ANAS has NOT officially begun a share buyback program. The company has plans to begin buying back shares but so far no solid plan. The press release today was nothing more than FLUFF. How many shares will the company buyback when they do officially announce a buyback program? The CEO needs to initiate a 500 million to 1 billion share buyback program if he wants to create value for the shareholders. In the mean time I think the ANAS stock price will continue dropping so the company should have an opportunity to buyback those shares at a cheap price.

, Mich., May 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Alternaturals, Inc. (OTCPink : ANAS) today announced that it has plans to begin buying back shares in the open market in order to increase shareholder value and position the company as either a favorable acquisition target, or for listing on a reporting market in the future. However, senior management vows not to reverse split the company.
