smallgain speaks in tongues - I never know what the heck he is saying. Maybe it is some secret NASA code and I am too stupid to decipher it...
He's sweet - and I think 17!
whooohoooooo! To Da Moon Baby!!!
BTW, I was just goofin with that guy trying to call me a liar.
Thanks. Should I ask Andrew about you? LOL!
How about another update on the shares traded -I don't want to mislead anyone.
You must be getting warmer with your DD - wait until they ban you - than you will know you are right.
Thanks - that must explain the stock price.
BEFORE I posted??? WOW! you just tried to make me look like a liar! Good Job!!!
I knew that, I was just goofing with ya!
Is there some sort of a procedure for getting unbanned? I tried to ask Matt but nothing yet. I even tried a bribe to post my photo on IHUB members holding a big fish. I could offer him my first born - no bargain though - who was born 25 years ago, college educated, 100k/year job and still asks for money!!! I HATE subsidizing bar tabs!!!
Perhaps the CSHDers have sat on their hands so long that they are too numb to push the BUY button one more time!
Here is a positive spin (is this a first for me??)- at least no one is selling!
No trades yet???? All the CSHD must be busy buying more FCCN stock.
Are you talking to yourself???

The rest of their filings are here - click the html and they will come up. Don't be afraid to use them - also some filings show up here that don't get posted on yahoo or other sites. The SEC has ALL the filings they get listed here.
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001110737&owner=include&c....
sorry, I was referring to FCCN when I said share structure.
But most information can be found in the SEC filings.
go to www.sec.gov and type in the company name. the filings should all come up - if they have filed anything. it's free.
Well being that he is also being paid by S3 (SEIH) and FCCN - it shouldn't be a stretch about those PR's and little chats he has with some of the main pumpers on those message boards.
Why doesn't anyone find it odd that all these companies are located in the same office space being run by many of the same BOD's? Doesn't past history mean anything to these people? If they really want to know what is going to happen next all they need to do is read about the prior company - almost boilerplate! down to the withdrawals of being a BDC. If they look at the results off those companies, they'd have their answer. Looks like the Fab Five are taking turns playing CEO - which makes it harder for most "investors" to track their history.
Well will have to see whther this is just another boilerplate special. I have no problem with AERO EXHAUST - I think since Javelin was advising them, they might not even know the past history. But money talks and greed can do nasty things. Maybe one of these plays will eventually work - who knows.
oh and I might add - here come the fluff PR's to calm the masses...some poster actually asked why they had not pr'ed that award one yet. Oh yes this is gooing to be interesting. YUP when people start asking to many questions about share structure and toxic financing - throw out those types of PR's to blind them. tsk tsk
Mike, I noticed you had some conversations with Andrew Beyer - was curious as to how yo felt about the information he was distributing. you can PM me if you wish. I am trying to get a read on what he is telling the investors over on FCCN. A couple of the posters are in constant communication with him. thanks

S3I Longs, as some of you know Scoob and I have been developing a repore with S3I's Public relations so during quiet periods we can keep on top of things. Were not learning anything that's not already public news were only being reassured and retold by the powers that be! With that said here is a reply from Andrew Beyer to my latest email;
Mike,
1) The agreement with La Jolla Cove has a floor of $.0005.
2) The number of shares would depend on the exercise price, the amount of capital received (obviously based on need), etc.
3) YaSheng owned 100% of SINO UJE, and S3 purchased its 51% in a stock transaction. YaSheng is a key contact in the China business landscape and is helpful in sourcing clients for SINO UJE. They do not contribute capital, nor are they required to, for their ongoing 49% ownership.
4) We would have to rely on publicly disclosed guidance from management to gauge a percentage completion of any Redwood Capital deals.
5) The press release of May 4th pretty much describes EquitiTrend's scope of services. The company has not disclosed payment terms, but from similar past agreements, we would assume there is a monthly fee agreement that is paid in cash.
We are looking forward to more information being released in the coming weeks that might give the company's supporters something to discuss. We wish we could give more detail, but that will have to be released as authorized by the company.

Subject: S3I
Hello Andrew,
I have a few questions for you if you don't mind.
1) Concerning La Jolla is there a set price that they can't sell under?
2) How many shares per month?
3) Does Ya Sheng contribute the same % to SINO as S3I and if not why not?
4) Redwood Cap. Has completed one reverse merger, do they have anymore in the cycle as in 25%,50%,75% completed?
5) Tell me what is Equititrends purpose? What are they doing for S3I? How are they paid and how much?
If you read the boards you know what a struggle were having with holding some ground, we need help, I consider this as a part of protecting my investment and will fight to the end.
Andrew please get these answers back to me a.s.a.p thanks
lumik
How well do you know this Andrew Guy. I am trying to get a read on the reliability of his information. Judging by the stock chart - maybe I shouldn't be asking you.

Boys & girls, nothing but good news from ANDREW Beyer...
Everything he and mgmt. have said they would do, they have and are doing.
Look for more news releases next week, more pictures of the progress at Deer Trail, and a video should be forthcoming as to that progress.
Target to complete the facility at Deer Trail is a conservative "by the end of Sept." Most likely sooner than that.
If there is a delay regarding the completion of the electrical sub-station, then Generators can be rented so progress can continue.
Ray Brown has got to feel like an old-time prospector who is
about ready to hit the "mother-lode"...
As far as Mr. Beyer knows, as of last week there has not been any dilution, and he doesn't believe there has been any, but he did say he would check.
Current OS should be the same after the r/s... approximately 50 million shares...

americano, I talk to ANDREW Beyer every 2 weeks, and everything he has told me has come to pass.
Rumor has it that Unico mngt. made a decision about a month ago to do whatever it takes, no matter the cost, to get Deer Trail generating a revenue stream.
Rumor also has it that he and I talked about stocks that have been "shorted" and when they made their run, how it would almost make you "pee" your pants to see the pps fly as the "shorties" were buying to cover while investors were buying.
Thanks for being a part of a "good" board...

Welcome aboard boys... If you take the time and read every post here, you will have a great "feel" for this co.
We have been here for awhile and there is some great info.
According to my conversations with ANDREW Beyer (IR) the Deer Trail facility is on schedule to be completed by the end of the month with production to follow.
Some investors believe this to be a major play... gold, silver, copper, zinc, lead...

Swayne, ANDREW Beyer told me that the mill would be up and running on "or" around the 1st.
Technically we are still "around" the 1st. I hope we get some very good news by the 15th.
I know... Goldy says Nov. 1st.
tick tock, tick tock, tick tock
We are so close, I can taste it. The waiting is just about over.
I'm looking for a significant move to the upside and for the pps to stabalize before it's stair-step journey into the history books...

Goldy, ANDREW Beyer told me today that they are working "dilligently" to do everything they can to get the sub-station completed.
... and that it shouldn't take very long.
If they are processing by Jan. 31st, I will be thrilled.
Any sooner than that (which I think will be the case) then I will be happier than HD in his loafers...
How do you feel about your talks with Andrew now - do you think he was always on the up and up? I noticed another poster - MrGreentrends - on FCCN seems to have an open line to him and reports back to the messageboard almost daily on what Andrew says. Perhaps you could comment on your experience with Andrew, i would like to hear what you have to say. Unless of course you are also Mr.T - LOL!!!

Good Info, thank you.
If the O/S is the same then whats driving the pps down?
Dilution because of illegal counterfeit shares?

Case Study Unico - Dearest to our hearts
spoke with IR today and I asked about the electrical sub-station...
ANDREW told me that the completion of the sub-station is not necessary to begin processing at the Deer Trail, as they have alternative sources of power and can begin operations as soon as the mill is completed.
Screening of material has been ongoing and last week during the bad weather, they were able to work indoors and complete various projects.
From what I understand, there simply isn't that much more to be done to finsh the upgrades to the mill.

Did ANDREW Beyer indicate when he is going to actually visit the property?

Any here talk with Andrew from Gemini Communications??? Wonder how reliable he is with his information and whther he is easily accessible to speak with about this company.
Have you ever heard of O Olive Oil??? they are infused and very addicting! the best is blood orange. the second best is Jalapenos & Lime. I put it on everything - stirfry, steamed vegetables, salads, pastas and dip bread in it. damn it is unbelievable. Definitely gives a gourmet taste to anything you put it on. I have tried other flavored olive oils - but nothing compares to these. they are a bit pricey - about 18 bucks for 8 oz.. they have a website where you can order it - they also have great vinegars. I sent some samplers to my sisters for Christmas and they haven't stopped talking about it. check it out!
www.ooliveoil.com
Maybe she should carry an empty tin can and people would give her money for that act!
If the egg has already started it's long hard journey down the tube and doesn't make it to the uterus - yes - that would be an ectopic pregnacy and is bad - the tube can only expand so much - so it ruptures - and you are right - that is bad!
But if the sperm can beat it out of the fallopian tube toward the ovaries, it technically could be outside the tube.
Hey Janice - did you ever get Joey a little wheelbarrow to cart his nads around in??? they sure were dragging when I last saw them.
Or did you have a little nip and tuck done?
the egg never made it down the tube to the uterus. the sperm was so fast it swam out the fallopian tube and took his pick of the eggs.
(The fallopian tube extends from the uterus to the ovary. This tube carries eggs and sperm and is where fertilization of the egg, or "ovum" takes place. The fallopian tubes lie in the pelvic portion of the abdominal cavity and each tube reaches from an ovary to become the upper part of the uterus. This funnel-shaped tube is about three inches in length. The larger end of the funnel is divided into feathery, finger-like projections which lie close to the ovary. These beating projections, along with muscle contractions, force the ovum down the funnel's small end, which opens into the uterus. After sexual intercourse, sperm swim up this funnel from the uterus. The lining of the tube and its secretions sustain both the egg and the sperm, encouraging fertilization and nourishing the egg until it reaches the uterus. If an egg splits in two after fertilization, identical or "maternal" twins are produced. If separate eggs are fertilized by different sperm, the mother gives birth to un-identical or "fraternal" twins. )
probably a really fast macho sperm swimmer broke through the fallopian tube barrier...
Damn good think I know who Joey was! You just spoiled my appetite!!! LOL! with all that umbilical cord talk I thought you were leading up to some sort of variation on cooking intestines!
Hey Janice I needed to know your sources for best results on repoting scamming stuff to the SEC.
As Rufus might say: "Beyond the shadow of a doubt!"
Janice, where would you go to get the quickest results if you wanted to report something that smells scammy?
Maybe you should switch to FCCN - the management did - and they are doing it all over again.
Interesting - DEJA VU. Looks like the same directors for this stock are now beating the drum over on FCCN. And almost the same format. They just filed the 14a to withdraw as a BDC. Looks like they keep reshuffling who's on CEO duty.
NOMINEES FOR ELECTION AS DIRECTOR

WOW, thanks for the info. GLTY!!! Really...

I was curious about this post - did they ever get their withdrawal? they have filed to do the same thing with FCCN. Did the get listed on any exchange? How did things go after the withdrawal?

This is about the SEIH. It is run by the same people in the same office, the same transfer agent, the same IR.
All these companies have the same people running different companies from the same office. When I was dding Steven Peacock I saw he was working with all these people from SEIH.

It looks like at least 3 companies that are all run by the same people are sharing a space - how cost effective!!!
It looks like FCCN is also sharing the same office:

Well a number of Posters from FCCN are talking with andrew - he sure is being helpful reassuring them. Do SEIH and Gemini share the same office space??? I thought I read something earlier that referenced that. Maybe Javelin was in the same office as well?
Has any one talked to Andrew lately? what does he say? He seems pretty busy now with the FCCN pumpers.
Need to go where the money is.
I believe your management is busy with FCCN right now. Are they still officers of the company or not???
So there! back to you!
AHEM! What the heck are you talking about??? It was Rufus that said what the record date was OnSubPenny - not me. Simon even repeated it to make it clear for people. The problem is nothing was in writing, nothing was filed.
As Rufus has now said at least a half a dozen times - "if you don't like it - SUE ME!" And I have no question that they will - I bet his horses are also in that TRUST, you won't even get to collect horsemeat.
Keep an eye on FCCN shareholders - watch their behavior - it is the same old thing. Pumpers misleading and blaming the evil MM's - what clowns - the reason that thing is dropping is all in the filings - unfortunately they would rather read a frigging mythical Bashers Handbook and listen to some know-it-all like MrGreen than read the SEC filings. Some people never learn - although they will learn how to lose money pretty fast.
