Why Dan Nelson WON'T excersize his option to buy back Identity from Airbee Wirelss...

Of course this is just my opinion, but I don't believe Mr. Nelson would buy his company back from Airbee Wireless based on the advanced software technology that Airbee has to offer his customers ie; the Dealerships.

As I stated in a previous post, the banks charge interest on EVERY CAR the dealership has on their lot. The dealerships spend countless hours EVERYDAY counting the number of cars on their lot. Once in the morning and once in the evening. Not only does this take up valuable man-hours, but it is a very cumberson task for the person doing it. (What happens when the count is off by a car or two??? You guessed it, you have to COUNT IT ALL OVER AGAIN.)

However, once Airbee Wireless downloads their Zigbee-compliant software technology into the anti-theft device...VOLAHHH The anti-theft device now becomes BOTH an anti-theft device AND an inventory control device wrapped up in the same little package.

The dealership can now have an INSTANTANEOUS print out of the number of cars on his lot. The dealership will also be able to find a specific type of car on his lot. ie; a red corvette with air, or how about a blue Impala with a DVD? Whatever the customer wants, the dealership will know EXACTLY where it is.

Now...Imagine that one year has passed and it's time for Mr. Dan Nelson to decide whether or not he's going to buy back his company from Airbee Wireless. Does he buy it back from Airbee knowing that he is going to have to give up the inventory-control software that his dealerships love so much??? From a business standpoint, it makes NO SENSE at all because he would have a lot of angry dealerships jumping down his throat.

They simply do not want to have to manually count their cars the old-fashioned, out-dated (and very costly!!!) system that they did before.

I think Mr. Dan Nelson will have an easy time making this decision. Besides, the price of his 7.7 million shares will probably have gone from .66 to around $5 each. If that's true, he would be sitting on approximately $40 million.
