continuing to buy (I appear to be the only buyer) at these prices. This is a BUY.
Well here we are March 1. Hopefully they should have the occupancy permit so they can start drilling wells, putting up fencing, etc. When we get the updated schedule I'll breathe my final breath of relief, short of mining the actual gold.
I see a nice bid of half a million shares at 1.7 cents LOL.
I'm meeting Friday for sure. I cannot guarantee to what level I'll be able to share but I will do whatever I feel comfortable with and am permitted to say. I know many of us have lost hope, and I feel the pain. Just about all my purchases are now "long term", that's the only consolation I have (and I suspect many here as well) if things end up working out. I am as curious as anyone else here.
Nice, breaking my chain again, that's fine.
Picked up a bunch more shares today at 60 and my low order was actually filled 100 shares at 58 cents which was a shame. That's the risk with these penny stocks, you end up paying many commissions and not necessarily loading up to the degree you are planning, unless you are willing to buy at the ask or higher than what you might want to normally low-bid. Admittedly I am penny foolish sometimes and that could certainly turn out to the be the case today if this thing finally takes off to the races which I am dead sure it will, I just don't know when but I am being patient. I worry less about a company like DPW with known assets, revenues, and published growth plans, than the smaller AVLP more speculative plays.
Do you have any position here?
You can buy DPW under 60 cents, this is a screaming buy, mark this post.
Yu just broke my streak of non responded posts lol
Yes for sure I've got over 150k shares so I would expect to be one of the largest shareholders. I averaged down in the lower teens when the small round of conversions took plaice last spring. Since then it's been thin trading and I'm just a'holdin. I'm mostly in the dark (I don't have an nda) with some erratic, and I do mean erratic, contact with management. And I am going largely on faith as I know nothing of their plans besides what's public (besides their 8-Ks which themselves are worthless at this time). Am told to expect a filing soon but it will only be a starting point. Thanks for chiming in let's not give up the ship for it hasn't even sailer yet.
The suhr deal falling thru was an absolutely huge huge blow and I stil can't believe that that happened. Totally unfair and unexpected, just not right. But I expect that a smidgen of what they learned in that process of indications of interest but hardly got a chance to apply they have applied to the latest RegA+ filing with Alzamend. But these guys are resilient and I believe will pull themselves out of the pit to do great things that none of us are expecting. That my man is called faith, shear faith.
Well no news released today. Certainly they need and would want to put something out soon. But there may be timing things behind the scenes with tweaking the web site or other developments we are not aware of, who knows. I have gone through the site a bit, it does seem adequate.
Repeat my last comment about filings around the corner - I guess it is turning out to be a long turn and not a corner. LOL. Just for the record I am the only poster in 8 months. I look forward to the day where that is not the case.
Well QPAG seems to have bottomed around the 30 cent area for the time being. Question is is there another leg down or can it rally from here and what is it going to take to do that. I was hoping the mid 30s to 40 would have held but did not.
Well I wouldnt be surprised about that.
The disclosure statement mentions the following:
As of October 31, 2016, the Company has loans from the president of the Company in the amount $190,317 with interest at 8% per annum and due in 24 months from the date of the notes. Notes will mature from February 2017 to June 2018. Interest accrued on the loans payable was $20,165 as of October 31, 2016.
The above related party also provided working capital of $16,092 as of October 31, 2016
So clearly the CEO is putting his own money into the company but there is a limit that a non independently wealthy person can do, including reaching out to friends and family which we know has been done.
We'll just have to see what they have to say next week.
wow, there's all sorts of connections you're finding, thanks. I think the name change is a clear pointer that something is coming down the line. Meanwhile they still haven't changed their web site
right, the price of the stock, which I have mentioned multiple times on the board, is around cash value which is remarkable. It should be trading higher just on speculation, I don't get it.
yes thanks for the info. Certainly things are brewing, but what exactly, we'll see if any of our hunches come thru, but regardless, something will happen, and it should be for the better, just gotta wait. I still think there is a potential deal with MCWEF, we'll see.

Not clear how it is being financed. Or if people are charged up front - I assume they are but some retailers dont charge till shipment but if cash flow is an issue here, which I would it would be, then maybe they charge up front, I just don't know.
The wall at 55 - 60 cents continues to be built. Check out the latest 8-k. I am so sure that this thing is going to go thru the roof, if I could only convince friends and family of it, who would listen to me. Oh well. Maybe someone reading these posts, if anyone is reading them, will listen, and thank me later if they take action.
No, but nobody’s fault, its just a matter of geography and travel, and travel plans are very fluid, but as soon as I know something and have a meeting I’ll report it here for sure. I will say that I heard today that XCLK will be moving forward again soon. What that means exactly I have no idea.
My overall sense, and it’s just a sense, is that a whole host of investments that are loosely related will come together at some common time or within a time range. I have no evidence of that, it’s just a hunch.
Now I am really confused. Jardine Oil, I have never ever heard of them, but from what I can tell the web site has been up for a long time and mentions propell on it, so I am not sure how in the world this could not have come up before on this board.
So Abramovich appears to have the rights to use Propell tools, meanwhile he has the controlling interest of Propell - the usual incest is best approach. So I am concluding though that there is no new information here - this Jardine just didnt pop up all of a sudden.
anyway, still feeling that something is in the works, but what?
should learn not to jinx myself LOL
Bought more in the low 40s today as I believe this drop is an extended washout that I was not anticipating but gotta take advantage of any opportunities. At 40 cents the company is worth 11 + million dollars. I think the downside is strictly limited at this point, IMO.
Hmm, it looks decent, nothing spectacular in the sense of a shopping site, but nothing wrong with it persay. I'd like to see a bit more about their vision get listed. Now there is no announcement, yet, which I would for sure think would be forthcoming within a day or so, and, the stock price has not budged and in fact the ask has dropped back down. I sort of wonder if this in and of itself would be enough to pick the stock price off the floor in anticipation of online sales.
Wow those jeans are expensive, but what the hell do I know, maybe that's the going price? They look like they could be good quality and would expect them to be. I am guessing that the brand name "Cartel Blue" is supposed to be important? But how does one actually establish a brand name which it isn't yet established? Not sure how that works in this industry - will people pay to be the first owners of clothing like this? More questions than answers, but this is not my space to be able to answer these Qs.
So the real key is to be able to drive people to the site, gotta see what the plan is for that, and then get enough revenue to be able to pay the bills, etc.
As far as this being a scam, well, I try to keep an open mind - putting up a web site to sell product can certainly be a scam, but I am leaning towards that not being the case. It has taken way longer to get to this point than we expected for sure, and hopefully there is more behind the scenes that we do not know that will be released to us. But an eCommerce site - I'll take anything at this point, and this is a start, just hopefully not too late.
Based on today's press release (letter to shareholders) I can now officially call this a buy at these prices. The company has retooled their entire operation from coal to natural gas, and is ready to be competitive in their space. I took out some of the ask at 60 cents and if I had more funds I would continue to do so at these prices.
The float is minuscule compared to the locked up shares. This is a bargain. I am targeting a buck and a quarter to a buck 50 in the next 6 months.
was able to take some off the table on latest rebound into the 60s. Bought back in here under 50 where I believe we have shelves of support. Again the next move should be up.
One of the things I was just thinking of was that they need to maintain a shareholder value per the NYSE rules, see the previous 8K from a year ago:
On March 9, 2016, Digital Power Corporation (the "Company") received notice from the NYSE MKT LLC that it has been granted a listing extension until June 19, 2017 on the basis of the plan submitted by the Company to regain compliance with listing standards. Specifically, the Company has shown how it plans to regain compliance with Section 1003(a)(iii) of the NYSE MKT continued listings standards with the objective to have stockholders’ equity be $4.0 million or more . The Company will be subject to periodic review by NYSE MKT staff during the extension period. Failure to make progress consistent with the plan or to regain compliance with the continued listing standards by the end of the extension period could result in the Company being delisted from the NYSE MKT."
So they are in compliance being valued just over 4 million, but man no way they can be happy about that. This should move well above a buck, say 2 - 4 bucks, but i just don't know what the timeline for that will be, but I am fairly confident they will do that to the surprise of many. If I have funds available in the near future before it starts to move, I will certainly be deploying them here, otherwise I can live with the fact that I've got enough for a great ride.
I can't imagine what is taking CRTL to do something, to announce something. At this point I don't know what to say, but I agree, no more money being handed over until we see something solid.
I see stock seems a bit less pressured, but that can change suddenly, maybe the market makers are trying to tempt people to buy upwards after the price got pushed down over the past few weeks.
If they can show just some revenue, or a plan of raising revenue through the stores and online, then that should be enough to push this back up to a nickel for starters.
All just speculation on my part.
I agree, let's see what happens, maybe it takes some time, I can wait.
What I like about a name change, even with absolutely no details, is that it gives hope - they are not giving up or they wouldn't bother with a name change. Personally I'd have liked to see a jump in the stock price and some volume today, but that clearly didnt happen.
Took starter position at half a buck. I realize that this is very thinly traded so I may be forced to hold for a while, we'll see.
This new company has some good trading volume and I have and would trade it within the 3 - 4 dollar range as opportunities occur. While it gets promoted up, it may also fall back and a good opportunity exists 3.05 - 3.25.
right, I have watched the exercise of the SPA like a hawk.
I guess the good part about it is that it's not like those toxic loans that so many companies get sucked/forced into. It appears that Esousa is reputable and always there to provide the funds. But we need to eventually get to a point where we dont need so many funds, and the stock hovering around these prices only causes the dilution to be more than it needs to be, a Catch-22. So I am concerned about that, but I just cant imagine these guys going out of business. I hope they have a tight reign on any unnecessary expenses.
CVAT is a hold for me at 4 cents. I am targeting in the 7 - 10 cent range but I dont know how long it will take to get there. Pullbacks to lower 3 cent range are good buying opportunity. Large volume today. It is not clear to me how that cannabis association would attract investors or not but they havent flocked this board, yet.
Well they did pay a dividend, I received it on 1/17 and one of the 8-Ks mentions it. In fact my understanding is that they are determined to increase the dividend as they profit, though personally I am not interested in the dividend persay, long-term it may hold some value.
Anyway you turned out to be right about the price drop. The action yesterday was very strange. So I have averaged down. I am expecting the stock to rise from here, but how fast and to what degree I do not know. I would not be surprised to see it gain back to over a buck before too long.
Another promissory note, this time for 200K due in one year, with a potential conversion to stock after 6 months at 40% discount. Hmm. They definitely need money, my question is what kind of revenues are they expecting.
After doing well on the ascent from a dime, I got back in at around that price thinking it had bottomed, again, and now with this downdraft added more at 4 cents today (wasnt filled yesterday), it's just so so oversold, you don't normally see something get this oversold, just look at the chart from 30 cents, losing almost 90% value in 3 1/2 months, dilution or not. A bounce back to a dime should be in order just based on technicals. Remember that MOST of the value has been wrung out from the highs and so any increase from here, even a double, does not increase the total value of the company nearly as much as compared to its values at the (speculative?) peeks.
It appears a lot of effort has gone into this company, and I would think they would and are doing everything to get this project off the ground.
Clay, just to clarify, you used the term pump and dump a few times as a potential reason for what took place yesterday. There were no articles or email notifications that I could find (stockpromoters.com and other sites cover this pretty well) that could have been the impetus. So while it certainly could have been what you say, the root of it was not stymied by the typical methods of email or web site. Maybe as simple as strong buying to trigger the price increase by a group of people thereby luring in the day traders and mass hysteria, that is certainly possible, but to do that would cost a hellava lot more money than sending out those paid promotions which are typically under 10 thousand dollars. I'd love to know the technique used and whether the end result, on average, is the same as a standard promo, or if there is no pattern as to what the result might be using the different approaches.
Very very interesting. Two companies trading at all time lows, one with cash and the other one without. I see that the otcmarkets.com share structure section of PROP's profile has a last update of Jan 31 verified by the Transfer Agent which lines up with the MCWEF PR on 2/1. Hmm.... You are probably on to something. The question would be what company to own if a deal is done. Right now I have a huge stake in PROP.
Absolutely unreal. I have no idea where that came out of. Not as many shares traded hands as last time this happened, but still 2/3 of the outstanding shares traded today. That of course can mean that the same shares traded multiple times, it doesn't say how many shares did NOT trade at all. Unreal.
Crazy stuff, there is no news on NETE but it spikes to 1.50+, should we just expect that from time to time. LOL I took a little off the table since holding this at under a buck for so long is just too painful.
thanks for pointing that out. Interesting, I am actually a small investor in MCWEF ironically I and that slipped past me. Well, stock for services, and stock that is falling quickly, in 4 months it might not be worth anything (I hope not). I would think it is material info that would have to be stated in an 8K on the Propell side, but I guess not enough? LOL I don't know what to say except that you appear to be right about this one deal, and maybe they are waiting for approval from the exchange before they feel comfortable announcing it. Per the price on on Feb 1 around 8 cents/share (now its under 6 cents sadly) that's around 150K revenue in exchange, which is really not that significant in the big scheme of things, but it is something.
Well, remember what they set out to do in Jan 2016 (see the investor presentation, it's an 8-K itself). They want to be in the business THEMSELVES of drilling oil and using their own technology in the process. Nothing wrong with that persay, but notice the focus, doing their own drilling versus licensing out their tool. I could never figure that out completely - I mean one would think they could have a bonanza just licensing out their tools and focusing on that aspect vs just becoming another oil driller. But certainly they did their due diligence at the time to determine that that would be the best use of their resources and the most profitable. they have said nothing since then to be in disagreement with that. I looked at the Mexico well project as something to help with revenues in the meantime and lure other customers in so that they would have the best of both worlds ultimately. Beats me what's going on.
I simply cannot imagine going on much longer without some news. Even if there is no news, then they need to restate their goals, b/c they are now way way overdue what they committed to over a year ago. I am fairly confident that we will get another chance to unload our shares with something newsworthy. At that point I would certainly take off the table, and at this point I am thinking of starting to do so in the 4 cent range, how sad.
Come-on CRTL, we really need news now, no more waiting. If there is good stuff going on, then please tell us.
The price of this stock values the company around 1.7 million dollars, which in a relative sense, relative to where it has been, and relative to what it can be in this industry, is flat out cheap. Personally I think the downside is strictly limited at this point, unless they go silent for an extended period.
But that said, they have to produce something. We know they have the jeans, we've seen them on FaceBook, but they need to get sold, in which case we need to see the money, and/or a re-investment of the money into growth opportunities. I am calling this a flat out buy at this price, and I have backed that up with my own buying. Hopefully the won't disappoint but will somehow surprise the tar out of us.
