DOE Document - Monte Mountain thrust, additional confirmation of the ...
FYI...
Chamberlain said he presented his thrust belt model to Exxon in the mid-1980s and the firm shot approximately $75 million of seismic data.
"Exxon was the only company that shot regional lines to look for thrusting," he said. "They shot over the mountains and valleys, which was significant, because the only other seismic in Nevada was in the valleys only. At that time Exxon was excited by what they saw and drilled the Aspen exploration well, which went from Devonian back into Mississippian, confirming the thrust model."
However, at that time the company cut its American frontier projects and did not pursue the project.
"I think Exxon was right on the mark," he said, "and would have found some big oil if they had stayed a little longer."
Another well 20 miles north of Las Vegas, drilled by Grace Petroleum in the footwall of the Gas Peaks thrust, also verified the thrust model, according to Chamberlain.
"The company drilled through a normal section down to the Cambrian, and at about 7,000 feet went from the Cambrian back into Triassic and then drilled a normal section down to 18,000 feet," he said.
Asus,
you are to smart for that answer!
True dat... :O
I am searching like you. I did come across Exxon dumping leases in Wyoming around the same time we were aquiring. I think I was thinking to small though...don't know. Sift through the old PR's like Oldteck suggested. "Oh wait", this is Roach I am talking to, I know you arleady have. So you know what I am thinking.
GLTA!
Oldtech said it best. They make it hard to verify anything. Who knows what is going on.
Exxon sold rights within a year and a half of Phoenix claiming to own rights in Wyoming...hmmmm...I may be dead tomorrow!
And reporting we own at least over 1,400,000 in leases!
John?????
And whats with this pipeline from dakota to wyoming..
Roach what does this post mean. And is Hartzog potential or wishing. Thanks buddy!
Where is BBM I hope she didn't sell!
But that post said multi-million dollar deals...right? Not deal, but deals????? Whatever, its probably not true anyway. Happy Labor Day everyone!
Search Jeff M and Oil and the first thing that pops up...

John, I have pesonally seen the lean process work, but every industry is different. Unforseen circumstances can take place I guess. GLTA!
John, hmmm on this post! You are definitely making this interesting! Makes it sound like these lawsuits are from uprgrades on equipment, which may explain the lawsuits that exist from work stopage from equipment. Me guessing! John, I know you have no insight, but it sounds like you have a little more backgound. Stay with the board we need ya! And yes, I am a big holder!
Well Roach if we do have the Wyoming leases...FYI...

CHEYENNE -- For the second straight year, Wyoming oil fields recorded increased production.
In 2007, oil production in the state hit 54.1 million barrels, an increase of 1.1 million barrels, or 2 percent, over 2006, said Don Likwartz, supervisor of the state Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.
"That's ... two years of increase we've had so far after 21 long years of no increases," Likwartz said Wednesday.
Wyoming will retain its ranking as the seventh largest oil producing state in the nation, he said.
"We were just under 3 percent of the total production in the United States in '06, and I think we'll still at about that same level," he said.
Until 2006, oil production in Wyoming had been on a downward slide since 1985.
But new recovery techniques in older fields and oil recovered as a byproduct in natural gas fields have reversed the trend.
For instance, the 100-year-old Salt Creek field north of Casper had been considered all but tapped out until Anadarko Petroleum Corp. began pumping carbon dioxide into the ground to capture oil that couldn't be recovered by conventional drilling methods.
And drilling in the Jonah and Pinedale Anticline natural gas fields in southwest Wyoming has yielded oil on the side.
"The number one oil field is going to be the Jonah gas field," Likwartz said.
Salt Creek will rank second in production, followed by the Pinedale natural gas field.
Still, the majority of Wyoming's oil fields are seeing declining production because they are old and don't have CO2 injection, he said.
Thirteen of the state's top 25 producing oil fields are at least 75 years old, and many are producing mostly water with a little oil, Likwartz said.
"So it's a large oil skimming operation off of large water production," he said.
However, high oil prices are spurring more interest in using CO2 in Wyoming, and Exxon plans to increase the amount of CO2 it can deliver to oil producers by 97 million cubic feet a day in 2010.
Likwartz said he expects increasing production from fields using CO2 recovery over the next several years.
"So it looks good from that standpoint for continued oil production increases," he said.
The only potential problem is pipeline capacity to move the additional production to market, he said.
Just as a lack of natural gas pipeline capacity has depressed Wyoming gas prices, the same lack of oil pipeline capacity is forcing down Wyoming oil prices, Likwartz said.
"For the month of March, Wyoming received $8.50 less than it should have for its oil," he said. "Almost all of the pipeline capacity is full."
Possible oil pipeline expansions outside Wyoming could free up some space for Wyoming oil in the coming years, he said.
LOL...Becareful John,
Your going to spend time in the "Big House" like Rally. I don't know how everyone else feels, but I don't want to see that. I would even be willing to bail you out :)
There have been a few posts that have gotton deleted that I felt were on topic, but I wouldn't look to far into it. There are other boards that could discuss it as well. But who knows, I for one hope you are right on!
Thanks Roach! Your hard work is much appreciated. Still a few to handle it appears.
Good evening Roach. Any more info on these future court dates. It looks like the ones against us should be getting wrapped up soon, and the ones in 4Q we are on the offense due to the fact that Reginald was rescheduled for October, but I am not sure. I think there may be another one against us that you posted after this. I will check. As always, appreciate the hard work and info.

Chilar/John/Rally,
I'm back early. Catching up. Oil has everything to do with this company. I have cut and pasted a message from another board...from SB. BC has already stated why he (SB) was dismissed. The trouble is believing what is posted on these boards. But notice the post from once maybe an insider. He specifically states that PBLS is in talks about a multi million dollar oil/diesel deal. Even more, he puts a negative spin on a multi million dollar deal. Why would an insider do that? Me thinking out loud...dismissed! We do own leases! This may not be true or something else might be true...who knows. But this Co is involved in oil.
Where did SB go anyway...I thought he was going to be posting for weeks to come. At least according to his post.
"I will be an active member of this board sharing whatever I can to stop the teflon don."
Oh yeah, Roach..."Shadow knows"!

Hello to all!
I am new to this board, but rest assured, I will have a big impact. There is far more going on at Phoenix than anyone truly realizes, and I do not mean this in a good way. I know for a fact, that the #### starts from the top. I have heard various names about Paul Alonzo on this board, but he has named himself the teflon Don. Paul has at least 50 lawsuits against him and he thinks that all of the suits against him are false.
I have had hands on experience with this man, and I have never met a more arrogant human in my life. He continues to defraud personal and stock investors along with his wife Carolyn. He tries to tell everyone that she is not part of the business (SCAMS) be I can promise you she knows about everything, while she drives her new S class Mercedes, visits the salon twice a week, and also sends her 2 dogs to the pooch salon.
On the other side of the criminal behavior, is the convicted felon Ron Blackburn. Ron has also stated that he does not know of any wrong doing, however he deposits checks into the corporate acct.s at the local Chase bank. As a convicted FEDERAL criminal, he should know better than to have hands on dealings with the money with the known intent to defraud. I hope that someone on this board knows of any federal agent that can call for an investigation to his fraud activities.
Now Paul and Ron are working with a man by the name of Jeff M. who is supposed to bring in some multi million dollar diesel/oil deals. However, the venture is not done through Phoenix, but through a seperate company named Bayou State Holdings Corporation. This company is based out of the same office as Phoenix, the resources for this venture are paid through the Phoenix operation, and all of the supposed contracts are done through the Phoenix office. This is a federal crime, you cannot use resources from one company to fund another, while not fully disclosing all activities. As well use the funding from a public company to line your own pockets.
As for there so called CFO Dennis Kowalski!!! Dennis tells everyone that he is a CPA. However, what he fails to tell everyone is that he was convicted for filling false tax reports, which means he cannot ever qualify as a CPA.
Than you have the used car salesman in Johnny Zornes. Zornes has brought to Paul every scumbag on the face of the earth, including George Michael Riley. Now Zornes has brought to Phoenix some Russian degenarates into the Phoenix fold for some new scrap metal scam business. This new business was added as another seperate company, but the employees that work for this new scam are Phoenix employees.
There is plenty more to come over the next week. I understand that the Feds are working up a huge case through the Minerals Management Agency for Phoenix failing to make royalty payments with Progas.
I will be an active member of this board sharing whatever I can to stop the teflon don.

Gotta leave for 2 weeks. GL and I hope for the best!
OBTW, no offence crad. I like celibrations. I hope yours is still on, but we need to pin down that date!
Good on them for buying back cheap, but still a long way to go. Its good to see them do this and not PR anything about it. It wouldn't make sense buying back shares after a PR run up. A little here and there doesn't drive the price to high either so more shares could be purchased at a lower price. Hopefully, the co is positioning itself. It sure looks like it.
Agreed John!
I believe PA is trying to do the right thing, but I have been wrong before...many times. So listen to your gut. For a pink stock trading this low and what they have (or not have to some) going for them...I am willing to take that risk. Compared to some of the crapola pink companies I have seen, they seem to have more interest from others..JMO! I would love to post in the future the following statement...
"PA,CA,RB....YES!!!!! I am so glad I invested in PBLS! Thank your for all your all hard work"!
Don't bother replying I know there are a million posts that you could come up with to disagree. So listen to your gut!
This will get a little more ugly before it gets better on low volume only which can scare the week IMO...watch the volume at this point. Notice Rally's post for the OS. More shareholders coming in. However, the co has had a history of diluting and has a chunk to give...who knows. GL.
John, grab what you can IMO! Read one of my old posts. Yes the trickery begins. Been there done that. GL my friend.
John, when I say imaginative I mean good post not ficticious..FYI. Thanks.
That was imaginative John…and I am serious! Roach, btw thanks for the info. No wonder you have almost 50 Mmarks! Good things to come IMO! GLA.
Something is up!!!!!!!
From the other board...sarcasm....

I apologize to pbls, pa, rb, and especially Mr. Robert E Couvillion and his lovely family
Hmmmmm
Hmmm...and run for judge defending a scam. If Hand ends up with MR in the bar hotel then it may be time to run. If he wins office...look out. Early October!
Hmmm...I will check and respond!
Chilar, my research says you need to do your DD!
Kudos John!
Chilar, in you opinion could this statement be put on the backs of the FNBP?
"by borrowing against purchase orders, they showed, for minerals out of the murphy pit".
What if those orders were signed and ligit only with proof of concrete documentation before they lost the pit due to two of the entities they are suing.
Another words, what if we get the lease back as big X has stated on this board. Just who is responsible at that point. Honestly, its all reaching, but this is america. Your opinion only. TIA.
Even better Roach! LOL :>)
