Now I know you're being sarcastic again. I'm sticking to my guns and when the reverse split (NO reverse merge for BKMP< be clear in that!) happens, Winick will still be involved. You forget Winicks listed 3 million warrant shares he owns?, these are separate from our common Bkmp shares. Winick handed over Bkmp and bkmp common shareholders NOT that 3 million... those aren't retail/in street name common shares those people own. TFN is private, it didn't issue common, most likely private issue, or warrants or private preferred A,B etc. Was never connected to our common street shares IMO.

To board, when a poster gives direct pps and stock name on a different named stock board, is that SPAM or is it a stock TOUT. Are both improper or off topic.

If this statement is asking the common shareholder to contact our broker .. then that is such pure bullshit. A common shareholder does not contact their broker for a holding company's business plan or stock split/div. That is and always has been the business of the issuing company and never the stockholders responsibility. The only time perhaps is when a company requests certificates turned in. But that usually a delay tactic as well. These PR's are beyond belief when asking us to do their work and research.

Gwgo has done this before, announcement, then a correction 1 or 2 days later that sucked for common shareholders but seemed to allow insiders to unload as there was a rise in PPS before our shares could show up in account but by then it was over....

Of course an R/S would suck. It's not meant for the common shareholder, never was. The big ie: REAL companies do this and it actually benefits more than the CEO's and can turn around companies. 200 billion o/s makes a mockery of the system. Period.
The really crappy thing is I'm calling for R/S this month... but a holding company can sit at .0001 indefinitely. If this goes into next year, that's exactly what Winick will do with this Bkmp issue... IMO - IMO

Bkmp is now set up for the R/S, it's only a matter of time and amount of ratio. Winick usually waits till tax time or holiday breaks so retail holders like most of us can't unload in time.

I make this claim based on Winicks record and predictability and the fact of the pps flatline with no bid. There's no reason for a bid as there is nothing about Bkmp worth trading. The market proves this. If a bid of .0002 is actually seen I would think this would be generated news momo that would be false.

I've read this threads posts and I see that you indeed 'woke up' about Bkmp. You realized what I've been stating all along about a pink shell dangling the carrot.. .IE: Bkmp dangled TFN. What makes it tough is the non communication (as you are well aware of). With a pink holding co., this is standard practice with 90% of them and is one of the more clear red flag signals … unfortunately people let emotions control thinking and that’s death with pinks … people on the bkmp board can’t will change. I can’t change people either. That’s why I was so obsessed with the 3 amigo’s for their direct price predictions and other crap that doesn’t come true.
I still don’t know why they do that. (I have an idea, but that would be speculation too). If even one person actually follows their advice that’s one too many. As I’ve stated before, people who like/liked TFN felt they could only support TFN through Bkmp. That’s as Winick wanted. That’s no reason to bash people or call them wrong. But people shouldn’t be taken advantage of by people like 3 amigo’s. Rarely, almost nil, do shell pink companies reward shareholders. Shell companies are created to fund CEO’s or other subsities, never to return revenue.
That said, I think you’re becoming painfully aware of all this. This craps been going on for years and will continue for the foreseeable future… Nothing wrong with loving a company, but if it has a shell holding co., then forget the shell and try to directly invest in the company…

What was Prime time's O/S before the R/S, and it looks like we ffgo shareholders get a % stock div of that R/S... not R/S'ing Ffgo's shares I hope. Although I wouldn't put it past them now.

This will result in Prime Time Group, Inc. having very few outstanding shares of Common Stock, prior to its issue of stock in respect of these transactions with your Company. This was a condition of these transactions with Fortress Financial Group, Inc.

It’s about Hunt … and I was addressing Photog’s rant suggesting Hunt should be held as accountable as Winick. I thought that was silly, and stated as much to photog in a reply post. I thought Hunt was an contributing columnist and nothing more.. as a contributing photog, do you always know the share structure of a company you do a shoot for? Would you even know the presidents name, if you were hired as a photographer for a sports advertising department of a larger firm ... You say you shoot for girls & guns ... If I'm po'd because the president didn't hire my girlfriend, should I go after the photographer because of this. Do you understand what I've posted.

REading the friday nov 30th PR. I still can't figure out if
shareholders get to keep what little shares of ffgo after the split we own and are issued new and separate shares of Hunt depending on share count or split ... sometimes in a forward split name change they take away the old stock ... as usual the PR wasn't in plain english again. In a real PR you have to be explicate and explain what you have and DON"T have ... Gwgo/ffgo keep writing PR's like Italians translating Japanese VCR player manuals.

Since it actually hasn't been officially filed about if we get reversed again going in to Hunt or not, nothing to stop ffgo/hunt from converting our ffgo shares into RESTRICTED common shares ... rotten way to get small and long street name shareholders out of the way..I'm sorry, but ffgo still has time to wipe our shares clean and not carry into hunt. Just seen like 5 pinkies declare dividends canceled, but just so happens after 2 days have passed, enough time for insiders to dump and us retail shares not to do anything because we held or waited...

... And thus the major problem with a posters open ended crap post... you put a 'he meant something else" slant and give the post a huge window, and others perceive '1 hour scenario' and try to place something concrete about the data and peg down the poster...
And I say what possible value is a post like this. It's worse than a Bkmp PR. Do YOU enjoy raising peoples hopes up repeatedly?
The other MAJOR problem is I can post factual and documented data about BKMP w/links, of which none of it is positive and will be labeled a negative poster. IT"S NOT MY DATA, but BKMP's.
