2late, Arkait, Allez: You still do not get it. The CEO as you reported stated in a PR that he tried to swing a deal. That alone is incriminating for a civil law suit for not acting with fiduciary responsibility on behalf of BCIT and the shareholders. There is nothing negative here as it is just stating the fact that I am making the case for Attaway needing to know. Therefore, Megas may not contribute to the fund as this may result in conflict of interest. Thank you all for supporting my case.
It is obvious even with the PR you still want to look the other way per Megas fiduciary responsibility for BCIT and the shareholders.
All I have stated is that Megas needs to be included for Attaway to look at and the information you just reported supports this position. Because of your position here not wanting to include Megas, I am not in favor of the fund at this time.
Quit twisting my words Arkait. The conflict of interest may be a result of Megas not fulfilling his fiduciary responsibility to BCIT and shareholders. If you know the time Megas discovered the identity theft and the time he reported to the proper authorities, then post it on the fund raising board. This is critical information Attaway will need to determine if Megas should be included in a law suit, not just DTCC and SEC. All parties need to be considered including the CEO of BCIT, IMO.
I am sure if you have and/or know the above information, you would be glad to post unless it does not support your agenda.
I am all over going after DTCC and SEC for their failure to support shareholders in the market. But I also believe potential negligence to performing with fiduciary responsibility by the CEO may have contributed to the complexity of DTCC and SEC resolving this matter sooner.
What are you afraid of Arkait? Megas won't bailout BCIT with his purported gold rush in PNG if the BCIT shareholders push him to be truthful.
I just want the truth from all parties. The truth is what will set BCIT free. You can't handle the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you God?
No, not trying to blame but for Megas to be the man you claim he is and accept responsibility for his choice to delay reporting the crime. It is hard for me to understand why you want to excuse ineptness on the part of CEO. It was his fiduciary responsibility to report the crime immediately. He didn't. Case closed.
Yes DTC and SEC failed, but why do you have a hard to saying Megas failed? Seems pretty simple to me. That is why the timeline was so important when this initially happened. Funny, I got scoffed at when I mentioned it then. The timeline on the web site is not accurate as it does not include all the events, such as the time when Megas discovered the bad certificates and when he reported it to the proper authorities. Why not? Let's have full disclosure here, please. But it is obvious you do not want to deal with absolute truth.
The game with the fund is comparable to extortion and backmail, IMO. Megas is the CEO, and when he begins acting like one for BCIT/Energy Source and communicating with those who were misled by the stock market, then I will act appropriately. But until then op, keep ears to the ground because whoever is behind the fund where impropriety may exist may be in for a rude awakening.
Again if Megas has conributed to the fund, IMO, raises an issue of conflict of interest.
good job. it's a roller coaster day today but in the end bgnn will be green. Hang tight.
pop .0035
I will not contribute to put the onus on Megas. I would contribute if I knew attorney would include Megas in research to finding him negligent. As IMO he dropped the ball as CEO when he knew a crime was committed and did not use fiduciary responsibility to report the crime 'immediately' upon his findings to proper authority(s). What did Megas know and when did he know it? He will not answer this question, IMO, because I would like to think he is smart enough to understand fiduciary responsibility. IMO, he failed BCIT original shareholders and the fake shareholders and the market system. Yes we may have our own opinions about the DTC and SEC and such, but that does not mean we can ignore responsibility of running a company. That means reporting a crime when it occurs.
IMO, he doesn't have to.
Put in a sell for the morning at .0036 and IMO someone will grab them.
As you know Lars, BGNN is in that day traders cycle right now where daytraders are trying to get shareholders to sell. But if shareholders stay the course and hold, the price will continue to go up as more great news keeps rolling. The trend is green and up and BGNN is an early adopter with more products to come, IMO. BGNN has the potential of being a $5 pps stock, but time and willingness to ride the roller coaster till then is encouraged. There will be those tempted to get out with profits, no problem, but may not be able to get back in at what they sell at.
ooiiinnnkkkkkkk!!!!!!!! .0044 on it's way.
.0004, 0014, .0024, .0034, and soon .0044. nice ride
If the SEC missed Bernie Madoff, they are possible of missing anything. They had Madoff delivered to them on a silver platter and it still took ten years to uncover the biggest scam in the U.S.
If I am not mistaken, the 3k loss is per year on the form 1040. If you have a profit in stock market of 30,000 in 2010 and net loss of 35,000 in 2010, this is a net loss of $5000 in 2010. you will be able to write off 3k in 2010 and carry over the $2,000 difference for a write-off in 2011.
Arkait:
I will not contribute to the fund until someone can confirm that Megas is to be included in attorney review for Megas' failure to act with 'Fiduciary Responsibility'. I am very suspicious of a man that supports this fund when he allegedly claims his back room agreement with Pino before reporting to proper authorities. That alone is very damaging on Megas' part. No matter how you slice and dice it, Megas knew at that time certificates were forged and a crime was committed. If he didn't know, then he should have or sought legal counsel before he chose to do things his way. Which is why BCIT/Energy Source is still not trading after 5 years.
It does when you hold with a lot of zeros behind a whole number greater than zero. can pay for your brokerage fees.
same here
That will happen as in the past. .0004, then .0014, then .0024, and now .0034. This is since March of 2009. Slow creep, but staying positive with each new high. Just keep watch because after June numbers come out, IMO, it is off to penny land. Stable growth and patience needed here.
BGNN has to demonstrate consistent growth in earnings. Need to get thru June to see impact from QVC. My projection is a 10-fold sales growth in Q2. Profits up. Therefore pps up - big time! Patience is needed here. Some will continue to ride the roller coaster to maximize profits.
Not true
Thought you were going to get your money back and leave. Thanks for your negativity of the past encercler0
I only have one word to say:
VROOOOOMMMMM!!!!!!
Hopefully this is a good sign where the SEC is forcing all these CEOs to clean up and straighten up and run their companies as a business or get out of the market. Too many games being played by the DTC, SEC, and companie management that is contributing to the rip off of American investors today.
Talk about fishy. My fidelity account now shows the cusip number and not the symbol.
I use etrade and fidelity and both display my current shares and value. transactional history shows when the conversion was made and the 10 for 1 split applied.
They must have because I have received under hhgi the shares I had in CSTL and the 10 for 1 stock split shares show also. Of course this was after David reverse split CSTL into almost nothing, if I remember 1 for 200.
Whatever happened to the progressive poker software Castle Technologies had? Did that not become HHGI property? What am I missing here?
That appears to be the game here. Drag this thing out long enough so that people forget. As TM stated, time is his friend.
With that I can only respond: "I'm in and Amen!"
Remember there was a cash rebate offer on appliances that will end this week I think. Definitely a shot in Whirlpool's arm and hopefully we rode the coat tail on added on sales.
I am not trying to be disrepectful to your friends situation, but to be a help and provide peace while going thru the struggle.
It really all depends on your friends attitude about what they are living to die for, as we all will rest eternally someday. If a person is uncertain about living on earth, what are their thoughts about the after life of this earth as we understand it? The people here on BCIT board are upset with the CEO, but even if he had an answer to the current situation, can one take their possessions with them?
I came into this world with nothing and will leave with nothing.
So what is life all about? The one that collects the most toys wins? Wins what?
BGNN is still in the beginning of the bell curve. It will take a little more time for this company to have a cash cow.
Soon though it will ring our chimes, cha-ching! or is that ding-a-ling!
First things first, second things leave alone. Need to focus on green. Really do not want to carry a lot of old baggage.
bmw:
Just think this was limited to a specific market segment. Wait til the IRS invades every individual with verification they have health care insurance. This is a crisis waiting to happen, imo.
Molson:
Did you forget someone posted here last week we are supposed to get good news next week. The trick is, 'next week' never comes as we are now in 'this week'. So next week there should be good news for BCIT shareholders.
1? Was this the 26 year old financial wizard of Goldman Sachs?
No one discussing today's PR about the biodegradable bags? Not enough that 2 PR's occur in one week eh?
Interesting, info not sealed?
That is correct. It is now intertwined and the IVOI pps is adjusting to BGNN since Mahoney decided for BGNN to absorb IVOI. The proverbial 'you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours'. Mahoney has a win-win situation here.
As CEO, his right to do as he wants! We just have to wait for our turn. Patience.
Awhile back I didn't understand why Mahoney made the move for BGNN to absorb IVOI, but after Mrbig81 asked the question of what BGNN and IVOI have in common, it began to make sense.
In a prior post, IMO, this is due to some consolidation of IVOI and until that is done BGNN will fluctuate. IVOI is third stock on IHUB active board that is owned by non other than Jerry Mahoney.
IMO, there appears to be some consolidation with IVOI and BGNN and once the activity with IVOI is done, BGNN will take off.
Mrbig81:
It appears your connection with BGNN to IVOI has been paying off for some people, if they understood the connection. Seems IVOI pps is lining up with BGNN as I understand that Jerry is moving IVOI under BGNN.
I could be misunderstanding Jerry's move with IVOI altogether, though.
