Normally I don't reply to any statements. But I believe your request without malice so I'll answer this one.
The first public announcement about the spin off came out around April 2009, so - Tho it has not been disclosed publicly yet, we can surmise the cut off date will be sometime around the second quarter of 2009 give or take a month or two.
