Village Tea Company On The Move
Feb 17, 2017
OTC Disclosure & News Service
Washington, DC - Affinity Beverage Group, Inc ( OTC PK: ABVG) subsidiary, Village Tea Company Distribution, Inc has been invited to participate in a sales and marketing program with On The Move convenience stores (40 Florida locations) and the Florida Panthers (NHL). The initial placement is slated for 11 locations across south Florida and includes a marketing package with the Florida Panthers and the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida. Please follow the company on Twitter and Instagram @villageteaco and Facebook at Village Tea Company for further updates.
"Sales and marketing program" would logically include advertisements to bolster the sales at On The Move stores "slated for 11 locations across south Florida".
"Includes a marketing package with the Florida Panthers and the BB&T Center". This suggests advertising and sales taking place at the BB&T Center as well, not only Florida Panthers events, but all BB&T events.
Florida Panthers news: (forget about the news, look at all the ads skillfully placed in all these news stories!) https://www.nhl.com/panthers/news/florida-panthers-los-angeles-kings-game-recap/c-286902954
Most of the major brokerages are open 24/7. Lots of new information for me on this subject so yeah, I will talk to my brokerages directly to see how they deal with the borrowed shares issue at hand. Glad we had discussion on the matter.
I've canceled all my locked up share orders. But given that it takes a lot of work just to reach .01, my reasoning for locking my shares up around .03 was that I would have plenty of time to cancel the orders well in advance of them being taken out. Moot point now anyway.
That is awesome information. Thank you for sharing that. I will definitely get LERs on my brokerage accounts.
So even if you have bought a stock with cash but you have a margin account they can still allow your shares to be borrowed. Sneaky.
Now I'm going to cancel all of my locked up share orders. Thanks again.
I thought they could borrow any shares that do not have a sell order pending. Never knew cash bought shares and margin bought shares were categorized differently.
The term "locked and loaded" is used quite frequently on these boards to indicate someone is holding a position and their shares are locked for sale somewhere higher than the current price. Since most OTC stocks are non-marginable that would mean that all the locking going on is unnecessary and serves no purpose.
Not saying you're wrong, I just had a very different understanding of how this works.
Longs: Lock up your shares above .01. I have my whole position for sale between .025 & .035. Doing this prevents your shares from being borrowed by short sellers on the way up. $EEGI
Glad I was patient and didn't buy the 3's. $FBCD
Just opened a position with 5M on the bid @ 2.
MM's traded that 333300 at .00025.
ETRF just put in a hidden offer.
3's keep adding more as they get nibbled. 666600 trade, 3333300 trade...someone playing games.
My L1 shows last trade .00015.
Maybe BMIC showing his last 12.9M at 3? Hoping that's the case. He leaves and this flies. IMO
Can someone update on BMIC activity when the 2's got taken? I wasn't watching. Thx.
Good advice. Just tweeted the news. $ABVG
$ABVG Huge news out!!!!

Bought some more 8's on that last push. $ABVG
Well it's gone now, or being hidden.
That 20M bid @ 11 is probably fake. Someone trying to get their 12 offer taken out.
I agree. And as long as MR you know who leaves, those new people will stick around.
Yes! I'm grateful to have an average price of .000252. Some of those 2's did come from BMIC. When he's done, and eventually I think he will be, I'll be thankful it played out the way it did.
The main difference here is that the huge sellers are diluting. In NASDAQ is was usually retail who had a large order to fill and they held the price in place until the order was done.
I only have about 6 months experience on OTC stocks, but I started trading NASDAQ and other markets before fractions were abolished. I see the same things here that I saw on NASDAQ, just that here the time frame for things to play out is MUCH longer. Same thing though, MMs holding back stocks, charts creating bullish and bearish patterns, traders trying to figure it all out. Not difficult for me to see that BMIC is the problem here. On NASDAQ we would have blown through him in about 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes in OTC market time might = 15 days.
I just say what I see. I have no idea where he is in terms of being done. I saw him hold the 2's from lifting all by himself a few days ago, then when he finally did leave he had sucked all the momentum out of the stock so it wasn't able to go through the 3's. Then he came back and was reserved again. Now it looks like people are losing interest because he's still there and presumably going to do the same thing if we do see volume come back. If we see him trade and then leave without getting pounded then perhaps his order is done. Until then this stock isn't going anywhere, IMO.
IMO this is not a quickie stock. I think it will go up nicely eventually but until BMIC is done diluting the piss out of it it's not going anywhere. He's still on the offer so chances of it going through him are slim with the volume so low.
Don't worry, at 3 there will be just as many 2's there for you to buy as there are now.
$INCC finally waking up. I've been long since November waiting for the chart to fulfill its destiny. Glad I didn't sell a single share, despite all the bad mouthing I've read here. Scam or no scam, this baby is gonna run!
He's been the problem. Selling 10's of millions into the buy pressure & holding it back.
Lock up your shares over .01. $SPOM
Golden cross setting up as soon as this reaches & trades 3's. $SPOM
Nice shift here. $ABVG
What's with the odd lot buys?
Well it's a good base we're creating here anyway.
At least he changed his size. If I remember correctly he was showing 5M a couple days ago and stayed at that size regardless of what size he traded. That's a reserved seller feature some platforms have. Show whatever you want but hide the true size of the order.
When his order is done, lol. I have no idea. All I know is he holds it down every time it tries to rip through the 2's. He leaves, and stays gone, this thing flies. $SPOM
I think he meant VNDM moved to .005 on the offer.
Namely BMIC.
You are spot on with that call. Identical situation taking place. $INCC
I'm holding strong. No itchy fingers here.
Avg price for me is .000982.
Been locked for the last week. Eyes starting to bleed waiting for this liftoff that we all know is coming! $ABVG
After 14's it's a rocket. $INCC
