very true DB! The thing about these latest releases is they add revenue. I know you watched ibcs trading for a while. In my opinion the stock has started to trade differently. Seems a lot of the flippers are gone, I'm sure they'll come back but at a higher price. The share price seems to be stabilizing here in the mid .03s for the next leg up. JMHO GL :)
Couple of small sell and mm LAMP ut to .033 with nite
I think we get one maybe even two smaller prs before the tech news is released. I would think the tech news would be before the end of the month. jmho
IBCS said "Yes we have a press release out, one of them", anyone else hear it
IBC Radio Network to Offer New ``Pay-to-Listen'' High-Speed Internet Streams to Accommodate Rapidly Growing Audience
***
Business Editors PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IBCS-- In response to a rapidly growing audience, IBC Radio Network (www.IBCRN.com), a division of International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS), is installing special high-speed servers which can be accessed only on a "pay-to-listen" basis. Unlike the standard free streams, the new high-speed streams will be of a lot higher quality and much faster delivery (less delay). For a show like "Stock Talk LIVE," where timely delivery of information is critical, the new high-speed pay streams can make all the difference between winning and losing on a profit opportunity revealed on the show. Daryn P. Fleming, President and CEO of IBCS, said, "Our listening audience is growing at a much faster pace than we anticipated at this stage of development. We have received many reports from listeners not able to tune in over the Internet because the broadcast servers are full. The new servers will also allow us to experiment with a new revenue stream." About IBC Radio Network IBC Radio Network, a division of IBCS, is an all-talk radio service broadcasting via commercial satellite 24/7, focused on business, news and science, and is the largest carrier of exclusive paranormal content in commercial radio today. IBCRN exclusively offers many top shelf niche programming which includes Whitley Strieber's "DREAMLAND," The Lou Gentile Show, Cybercity Radio, Talk Show America, The Black Knight & Squire "G" show and many others. IBCRN exclusively carries "Stock Talk LIVE," the nation's largest syndicated micro-cap stock show on commercial radio today. Definition of REGDEX
REG D
These are companies selling securities in reliance on a Regulation D exemption or a Section 4(6) exemption from the registration provisions of the '33 Act must file a Form D as notice of such a sale. The form must be filed no later than 15 days after the first sale of securities. The exact form type is usually REGDEX, but may be a REG D-1 or similar. Reg D's are not filed electronically.
I was thinking the same thing on the PRs muley. One thing we see a lot in these small startups is a lack of savvy when it comes to timing and content of their news. I believe IBCS mgmt has been busy building their business and now they have the advantage of Darrells' and Darrens' understanding of how to present their message to stockholders. TFCT hit 15 cents today with over 170 million shares what will this one do once the fuse is lit. I'm am mostly a position trader and I intend to let this one play out. GLTA GO IBCS
Amen! Very nice. Freedom is not free, many gave their lives so we can have the life we have.
IBCS tight, like to see like that .032x .033

EZ, AMHI and TTXI worth a serious look at these levels IMHO
ROTFLMAO
AASP LOL
IMO when a stock comes under buying pressure the MM sell and move the ask up followed buy the bid. As the pressure eases they drop the bid which will normally spook weaker hands into selling and lower the bid further but the ask won't necessarily keep up and you get a wide spread. This discourages buyers. The problem is the MMs can see the order book so if the buying pressure looks likely to continue they keep the ask up. hence ifyou sell @ the bid you may not be able to buy back at a lower price unless your willing to wait at least some days until buying interest leaves the stock. I have fairly decent long position & some trading shares in IBCS. I try to buy on low volume days @ the bid or in between the B/A.I sold some the last time it crossed a nickle. I always try to lower my cost per share, but the bottom line for me is if these guys make it, whether you buy @ 2,3,4,or 5 cents you are going to be happy.Lots of folks flip this stock from 2-3or4 cents for a penny or 2. Having been at this game for a while I am always skeptical and that goes for IBCS as well as every stock i own. Then one day some of them do a CHDT or MBAH or TRPL and I become very pleasantly surprised. If they do an LRSY then you can really have a party. I am pleased to say I owned them all from close to the bottom. Go IBCS GOOD LUCK TO ALL IBCSers!
Matt, I'm long CMKX, but if it does that I'm going to be crying over all thase shares I sold @ .01 lol
Been there, thx for that reminder that the market defies logic especially down here in the gutter. I have to agree that scams usu. make the most profitable trades as long as your in and out early. Good honest little companies usually don't pump their stock so they get little attn eg USTI
That's an interesting point, I have a couple that show on my brokers quotes and L2 as the nearest penny. I have to go to alphatrade L2 to get a better picture. Anyone know someone who has bought or sold in 5 decimals. A move of .00003 on a 100m shares is 3 grand right? I flip some pennies for a few or even a couple of hundred dollars. Anyone capable of entering a 5 decimals on an order? CRAAAZY huh and fun too till the music stops anyway. GLTA :)
PHOX bid buildig and ut
.005x.007 2x2
IBCS anything under a nickle will have been cheap and if all comes to fruition anything under a dime imho
Nite buying some AVTX this am
Very true, hope that changes.
MATT, thats fair right? and the dirty rats opened it up like that on practically nothing. As soon as they shake enough out they'll take it back up. Wonder whose shares schb was selling. I'm gonna keep mine for a while, see what happens. trby too
I know you asked billy , but in my opinion you should always use limit orders on OTC and Pinks unless you don't like money
2-10 cents weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee THX Raw these are my favorites! Here are few 2-10ers i'm waiting on: CYOS, NLXI, CHDT, TTXI, AOXY, MAMH, HYVR, XDGI, GKIG. Buyer Beware They're all POS before they run, while they're running, and esp. when they stop running!
HEY you back TTXI lookin sweet AMHI too
AVTX not selling down here, it either take off for a big gain or becomes wallpaper! that just me though, trby the same, i feel i'm positioned well in both
AVTX, who wants to volunteer to go give schb a good swift kick in the nuts! lol can we say that here?

Torbay Holdings Inc: REGDEX Filing following Private Placement By Shareholders, Directors and a Quill Mouse Distributor
***
Business Editors NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TRBY-- (OTC:BB TRBY.OB) TRBY announces that various individuals associated with the company have, upon their own recognizance, approached the company with requests to purchase treasury and so restricted, stock. The company, under Blue Sky laws that prevail in most States, was required to file such documents (REGDEX) as applicable with the SEC and in the States that shareholders reside. For the avoidance of doubt; this was not an offer made by the company, but is an outcome of approaches by individuals who are investors and followers of TRBY on the TRBY board of the Investors Hub (iHub). These funds were is in addition to those received from Tony Marchant, TRBY's non-exec director, the conversion of a loan to the company by Gordon Lane, Chairman and also from the proprietor of ErgoType BV, Designer Appliance's Dutch distributor of the Quill Mouse. All told, gross receipts of over $150K are in the process of completion and clearance. This represents a significant portion of the $500K (net $400k after typical fees are applied) of new financing that the company anticipates it may require over the next 12 months for operations at current levels. Proceeds will be used in operations and in the financing of on-going investment in marketing and the progression of key milestones that are anticipated to further enhance shareholder value prior to securing other instruments of finance. There are no fees payable to any individuals or organizations associated with the receipt of these funds, only the costs of the regulatory fillings. Likewise there are no registration rights prevailing and so this issuance will have no immediate impact in the market as these shares will held for the duration under Regulation D rules. Tom Large, President & CEO stated, "I believe that this is exceptional, if not unique in the history of the OTC:BB for a company's shareholders to voluntarily step up to the plate in this way. It is my belief that there can be no better endorsement and show of confidence than to have shareholders proactively support their company like this. I am delighted and gratified that shareholders, directors and a distributor are prepared to show a significant and long term commitment to TRBY." The REGDEX filing was carried out in paper format and so the for full disclosure purposes a pdf copy (apologizes for the fax quality) of the filing will be listed on the www.trby.com website.
