One... as an investor in small companies like this, the last thing you should think about is dilution. These companies go public to use the stock as a means of financing operations. If you don't know this, you need to study the area a bit more. All of the crying about dilution is overdone. If the company executes its plan-- any company-- the dilution becomes a non-factor. The connection between Dezer and EVCA IS real. There is more to come. I said give it two weeks because I believe next week and the week after will be big. The company realizes that this is a pivotal time. I am quite confident in what they have going and what they could announce in the next couple weeks. .

Because they don't have enough revenue to pay for their developments they pay for their services with shares, its a common practice for start-up companies.
But on the OTC & Pinks there are a lot of scams going on with companies who dilute billions of shares, though not with this company!!
Once they have dealerships and franchises and selling cars they won't have to do this anymore, and once they generate revenue on their own strenght they will get some form of loan.
Please note that a start-up with 129mil shares isn't really that much, so listen to fear mongers who are saying negative things to load up cheaper shares.

Updates are expected any day now, and we're anticipating a big announcement with a multi billionair on board, although it isn't certain right now if he will be in the first update they release.

I was following another stock this morning and looked at the Trades here on Ihub and saw some shares come through in the "?" category.
Usually a trade goes through Buy (green) and Sell (red) column, but now those trades were black and in the "?" column.
Do you know what that means?
