Yes. If their fiscal year ends on March 31st, then they have 45 days to file their 10-Q...which means they have until May 15th to file...that's why I asked if you happen to know whether or not they have filed yet.
So the answer is that their 10-Q is forthcoming either today or by Monday (the 16th) at the latest.
