What's your confirmation of this?
If no confirmation, stop pumping something you only think is to happen. If it is Stockster then they will try to bring down the price on monday prior to buying. That's their M.O. Look what they did to WTVN.
Other boards saying its MOBL.

154,000kilos/not ozs=$1.5million per month revenue
My apologies, meant kilos, not ozs. Per analysts reports done in May, San Miquel Vein, Vein#1 estimated reserves from silver @ 154,000 kilos, which would produce +-$52K per day revenue from this one vein.( at average of $700 a ton) Estimate is from Z & H consultants, top in their field. Reports from Comibol say this is a conservative estimate. If you take into account +-50% cut for taxes to Bolivia and jv with Comibol and costs to extract, leaves +-$750,000 a month in revenue. If the other 3 veins are at least that productive, +-$3million a month or $36million a year to FMNJ.
This does not even include the potential revenue from substanital amounts of zinc estimated. Check the PR out in May and it specifically shows these numbers from the report!
Also, this does not include the GTL revenue potential of up to 5000 barrels a month allotment to FMNJ for participation with YPFB to construct and operate the GTL refinery plant.
My opinion, not a buy or sell recommendation.
Best Regards.
Board approval is the next step
in proceeding with mining operations on the 4 veins.
Your frustration may be warranted for the time it has taken, but what "significance" of approval are you looking for. The MOU was completed and the next step was board approval, which was confirmed today. FMNJ is just keeping the shareholders informed of the process. This board approval is significant.
Comibol's board approval is the last step in a governing board's process to finalize a jv or any agreement! It gives FMNJ go ahead to sign the jv agreement, and "real" approval to begin mining operations. After review of the reports out near term on the remaining 3 veins, FMNJ can now proceed with mining operations on what vein is best to start with (ie-extraction capability, depth, cost structure, reserve potential).
Volume with exposure is what we need to get moving on this stock. The pps is basing @ just above support level @.023-.027 and has been for the past 8 days+. After we break the resistance level of .03 with report info, the pps should continue uptrend. With the other reports out shortly, I do not think it will remain below .03 for much longer. Vein 1 report estimated 150,000 ozs silver and significant amounts of zinc.
Even with the jv split with Comibol, this revenue will be significant on the 4 veins.
Apologies for any dangling participles.
My opinion, not a buy or sell recommendation.
Best Regards.
Agree, FMNJ -PR out today, chart turning up!
The PR out today stated the board of directors of Comibol has approved FMNJ to proceed with mining operations in the Cerro Rico mine.
Best Regards!
Good info. The Board approval is key though
because it solidifies the MOU. I would have liked the PR to address beginning of mining operations, but I think FMNJ wants the reports for veins 2-4 first to determine where to begin operations from these 4 assigned veins. If any of veins 2-4 have significantly more estimated reserves and/or possibly a better start point (easier access-extraction, depth, etc.), than vein 1, operations would likely begin there.
The reports on the remaining veins are to be out nearterm.
With such tough working conditions as stated in your info, FMNJ I believe will be seen as a benefit by enhancing working and safety conditions in their mining operations.
Thanks again for the info on the mining @ Cerro Rico!
My opinion only, not a buy or sell recommendation.
Best Regards
Thanks BB for FMNJ chart. Turning up!

2nd vein estimated @ 3meters wide. Larger than
1st vein. Your numbers are fairly accurate. The zinc deposits are apparentely quite substantial as well. Zinc is at an all time high and top analysts say with such low inventories, price to remain at this level into 07'.
Pending news out this week on the report on the next vein.
If as estiamted, once out should push price past .034 +.
As always, my opinion, do your own due diligence, not a buy or sell recommendation.

With report out this week, .02 by end of week
I'm not a predictor, but the MM's will dry up by end of week with july 3rd being Monday, and with report out this week on Red Lake, I see .02 in the works. I never sell into a MM slide, it's too transparent.
As always, my opinion, do your own due diligence and not a recommendation to buy or sell.
Best Regards, good luck to ya!
FACTS:
1.)Finalization of Red Lake project is to be complete shortly.
2.)EQBM received commitment from Swiss bank to fund the Dailan project in China.
3.)Dailan project has received all necessary approvals from Chinese authorities to proceed, and short term delay from a storm earlier in month is gone. EQBM set to begin operations.
4.)All JV agreements for China, Ontario and South America have been finalized at are in EQBM's legal hands to review and be signed nearterm.
5.)EQBM received initial funding of $250K for the Red Lake project, and engineers report for the 120 drilling holes is to be out in the next couple of days. Preliminary report done on this property in April showed significant positive core samples.
6.)CEO has requested shareholders register with EQBM to combat any short selling BS.
7.)July 3rd is dday for naked shorters to come clean.
Hope this helps in your decision, IMHO, you selling for a loss is exactly what the MM's and naked short sellers want to try and keep the price down. If you track the level II-III trades, when the price starts to rise, you will see a bid well below ask for +-300 or 1000 shares, which is only $3-10 dollars. Complete BS.
I am pleased that this company has not done any fluff PR to try and bolster price. Facts are preferable, and IMHO the facts that EQBM have shown are worth investing in.
As always, my opinion only, please do your own due diligence. Not a recommendation to buy or sell.

XKEM back to .059+- support level?
Possibly with such a short term rocket in pps. Volume is half of yesterdays and although it is a good stock, it can pause and slightly retrace based on sell off of short term profit traders alone. This price has the pending news built in somewhat. The hype over the last few days of the 7/8 release is what has allowed the pps to rise so quickly to begin with. Commonsense is not bashing. To have such a rise so fast is difficult to sustain. Yes, with its potential it likely may continue, but IMHO, after it retraces back toward its support @ .059+-. I agree with BB, difficult to sustain with such high RSI.With RSI @ 92%, how much more room then does it have to continue? And 7/8 is still +- two weeks away.
That's why many times preferably a continued slow rise in pps is wanted to sustain price uptrends for long periods of time without large retracements.
As always, my opinion only, do your own due diligence. This is not a recommendation to buy or sell.

FMNJ-pending news out nearterm-#2vein Cerro Mine
Look for news out nearterm on the report of reserves for veins #2-4 on the Cerro Silver mine for FMNJ. Report on 1st vein estimated 150,000 ozs silver and significant amounts of zinc.
Veins 2-4 possibly to have larger reserves.
Plus, jv with FMNJ and YPFB on GTL refinery near completion. Estimated 3500-5000 barrels a day jv allotment to FMNJ. Working with Shaw Industries to construct.
Strong upside potential IMHO
As always, this is my opinion and not a recommendation to buy or sell.
FMNJ-pending news nearterm-Vein #2 Cerro Mine
Awaiting patiently for news out nearterm on the 2nd of 4 veins for FMNJ on the Cerro Silver Mine. Report out for 1st vein estimates 150,000 ozs silver and significant amounts of zinc.

Also, JV near completion on GTL refinery with FMNJ and YPFB.

150,000 ozs silver, and signifcant amt. zinc.
Vein 2 is supposed to be 3 meters in width which is much larger than vein 1. Just wait till the reports are out near term on veins 2-4. Bashers are trying to say not much possibly. Wrong! If you moniter level II-III trades the 100-2000 share trades +- are trying to keep price down. So transparent! That's $2.00-$50.00 a trade.
Zinc is in short supply per commodity analysts who say price should stay @ record highs thru 06 and beyond with such low inventories.
Plus, again with the European Union as of 7/1 mandating that the toxic metals used for electronics and electrical systems be replaced with nontoxic (ie silver), silver prices should continue to rise.
Also, questions on if FMNJ having ability to handle GTL plant, that's why they set up partnership with Shaw Industries ($3billion annual revenue) months ago when FMNJ was first establishing JV w/YPFB.
As always, this is my opinion and not a recommendation to buy or sell. Best Regards.
I own 200K shares. Still bullish on EQBM.
I think Larry is going after the naked shorts big time, and that's a big part of wanting shareholders to register.

Shaw Group to partner w/FMNJ on LTG plant
FMNJ announced months ago it had teamed up with the Shaw Group(w/revenue of +$3billion a year) to build the LTG plant, thus allowing FMNJ to proceed with the JV w/ YPFB. Not once as you have suggested has it been mentioned that there is an issue w/funding to complete the project. Since this is the first LTG plant for Bolivia and currently FMNJ is the only company in a JV with YPFB to construct and operate it, I do not think the funds necessary will be a problem. IMO, with Shaw's capability (including possible funds thru JV participation) and with Bolivia needing this to happen, it will get done. The benefits to Bolivia to have this refinery and possibly others is quite substantial.
Also, IMO I do not know any investor looking for .50-$1.00 PPS on this stock anyway near term. With the potential silver/zinc reserve revenue projected from the 4 veins at the Cerro Mine, and the 5000 barrels a day JV participation allotment from the refinery, the estimate of annual revenue (subtracting Bolivias high tax and JV splits), is approximately $55 million dollars annual potential to FMNJ. (Based on oil @ $65-70 dollars and silver @$13oz.) This would project a pps of +- .35 a share, still quite impressive. Not accounting for the large potential reserves of zinc, a metal which is in short supply per analysts and will be for the balance of the year minimum.
With FMNJ, if you critique their process of establishing a strong base with Bolivia; with Comibol and YPFB and also with such a strong company as The Shaw Group, it is well done. There are so many other stocks that have 1/10th of the mineral reserve capability and/or oil reserve potential trading so much higher than FMNJ which has the potential for both.
I look forward to the PR/News release shortly on the remaining 3 veins and the finalization of the JV agreements.
Thank you for your info from Andrew.
As always, this is my opinion only, please all do your own due diligence.
