he-he-he...Got another 5,000 shares at .81 for a total of 10,000. Just put in another standing order for more at .81. Whoever is selling, I'll take all you have at .81!!!
abew4me
Got another 5,000 shares today at .81. Come to daddy! he-he-he!!
T-4-$...Can you give us your opinion on todays consolidation. Should we expect higher prices or will we continue to consolidate below the .03 area?
Thanks much!
abew4me
Argyll...Not interested in their last 8-K. I'm focusing on their next 10-Q. Originally, I thought their 10-Q would be filed by Monday May 16th - but I was incorrect in the filing date.
Looking at their last 10-Q, it was filed on February 18th, 2005. If you add 90 days to that date you would get May 18th (tomorrow) as their next filing date. (Unless they wait until Friday.)
Either way, I expect some good revenues being reported in their last quarter. Hence the run-up in their share price.
Today is just another day of consolidation before it makes another run to the ten cent area.
This is just my opinion of course. For more detail see my previous post.

Atco...What does Paul Allen (Ember investor) have to do with Bob Metcalfe - the key-note speaker at the Zigbee event?
Walker (aka: Gamblingman)...That is a FANTASTIC article. The mere fact that Bob Metcalfe is the key-note speaker is a HUGE affirmation of the legitimacy of the Zigbee Standard and it's future.
And, yes, Airbee is definitely at the forefront of this technology. Sometimes I have to pinch myself that I got into this stock when I did. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, from above!
abew4me
Lonestar...I'm not much of a TA guy frankly. I'm more of a fundamentalist by nature. The mere fact that MAKY has purchased I-element earlier this year proves to me that they're serious in developing a long-term customer base.
Additionally, the services that MAKY provides for the SME industry is so well-received that their current customer base is renewing their contracts in droves. Couple that with the new market penetration in Texas and you've got the makings of a long term PROFITIBLE money-making machine.
This is not a "pink sheet" company.
MAKY has made it to the OTCBB and is a fully reporting company with a business plan that is being executed brilliantly.
I see nothing but increased profits for the long term.
The fact that the technicals are aligning with my bullish predictions is just a coincidence in my opinion. But it also reaffirms where I believe this company is heading.
Of course this just my opinion and I always put my money where my mouth is. I have purchased over 700,000 shares of this stock.
abew4me
Need to ask T-4-$. He and DREAM are the GURUS on this stock. I'm just glad I'm on board and enjoying the ride to .40+. That's where I think we're heading in the long run.
abew4me
beano...Thanks for the inside scoop on Roca. I won't be wasting my time answering his questions.
abew4me
Dream...A 10-Q is required by all reporting companies (which MAKY is) to be filed every quarter to report revenues.
The link you posted clearly shows that MAKY files their 10-Q on time at the end of the 45 day period. Thus, we should be getting a 10-Q either today or by Monday - at the latest.
This is probably why we are getting such a good run-up in the price. Somebody must know that they're going to be reporting some FANTASTIC revenues on their 10-Q.
Buckle-up and hold on. We could be in for a heck of a ride if we can get past the dreaded .03.
abew4me
Yes. If their fiscal year ends on March 31st, then they have 45 days to file their 10-Q...which means they have until May 15th to file...that's why I asked if you happen to know whether or not they have filed yet.
So the answer is that their 10-Q is forthcoming either today or by Monday (the 16th) at the latest.
If you know anything more please let us know.
Thanks.
abew4me
Dream...Has MAKY already filed their 10-Q or is it forthcoming today?
abew4me
Roca...DO NOT CALL THE COMPANY UNTIL AFTER YOU'VE READ THE 8-K and ALL OF THE OTHER MATERIAL THE COMPANY HAS MADE PUBLIC.
If you still have questions AFTER you've read the public announcements released by the company (and no one here has an answer for you), than I would suggest that you call the company.
Right now, Airbee Wireless is EXTREMELY BUSY interviewing for more employees and handling new contract demands by customers.
If you've done all of the proper DD and you can't get the answer on this board, then, as a last resort, go ahead and call the company.
Frankly, I think we've gone over those restricted shares a hundred times already. Exactly what is your question????
abew4me
T-4-$...How big of a buyer is BGTN and what is our next resistance level?
BTW, I think the 10-Q is going to show a lot of good revenue because I think the majority of MAKY's customers are renewing their contracts AND I believe that they have signed up several more!!!
If I am correct, there is no telling how high this stock will go!
abew4me
cpecodder...I don't know what you post on RB because I have you on "Ignore" as you already know.
Because we didn't sign Identity until AFTER March 31st, I don't expect to see any revenue from them on the upcoming 10-Q. However, I do expect to see some revenue reported because I know we had some licensing agreements during the first quarter.
This alone should give us a pretty good pop to the upside because it shows that Airbee is no longer a "development" company. We are now a revenue-producing cash cow. LOL!
However the next 10-Q should be nothing short of FANTASTIC because we will be able to show part of the $8 million in revenue from Identity AND all of the revenue from the other contracts and licensing agreements.
I guess we'll just have to be patient. It's a matter of knowing what you own and WHY!!!
abew4me
Oops...I meant to say post #167. Sorry about that Ron.
Ronpopeil...See my post #150 and read the responses. This board has been gracious enough to answer that question many times - including my own. We should redirect ALL similar questions to my post #150 and have them read the responses.
Hope that helps.

Trade-4-Money...I remember your post. Thanks for reminding me of how foolish I was not to take your advice. LOL!! I'll be watching your every move from now on. Please send any info you have to my mailbox. I AM VERY INTERESTED IN YOUR PICKS.
Thanks for the heads up!
abew4me
Trade-4-Money and Dream...Thanks for your response. Looking to accumulate an even 1 million shares for the long haul. Can't wait until all of the flippers are gone so that this thing can start hitting double digits!! :))));)
abew4me
Trade-4-Money...Now have 728,641 shares at .021 average. Not worried because I think this stock has a lot of room on the upside. But, I am curious as to how many O/S when this stock traded at $4.00 and what caused it to spiral down to its present price?
I know the company issued 10 million shares to be sold recently, but there must have been other circumstances that drove this price down. Would appreciate your thoughts (or anyone elses!!).
Dream, would like to hear from you as well if you have time.
Thanks much!
abew4me
What was the O/S when the stock traded at $4.00?
And, what caused this stock to drop all the way down to where it is now?
Added another 70k. Currently hold 688,900 shares. :)
Those that sold are going to miss the BIG MOVE!!
Still plenty of MOMO in this stock.
OOOOHHHH BROTHER...Another Flip/Flop???
Trade-4-Money...Based on your charts, where do you see this stock going to?
thanks much.
abew4me
Ooops...I meant to say that I picked up 600k at .195 average. Also, "btradin" got his tip from T-4-$. Thanks to both of you guys!!

Why Dan Nelson WON'T excersize his option to buy back Identity from Airbee Wirelss...
Of course this is just my opinion, but I don't believe Mr. Nelson would buy his company back from Airbee Wireless based on the advanced software technology that Airbee has to offer his customers ie; the Dealerships.
As I stated in a previous post, the banks charge interest on EVERY CAR the dealership has on their lot. The dealerships spend countless hours EVERYDAY counting the number of cars on their lot. Once in the morning and once in the evening. Not only does this take up valuable man-hours, but it is a very cumberson task for the person doing it. (What happens when the count is off by a car or two??? You guessed it, you have to COUNT IT ALL OVER AGAIN.)
However, once Airbee Wireless downloads their Zigbee-compliant software technology into the anti-theft device...VOLAHHH The anti-theft device now becomes BOTH an anti-theft device AND an inventory control device wrapped up in the same little package.
The dealership can now have an INSTANTANEOUS print out of the number of cars on his lot. The dealership will also be able to find a specific type of car on his lot. ie; a red corvette with air, or how about a blue Impala with a DVD? Whatever the customer wants, the dealership will know EXACTLY where it is.
Now...Imagine that one year has passed and it's time for Mr. Dan Nelson to decide whether or not he's going to buy back his company from Airbee Wireless. Does he buy it back from Airbee knowing that he is going to have to give up the inventory-control software that his dealerships love so much??? From a business standpoint, it makes NO SENSE at all because he would have a lot of angry dealerships jumping down his throat.
They simply do not want to have to manually count their cars the old-fashioned, out-dated (and very costly!!!) system that they did before.
I think Mr. Dan Nelson will have an easy time making this decision. Besides, the price of his 7.7 million shares will probably have gone from .66 to around $5 each. If that's true, he would be sitting on approximately $40 million.
abew4me
Picked up 600k at 1.95 avg. Thanks Btradin!!!!
iwannaride...Here's something for you to think about. There has been a lot of media attention given to the upcoming Zigbee wireless revolution. There's no doubt that it is coming. And it's coming in a BIG WAY.
Now consider this...When the first Zigbee-related product finally comes out for distribution, it will get a tremendous amount of exposure by the media. In fact many of the big companies started to gear up for their wireless products BEFORE they got certification by Zigbee - just so that they didn't get left behind by their competitors! (Remember, certification by Zigbee is NOT necessary for a company to produce a product that operates on the Zigbee frequency.)
Anyways, if Airbee Wireless plays their cards right, they should get a lot of media attention for their anti-theft/inventory-control product because IT WILL BE THE FIRST ZIGBEE-RELATED PRODUCT AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC!
Granted, it can only be purchased through a car dealership but it is still THE FIRST ZIGBEE-RELATED (OR ZIGBEE-COMPLIANT) PRODUCT ON THE OPEN MARKET!
Hopefully, the media will go nuts over this "first" product and feature it's advantages to the public so that Airbee gets even more press coverage and prestige.
This is all my opinion, of course.
abew4me
Nanopatent...That's a good question and I couldn't give you a definitive answer right now since headquarters are closed. Remind me to ask on Monday and I'll get you an answer.
abew4me
Spargy...One other benefit to this Identity purchase was to show the Zigbee alliance (and non-Zigbee companies) that Airbee is a major player in the wireless industry.
By purchasing this company and downloading their software in it, they are making a VERY BIG STATEMENT to the rest of the industry.
They are saying "Hey, our company is for real and we are breaking into the New Car Industry!"
This is only the beginning. Wait until the OEM's start producing their products using Airbee's software inside.
abew4me
Spargy...You are correct. Please also note that they have listed all of their software as "Zigbee Compliant" because they have no products to be tested.
abew4me
Clarification of Airbee Software for Identity module...It is my understanding that Identity's Anti-theft device does not have the capability to inventory cars without the use of Airbee's software inside. That was one of the major advantages of purchasing this company. This is a HUGE advantage for the dealerships to have for their inventory control for several reasons...
1. The banks charge the dealerships interest for every car on their lot each month. The dearlerships actually spend countless hours EVERY DAY counting their cars on the lot. (Once in the morning and once at the end of the day.) With Airbee's new anti-theft (and inventory control) device this laborous job is eliminated!!!!
2. The insurance companies charge insurance for these cars on their lot and WILL GIVE the dealerships a discount if they have this anti-theft device installed. (Once again, having the inventory control instantaneously will show the number of cars for the insurance company to charge the dealerships.)
Quite frankly, I doubt very seriously that Dan Neilsen is going to part with Airbee Wireless at the end of the year.
Why???
Because once the car dealerships get used to this instantaneous "inventory-control system", they are going to want to keep it! Can you imagine Dan Nielsen coming up to them and trying to explain that his product no longer has the invenory control software in it??? RIDICULOUS!!!
The product has over 200 components inside it and I doubt that a thief has the time to try and figure out where the device is located at - much less try to overide the technology.

LOL...plcbbgo...What are you doing up this late? Glad to see you over here too. Have a good week-end.
abew4me
Victor...Good to see you here. Let me also add that I heard from a reliable source that Srini and David McCartney were very successful with their meeting in Dallas, TEXAS!!!
Anybody want to guess what company they visited in TEXAS?!!!
Time for me to hit the hay.
Good-night and have a good week-end all.
abew4me
It looks like all of the good guys are over here; Chartstrader, Carp, Btradin (aka: abewfan), atco, etc...
I also recognize some Heavy Hitters such as T_4_$ (Trade4Money)
Okay...Okay...I'm here! I am humbled that so many people were asking about me. I hope that I can contribute to this board as much as I did on RB.
Any questions before I go to bed?
