I agree. But, let's admit what is happening and not avoid it. Because a lot of people are getting caught in the musical chain issue here.
News is great but, to pay for it means dilution. It's just timing the pump and dump, is the question. Then what happens when the o/s gets way out of hand? Need I say more.
Why can't they show some end product on their web site so we all can get an idea of what exactly they produce. It's been over two months since the reverse merger and none of us, know exactly what the heck they sell. I mean I understand what packaging/textiles are but, let's see the end products.
This has gotten to the point of being ridiculous.
I told you guys, I drove by and looked in the windows and saw a lot of plants and trees!!
Your wasting a lot of energy (and sometimes, I feel I am as well) as I have made a number of suggestions on how to increase the PPS and bring the shareholders up to date on things. If they fall on deaf ears, that's fine, I'll just sit back and wait for an acquisition and get my estimated low PPS of $ .30, at the worst.
There are a few reason why we're sitting here in this price range. This stock should be ten times higher by now. Should be selling over and above an acquisition price, IMHO.
GeaniusAmar, you should call the IR and get some answers. But, if your trying to get the price down so you (or I) can buy more, have at it. I am waiting for a pull back myself.
I am a patient man, I just feel VPLM, will blink and sell themselves short. If these patents are what they appear to be, then we're looking at $1.00-1.25 per share. (Based on 349 million o/s).
GratefulSteward..........It's called DILUTION, my friend.
DILUTION OF 50 MILLION MORE SHARES! Hence, the downturn in the stock price. I have been saying this for a long time. Hope most got out at $ .27 or so. We're headed back down to $ .11 (IMHO)
Do you realy think all those athletes care about the share price?
They have play the pump and dump of new shares and dilution, over six times or so!! This is a fact and if anyone doesn't see this by now, it's sad.
How do you think they got John? They gave him a ton of shares, options, etc.
Oops Typo......Meant to say Facebook paid that much for Instagram.
50 MILLION MORE SHARES!!! WOW! TIMBERRRRRRRRRRRRRR
I believe it maybe a good time for a conference call with management and investors.
Just to bring us all up todate on the acquisition talks and progress with everything. It couldn't hurt, now could it.
If not now, definately when talks heat up and offers are on the table.
I just hope management doesn't blink and take the first good offer. This could be something, that when looking back on, in the years to come, they might be kicking themselves in the backside, for taking anything under $1.00 a share. 00
Remember, Microsoft paid $ 8.4 Billion for Skype and Facebook paid around $ 500 million +. So with the value of this technology, how do we really know the actual value? THIS IS THE QUESTION!
IMHO
I'm back!!! Another what, 45 million shares issued, now what? 230 million....I told everyone to wait and watch further dilution....NOW, watch the price drop!!! lol
Back down to $ .11, wait for it. Then I'm back in.
Hope everyone enjoyed the ride.
OOPS, missed it when reading off my cell phone.
Why don't you try calling the number on the top of this page. I did a few months ago and spoke with, I believe a guy with that name. But, not sure it is the same guy.
Still not too sure what the excitement is all about. Relax and enjoy the ride.
And the new website is? Will this be in the next press release
Why, what other suggestions do you have for why the PPS hasn't performed as we all have expected OR, how more investors would be attracted to purchasing shares of VPLM?
Reducing the outstanding shares would make a higher share price more attactive for investors. And another thought, possibly making it easier for th Chill to come off. IMHO
If NO FURTHER DILUTION was guaranteed, it would enhance the share structure. It would be a lot easier for a stock price to go from $ 1.00 to $ 10.00, than from $ .05 to $ .50.
If done correctly, the trading range would be increased and possibly higher than the eventual aquisition price.
Just a thought but, something that probably would help increase the PPS and to attract more investors would be to do conservative reverse split. NOW, RELAX! I don't mean to do one and then further dilute with more shares, thus, causing the PPS to tank!!!
We all know, that everyone is anticipating an aquisition. But, to attract more and mean a lot more investors, the price needs to get out of the price range it is in now. I'd wait for it to hit $ .05 again, thou.
Although, I know the amount of the outstanding shares doesn't make much of a differnce as it stands now. But, let's just think, if they did only a 1:20 reverse split (AND THEN MAKE IT CLEAR NO DILUTON WILL OCCUR), as we normally see with most penny stocks. This would reduce the number of outstanding shares down to about just 17.5 million shares and a PPS at $ 1.00.
This would make it much more attractive to indivisual investors. If approached and executed correctly, the PPS would move upward. But, and I will repeat myself, a statement of NO FURTER DILUTION MUST BE MADE!!!!!!! IMHO
Right now, better than anyone else!!!
WHY WOULD ANYONE SHORT THIS STOCK?
I bought 100,000 today.
Can anyone give me the share structure? Outstanding shares, authorize, and float. Please. Thanks you.
Has anyone tried to download the app? I saw it but, I don't make overseas calls. Looks good.
Microsoft....
paid $8.4 BILLION for Skype!! That's with a B.
If VoIP-Pal.com ran their own face to face site, then what? $1.00-2.00 a shares is very reasonable. It could get scary.
If they would go on TV and show what they have, WOW. (FYI, DROP, just did and the price jumped.
There is a large float, which could be the reason for the low PPS.
Good news BUT, the questions remains, 'WHEN" & "MANDATORY", this is what needs to be answered? Could it go on for years? What's the urgency? That is the big QUESTION?????????????
NOT ME....I'm in @ $ .008 big time. lol
Not selling until the buyout. Why would anyone? Patients, wait and you'll see! This could go to $ 1.00, if the bidding heats up. Remember, pennystocks sell way above their value! And IMHO, I feel VPLM, will sell above the aquisition offer before everthing is said and done.
But, of course, this is just IMHO.
Thanks
I have a comment. Is this Lawful Intercept currently be used or are they waitig for it to go into law and mandated? According to what I have read, it's desired by the FBI & NSA but, not enforceable. Or is it?
What's the urgency, if no law is in place.
I know I am repeating myself but, since no one has given me any insight, and I am getting old, I ask once again.
Does Lewis Page know about VoIP-Pall.com's new approved patent?
That would be dreaming to think VPLM will get a billion for an aquisition! But, I am all for it.
What's the updated Outstanding shares??
Spec can you or who ever posted the articule about the NSA saying they would pay billions for Lawful Intercept, by Lewis Page, re-post it?
Oh no, it's only Ashers fault, OPHI tanked! lol
If they had decent sales, they would have been paid off a long time ago.
Did anyone ever send that article to Lewis Page(who wrote in The Register)regarding the NSA offering billions for VoIP Lawful Intercept technology?
I guess no one really either read my previous posts or cared to respond BUT, I beleve the urgency or lack there of, it what I have a question about.
When will the laws be made to mandate the implementation of these patents? Obviously, all these VoIP sites are up and running. Now, what or why should they now activate Lawful Intercept?
That's the question that is being asked. I have talked about this opportunity with others and being a pennystock, they can't get too excited. I for one, am but, I believe unless the demand (urgency) for this technology is instilled into the market place, the PPS will lag.
ButtersOnARoll.....your dreaming to say the least. But, I would welcome it.
At the present time, there are no laws in place to enforce this technology. Therefore, no urgencey for implementing it.
So until it be comes mandated, VoIP site don't have to have them.
I would agree, the value should be more realist at $ 350-500 million. Management certainly hasn't marketed the value or when the laws good into effect.
But, still a long way off until any law has to be passed that would require VoIP sites to install this technology!
No urgency as of now. So, no penalty, fine or tax would encourage all sites to have this technology! Therefore, why would they want it now? That's the question!!
Still, more to it then just having patents.
But, I would say this, management could be more transparent on how a value for these patents can be determined.
How or when will this technology be manatory by the government? How will the government (s) implement this into all VOIP sites? Will they be taxed heavily until they implement it?
What about the alternative to license this technology in the meantime to generate revenue. This would establish a more clear understanding of a market value for the stock.
Because as of now, how do you place an amount until it is determined how important these patents are. All VOIP sites are operating without now, correct? So, then what or how will they be forced to do so? Or will they?
I believe now, management should address this maybe in a PR. IMHO
I understand how to market a product and I wish VPLM did as well.
Because, as of now, apparently these patents don't seem to be required by governments?
Sunspotter, so what are you saying, these patents aren't worth anything. But, if they did promote in the past, maybe that don' feel it's worth the cost. Certainly not at that costs. But, I guess now I can see why.
It doesn't cost that much. But, that's a great job trying to promote that video scam.
What the....I'd be long gone at $10.00 per share. Pennies usually sell for much higher than market value! And if this one did, the bidding war would go up!
It hasn't been determined yet the value of these patents or have I missed it somewhere?
The main question I believe most people would have when discussing VPLM is why then is it only trading at $.04, if these patents are so important? Some would find that odd!
The float is high in comparison to the outstanding, maybe that's one reason.
IRYazman....well, I have already done that and here are a few of their responses
1) Fortune 500 companies don't buy pennystock companies.
I totally disagree. Facebook bought Instagram.
2) Why haven't they already bought chunks of the outstandings, thus raising the PPS.
I couldn't answer that, as I would agree with that.
3) It's pennystock and most investors will not invest in a $ .02-.04 priced stock.
I don't agree, as I did.
4) They'll reverse merge and wipe all the investors and make a deal with management.
I totally disagreed.
But, you can see how some are apprehensive about investing.
I couldn't dissagree with you more.....if more investors were aware of this stock, it would be over $ .15 by now....and then once the RBR is approved, $ 1.00 wouldn't be unreasonable. Then the suitors would see the market value a lot higher, thus raising the bids between the number of interested parties. IMHO
I would really love to know how you could then put a real value on a technology that apparently will be required by most if not all government agencies?
Agreed, if it's posted on the government website then it's public.
You can google it and find the exact amount. I guess my point is, VPLM could probably do $ .30-40 per year in revenue, why would you sell for only $ 100 mllion or so.
If these patents are what they say they are, then your talking $ 350+ million.
As I stated, most penny stocks sell way over their market cap. So, if promoted correctly, $ 1.00 would be around the price it can run to. IMHO
Well, I agree that management would be selling themselves short for selling for only $ .30-40 per shares. They could probably license out $ 100 million a year to all the VOIP sites. I for one would be extemely disappointed with any price under$ 1.00.
If they do get the aprpoval for the RBR patent in the next month or so. The PPS should move to at least $ .10 or so. NOW, IF THEY WERE TO EVER PROMOTE AND MARKET THIS STOCK, it could easily move to $ .30-40 pre-aquisition and then to $ 1.00.
Facebook paid around $ 750 million for Instagram last year. And these patents, assuming they will be mandatory for all VOIP sites, should be valued well over $300 million plus,........you would think.
I personally believe management will blink, and sell for under the value it deserves.
Penny stocks should be promoted two-three times their market cap.
IMHO
