What a relief.....this felt like an empty room......
From what I could read, the settlement only applies to Cox. Rats. I was thinking it applied to all 13. Oh well. time will tell.
Is there anybody out there?????
Seems like it might be useful - someone who really knows the ins and outs of Carter's actions would be the best contact. There have been so many twists and turns I've lost track. BA or ZW are probably most knowledgeable.
I wondered what it means that they executed a "binding term sheet" and found this:
https://www.americanbar.org/groups/litigation/committees/business-torts-unfair-competition/practice/2020/tips-drafting-binding-term-sheets-mediation/
Maybe shajandr could help us out with that......
Why July 9th? Anyone have an idea why that date?
I would/will. Keep us posted.
Now what? We wait, eh?
So, no more trials......if there's been an all-inclusive (all-13 cable companies) settlement, the amounts will show up on the publicly-traded companies financials....one would think.
I read it as the defendants giving up......is that not correct?
Does this mean they are throwing in the towel?
Just Cox, ZW, or the whole enchilada?
Thanks in advance.......
Works for me......
100%, AJ. I was wondering if I'd see this along as far as it now is, end of (apparently) the first trial.
Cox isn't publicly traded is it?
"happy to see some shareholders are overjoyed, but until there's funds in common shareholders' account, I'll temper my excitement !"
AMEN to that.
Maybe MM's that got caught yesterday?
Thanks....never saw one trade after hours.
I thought we'd see profit-taking going into the close but it hit .24 and is now trading up in the extended market....didn't know pennys could trade after-hours.
You're welcome. Hope you are successful!
Yeah....but who is selling today????? Not me....
This is from a post on another board for a penny stock moving nicely today, for anyone who might want to get some coverage of the trial:
"If you want to spread the word:
start here, and find your own...
tips@cnn.com, tips@nbcuni.com, investigates@cbsnews.com, scoops@huffpost.com, lockbox@washpost.com
also Drudge has a tip box at the bottom/right of the page https://www.drudgereport.com/"
AMEN to that!
Excellent!
Did you post the # of shares you hold when Tony was collecting that information?
ZW - I don't disagree with your thoughts about the NY market and the need to move into other similar large markets in the NE US. I'm a retired marketing prof, taught sales and sales management for 22 years and PCTL's failure to penetrate more hospital markets feels very much like a manufacturer who relies too much on their distributors to be a sales force. If their goal is to move into other large markets, hire an experienced medical equipment sales rep to call on hospitals, either with or without the distributor's sales force. I'm not sure PCTL's focus is very sharp - it seems to shift suddenly based on what they see as the latest hot thing.
ZW - they aren't in those or other markets because they don't seem to have a direct sales force - they rely on distributors like ACE in NYC to do sales. If they have distributors in those markets PCTL should work with them to develop the hospital biz by sending a salesperson to make calls with someone from the distributor.
If new drilling is prohibited, recovery from existing wells becomes key - and could drive demand for PCTL's well-enhancement fluids.

That would suck.....I've already lost a lot on ITHUF....I've been hoping for a buyout and to be able to recover some of my $$ but if that much dilution is coming....YIKES. Might as well get out now.
Link to ITHUF earnings report, sounded good (for them).

It was delisted.
With all the retail operations and licenses ITHUF has in various states including NY, I can't imagine that you aren't correct. I'm surprised it hasn't happened before now.
Good one....
I hope you're correct.......
More importantly, does Carter have the authority to do that? Seems not.
I called it...here it is....
Wow. Thank you. We owe you a lot for what you do for the cause....
With pctl moving, time for clay trader to appear?
I've owned PCTL just since last year and lack long experience with it, but this seems like the highest volume I've seen - where in the world are all these shares coming from? Are the MM's selling shares they don't have?
