That's one of the main things in the preplanning process. That makes a red light of questionable believability go off . It's important to have a cut off date before you can even finalize many other negotiations. hmmmmmm????

But on the flip side I truly hope I am completely wrong in this case. I would love for this to be the exception to the rule. That would be a blessing to all.

Remember this: They will state some type of debt payoff and the investor will get nothing Guaranteed I've seen this happen to many times before . then the stock which has nothing left going for it short of the hydra cell, which it losses in the spin-off; The Arsc will fall to nothing and loss all value of any concern. I hate to admit it; but I believe in telling the truth. Be forewarned.

I've been it the stock market a long time and have been through several spin off and reversals and in most cases the losses are great and the old stock immediately drops to nothing . Tho their are some exceptions of course. I don't see anything good coming from this tho.

The first public announcement about the spin off came out around April 2009, so - Tho it has not been disclosed publicly yet, we can surmise the cut off date will be sometime around the second quarter of 2009 give or take a month or two.

Yes - You must have owned the shares before the given cut off date.

SIRI: I've never posted on this Siri board before - so I'll just say this once. I have personal friends of the management of this company and they are by far upstanding and good people. Whatever is the destiny of this company, They (the owners) are righteous people and a good company to invest in; win or lose.

ARSC: To most of us it will be a total failure at .001 . To the newcomers it will be a welcome sight. However I highly doubt it will ever hit .03 without a major reversal which would dilute any gains to a loss. In fact if I was a gambling person I would bet you it Never hit .03 unless by accident or error in posting or a hit and drop by error never holding short of a major reversal. Anything short of .05 to .08 is a loss anyhow for most long timers . Then if News comes out about production and its as weak as the news they have been releasing it may not even get to .01 I know I'm dumping it they release weak Pr. that's really meant to say nothing . but as i always said I'm giving this 4 wk's of wait and see before i cut my losses.

First: that companies advertising has been out for a while now and they were Phone called. I've known companies from the management level, and by the time their taking about production, long before the actual production. they have the plans, management, and everything they need from the plant; to the ground up. All the ground pre-start up requirements have long ago been planned and they should already know where they plan to purchase materials and anything else they need. The first step to signify their earnest is the hiring of production personnel. If They have not started the hiring of personnel (as if one elderly gentleman and maybe a few sons and friends will sit in their basement/garage and put together a QUESTIONABLE ??? >> 21,000,000 back order by themselves). If hiring has not started even on a fundamental level by now THAT signals a red flag Problem. Hmmmmmmmmmmm??????????? Going from bad to worse. But then again I could be flagrantly wrong

Your correct, In this stock we the investor can't xhit and we can't go blind. It seems more and more like a setup the whole time. So the band plays on. It's still in game mode as we wait for it to play it' final move.
