illegally mining the metal and somehow getting the ill-gotten commodity into consumer products?
Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Connection Warren Buffett is not a big commodity investor. He seeks revenue growth. In respect to gold, for example, Buffett sarcastically stated, "Gold gets dug out of the ground in Africa, or someplace. Then we melt it down, dig another hole, bury it again and pay people to stand around guarding it. It has no utility. Anyone watching from Mars would be scratching their head." Interestingly, it appears he feels quite differently about tungsten, a metal with enough practical demand to allow Mr. Buffett to see its investment worthiness. As recently as 2012, Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, through its IMC International Metalworking unit, agreed to invest $80 million in one of the world's largest tungsten mines, located in South Korea. In respect to Berkshire Hathaway's investment, Forbes contributor Eric Savitz wrote, "While the deal may come as a surprise to the outside world, those with knowledge of tungsten understand that it's a crucial but disappearing resource that continues to affect all of us."

Technically ANAS closed at .0027 today. A HUGE dump in after hours erased all of the gains.
Huge catalyst for the WFEMF share price:
1. Finalize the strategic agreement & joint venture partnership with Warren Buffett's company IMC which is a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway.

Why isn't 5 hour high listed on the Alternaturals Inc. website? Is it one of their products?
This could partially explain the big sell off lately. If the company removed their most promising product from the company website that would be like a red flag signal for ANAS investors.
I noticed that someone continues to dump around 5 million shares near market close each day. That's a big red flag.
ANAS could dip below .0020 by Thursday.
Brace yourselves for the big dump from ANAS. It's coming!
That's part of the problem here. If the CEO keeps putting out fluff PRs every week the stock price will not go anywhere but down. The CEO needs to remain completely silent for at least a week, then release some major news regarding ANAS. That means no emails, twitter or any other form of communication. Then after a week of silence the CEO should put out some major news early in the week on a Monday.
Another huge dump from ANAS right before the market closed. That should be a red flag to the shareholders.
The CEO is risking a stock halt by the SEC on ANAS by putting out these misleading press releases about refining the share structure while simultaneously dumping shares.
That should be a big red flag for ANAS shareholders. Another big dump on ANAS. Is this how a real company refines their share structure? Now you know why that press release was worded the way it was. Plans to refine the share structure but in the mean time big dumps.
HUGE dump in after hours trading erased all gains for the day. ANAS is still bleeding red. There will probably be a lot more dumping on Friday.
Rumor has it that there will be a new wave of SEC pot stock halts and suspensions coming in the near future. Investors should be trying to jump ship ASAP on some of these marijuana stocks in order to lock in profits or reduce potential losses.

Brace yourselves for the big dump. I think ANAS will dip below .0020 by Friday.
Perhaps the ticker symbol change to ANAS was a bad idea.
ANAS could dip below .0020 in the short term so I will be prepared to double down if it does. ANAS will be a strong buy once the RSI drops below 30.
ANAS has NOT officially begun a share buyback program. The company has plans to begin buying back shares but so far no solid plan. The press release today was nothing more than FLUFF. How many shares will the company buyback when they do officially announce a buyback program? The CEO needs to initiate a 500 million to 1 billion share buyback program if he wants to create value for the shareholders. In the mean time I think the ANAS stock price will continue dropping so the company should have an opportunity to buyback those shares at a cheap price.
, Mich., May 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Alternaturals, Inc. (OTCPink : ANAS) today announced that it has plans to begin buying back shares in the open market in order to increase shareholder value and position the company as either a favorable acquisition target, or for listing on a reporting market in the future. However, senior management vows not to reverse split the company.

According to the news release the company has not yet initiated a stock buyback plan. They probably need to come up with a solid master plan before they unveil the details.
ANAS shareholders should not pressure the CEO into putting out more "fluff news" regarding the company. Instead sit back and wait until the company is ready to release solid news. I think the CEO realizes that he needs to put out a major press release, with some real meat and potatoes attached, not just fluff.
Why would we receive more news next week? The ANAS CEO clearly stated in the news release today that he's going to allow the new name to settle in before putting more news out about the company. It could be a month or more for all we know. I think this is a smart move because it could cause a HUGE dip on the ANAS stock price and allow the company to get more bang for their buck on this upcoming stock buyback plan.
However, the company plans to let the new name settle in for a little bit before starting to put it all out there to assure that the public is not confused
