These companies go public to use the stock as a means of financing operations. If you don't know this, you need to study the area a bit more. All of the crying about dilution is overdone. If the company executes its plan-- any company-- the dilution becomes a non-factor. It's an expected par for the course with these size companies. Relatively speaking, EVCA's share structure is pretty sound. Heck! They pulled back the S1, remember that!?
