STOCK PRICE was .0012 and ran to .0024 this year and as been in the .0020-.0016 for months... you know that...the STOCK PRICE ONLY dropped as the commonshareshareholders decided to move and take their on action... so now it is done....and Joe Canouse has his wish QASP IS TOAST. imo
3) why would commonshareholders be mad at a ceo like jeff that has had our best interest in the forefront, since he has taken over as CEO of QASP.

thanks for the vote of confidence.. that we can express our opinion here at Cat House... many are beginning to take to HEART that is maybe not the case on two other Ihub sites of which we all frequent when possible and take time out of our life to see what the lastest news in the stocks we hold is up to....
so here is my opinion of June 7 and what could or should happen, and what will possibly take place on that date
1) Judge will decide that Jeff is CEO and never gave up his position.
2) could a Judge have the right to suggest that two non-trusting squabling groups have the right to select a "interim Officer" to do BIZ of our company???? and especially since the commonshareholders sent over 200million share votes asking for a "MEETING" which was and still is lawful imo judge should not have asked that question... but should have asked where are the reps for the commonshareholder....
3) should judge rule that Jeff is not Ceo.. that does not mean that JoeC is automatically Ceo.
4) Judge could rule that whether or not Jeff is CEO..Joe Canouse is not and can't be the CEO unless he is "legally" placed in as CEO after June 7th.
5) Judge will be very interested in the case that Jeff and legal Team presents. Truth will be told. That WILL give the judge to make a just decision. Joe Canouse had plenty of time to present his case in court to the judge.... instead he spent very much of his time in posting morning noon and night into the wee hours of the morning posting about a) qasp is toast b) i have surprises for you commonshareholders. c) i have this all wrapped up in a nice ball of wax. d) and finally private messaging PM anyone and everyone that were commonshareholders would give him a ear or a few minutes of time about some kind of inside stuff and just wait till i reveal my position.
6) Judge will bring Joe Canouse to task about him coming to the court to get help in paying bills as a hookwink... again just my humble opinion.
7) Judge probably knows we are waiting in the wings on good news, but and we WILL move INto nhsh, but if this is going to take more time, we should start laying some groundwork for a PP2 whereby we as commonshareholders are able to pick-up the remaining shares that are now being traded after the CUT OFF DATE OF MAY 14TH... that was posted that day on qasp message board...which dovetailed with the record date of May 18th we know

again sorry, but i have a different view of this saga Joe/kwan/dean and Jeffs legal team... while the decision is about who is the OFFICIAL/LEGAL CEO of QASP... there is a issue that the Judge ADDRESSED by asking this Question... paraphrasing; why are you people (both sides) spending so much time and effort on this suit when you dont seem to have any money going forward and have not raised SQUAT in your endeavors?... Judge seemed very mixed up in this..... the reason is only one and only one MAIN REASON "the commonshareholders" get it.... the commonshareholders... JoeC and company want to bury us... My only affirmation of the suggested "Friend of the court idea" is in this revealing LIGHT.
We do not know if here will be any factual evidence presented to the court about the past two years of daily conversation of the passing around of FACTS and Misuse of Ihub by certain company officials.. SHOULD THE COURT be presented, by the plantiff, or the defendants, ANY Ihub notes, messages and other items deemed important to the case, then there could be a necessity for "friend of the court"
Ihub is a big part of commonshareholders and others daily life!
some are very experienced in this life......2+2 does usually = 4

PACK yup, and MANY commonshareholders of qasp are in at a total of approx 165Mnhsh shares and Centa around 435Mnhsh shares thats approx. 600Mnhsh and about a 50Mnhsh float and 100Mnhsh restricted for a year or more...that is a total of 750Mnhsh shares.. the 435Mnhsh shares of Centa are also restricted for at least a year.. the 165Mnhsh shares the "formerqasp" commonsharholders have will also be restriced for a very short time as pledged by Mr. Owens....so with 535Mnhsh shares restricted for at least a year.. and 165Mnhsh restricted for a short time and a approx 50Mnhsh float... whats not to like about this stocks future? also, there may be a small restructering of the nhsh 750M A/S, and/or nhsh 601M O/S, and the nhsh 50M float. partly because of a small amount of shares left behind at qasp, and other MGMENT decisions...all this is what i have been able to piece together from my recollection of past events....
