I'm not up on what happens after she decides to seize an asset. How many times can Trump delay a sale of the property? Who give it an actual; non Trump value for a sale?
The Trump Organization will now be under even more control of a former federal judge who has been monitoring Donald Trump’s eponymous family company, following a court order on Thursday that punishes the former president for committing bank fraud.
Barbara S. Jones, who has been babysitting the real estate company for more than a year, was granted enhanced powers by New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur F. Engoron—the same judge who ordered Trump to pay $464 million for lying about his wealth for years.
While the company previously had to notify Jones anytime it shifted more than $5 million or engaged in business deals, she now has the right to essentially do whatever she deems necessary to keep the Trump Organization from engaging in dirty business practices.
At a recent three-month bank fraud trial, Justice Engoron determined that Trump had faked personal financial statements by vastly inflating the value of his buildings and assets—enriching the company by giving it access to loans and insurance policies on false pretenses.
Jones, a former federal judge who’s a lawyer in private practice, was given the authority to review the entire company’s “day-to-day operations,” internal records and financial accounting. She can also hire any outside contractors she wants to keep the company honest—and put it on Trump’s dime.
Engoron’s new order called it “a productive and enhanced monitorship.”

The list is in the link.
@lawofruby
If NY Attorney General is able to start enforcing her judgment as soon as next week, don’t expect Trump Tower to top her list. Why? Because as recently as August ‘23, Trump reported Axos Bank still has an outstanding loan on that property for “over $50,000,000.”
Yes, this list of his liabilities is from six-plus months ago, and there has been public reporting that certain loans have been refinanced. But don’t sleep on the fact that this disclosure was signed by Trump himself—and that he initialed each page. 2/
And giving credit where it’s due, you can find Trump’s August 2023 Office of Government Ethics disclosure — in 3 parts — where I did: through @CREWcrew
, which obtained it in October and has posted all three parts for all to see:

Those are all good ones today.
Some are good, I tend to prefer the less complicated ones.
Done! Egg and spam?? good god. About as bad as french fried potato.
That's such a terrifying thought- and yet we know it's true. Trump and his Russia loving allies and thugs need to be stopped from ever coming even close to the Presidency- by whatever means it takes.
It a[[ears Comer finally did something right. Parnas is opening Pandora's box.
@RonFilipkowski
I would like to thank James Comer for this last Hunter Biden hearing. It provided a national platform to Lev Parnas to expose some of the corruption of Trump, Rudy, Barr & their other henchmen. His testimony will dominate the news cycle, & we thank Comer for making it possible.
What I would like to know is how the bleep you got off my ignore list. Putting you back now.
I was not necessarily referring to his philanthropy. I do personally know him. You don't.
Well- it looks good- but not good enough to eat! I'll pass on that one too.
Never tried one. Tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad yes, but not potato salad sandwich.
Done! Tomorrow's look interesting. However- whatever they put up against the "Chip butty" is what I'll vote for. French fried potato sandwich does not appeal!

I really like the way she goes about her philanthropy. She and Melinda French Gates make a good pair. Their ex's? Not so much.

ok- I've voted for today. (I had to look up half of them)
Remind me tomorrow.
That's the way we like to see it! And I'm sure Trump hates seeing it.
Too bad, So sad.

BREAKING: Donald Trump says he is unable to post the $464M+ bond needed to stay his NY civil fraud judgment.
The bakery where I get the french bread also makes sage /onion french rolls. I will slice and caramelize some sweet onions and add Skellig cheese to the french dip sandwich. Served with Au jus, of course. I think I have some horseradish/mayo sauce, but if not I can put some together. doesn't need much.
I'm sure that's a good sandwich. I am not a big ham fan. Jay loves ham sandwiches so we always have some, but mine tend to be some form of chicken, turkey or beef. This week I will grill some top sirloin which, sliced thin, makes excellent French dip.
Today's lunch sandwich was roast chicken with Kerrygold chedder cheese panini- bread was sage and onion french bread.,
I scrolled through all of the pictures.
That looks very interesting and I love sandwiches. However- I like ones that I can comfortably take a bite from - not something 8" tall. if you remind me- I will vote.
And after that-
@LorenzoTheCat
Enough about that Patrick guy. Today is also Saint Gertrude's Day, the Patron Saint of Cats.
Happy St Patrick's day to All!

Wonder if that had to do with the new UAE partnership?
Excellent attitude he's got there.
Shun Pence??
Now thin should cause an all caps rant from Trumpty!

Yes, it is. I've been following that and I was pretty sure it would go our way, but you never know,
My guess is that was an order imbalance correction.

BREAKING- Nathan Wade submits resignation, effective immediately.
The DA will remain.
Today? I don't think so, but sometime? More than likely.
If it stays up for the day I will likely sell the trading shares I bought yesterday and wait for that dip.
Check with your local elementary school or Pre-K. They would love to have them!
Amazon must love me this week. (And I would be unsurprised to hear from my CC company asking if I've taken leave of my senses.) So far this week , aside from the usual groceries, pet food, household items, I have bought 1 flash drive, 3 pieces of jewelry for a teen aged boy, one wireless mouse, 1 computer, 1 microwave and a set of funnels (indoor/outdoor).
(I spent Monday sending breaking electronics)
Well, Elon's rockets are forever crashing. His Teslas are forever crashing and one drove into the lake the other day - on it's own. He also seems to be somewhat psychotic- possibly from the drugs he takes. I think we'd best cheer on Bezos- who is just your regular run-of-the-mill arrogant dip-stick 1%er. However- e has -not yet anyway- showed signs of mental illness or drug abuse.
