Just keeps getting better and better all of the time.
Thanks for sharing.
Can you please explain this message more clearly?
Any chance you can explain share valuations from Dan Kriznik? Jeez, mine were pretty speculative and conservative in comparison.
As usual, we always appreciate your DD. Thank you.
Can you please provide any details as to what Invictus has over and beyond all other companies in the sector?
Would beg to differ on that. What does invictus have that other companies do not?
It could also indicate who has the least credibility. Invictus has not exactly been forthcoming and honest with their dealings.
Anyone else ever wonder why Jessica Martin's public/investors relations (or whatever the position is) either never pickup the phone or return phone calls? NASDAQ certified, prove it Invictus, liars. Duhhhh, might need financials first right!?
Let us "pretend" all of these statements came true from the past, but in reality never did, as they have not, come to terms with what actually happened vs what can the investor(s) actually do about it.?
Yeah yeah yeah, the German connection... EU-GMP, where are they with that? Maybe if the company was not so full of crap we would have some clear answers.
What a bunch of smoke screens.
Dan kriznik predicted $10.56 share valuation for 2018 and $8.96 for 2019 CAD.
But hey, the company will be "pleased to announce" it.
Reaction from a poster on Yahoo finance:
"Z3 is the second company in as many months to back away from a previous LOI and JV with Invictus. No doubt the reverse split and realization of unlimited authorized shares muted the anticipated shareholder value for Z3 investors as it did for GTEC. Until management limits the number of shares authorized the value of current shares is simply monopoly gaming. The reverse split is unnecessary at this time and an assault on current shareholders as percieved by Z3and GTEC investors."
Another reaction from a poster on stock house:
"jeff 14 hours ago
@whitesands couldn't agree more. Not to mention this would be the second reverse split they have done. First time they did a 10:1 back in 2015. Company has been in business since 2014 so for those that keep saying to be patient, forget it. They've had more than enough time to get this ship moving and many of their competitors, who face the same challenges, have found ways to do it. They have really made a mess of this over the years and very few shareholders have made money. Not saying they won't eventually figure it out but they no longer deserve shareholders patience...just get the job done and give your shareholders some kind of return. I don't know what they said back in October to raise $20+M at $2.00, but those PP participants sure got the short end of the stick.
jeff 13 hours ago
@whitesands I have been a shareholder since they went public in 2014....still waiting for them to get their act together. It's been a brutal 5 years. Could have picked any other mj company and made a mint and I picked this. one. there is always something going on to prevent it from gaining traction. The former CEO was in and out of CEO role several times, many periods of no communication. Made the mistake of not selling when I had the chance."
Surely I am not the only one to be seeing why THIS COMPANY is failing!
Demecan website updated, where did the Invictus partner banner and press release go? Looks like ANOTHER deal fell apart.
Home page where invictus had the banner:
http://www.demecan.de/en/index.html
Press release section and no mention of supply agreement from invictus:
http://www.demecan.de/en/press.html
Still showing banner and press release:
http://www.deutschemedizinalcannabis.de/presse.html
You are welcome by the way. Sorry for the late reply. We're all working with the information we have. Can't say Invictus has been upfront, accurate and truthful on many occasions and it has been more than frustrating.
If Invictus had "smarter" leadership, especially in the past year, they should have completed one project at a time and made concrete partnerships with companies that have a proven, positive track record instead of all of the flim flam, and millions of dollars being "thrown in the wind" IMHO.
It truly is a guessing game at the moment, many recognize that fact.
Wishing everyone well with life and their investments.
Anyone happen to know when the annual financial report deadline is for invictus?
This is the most recent data I could locate:
Annual Financials for Invictus MD Strategies Corp.
https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/ivitf/financials
Select the "view ratios" feature to have a better understanding of where the company is currently heading.
People also need to understand in this past fiscal year with the $25.5 million dollar loan from ATB Financial that $10 million dollars was invested into Acreage Pharms phase 4 construction before phase three is even complete let alone being EU-GMP certified.
Seems to be lot's of "deals" happening and money leaving the company, but not much actual earnings being received. Gross income -253.5 percent from previous year filing of 2007. Net income growth -250.72 percent. This is interesting "unusual expenses" $1.87M.
Can't forget about California Distribution Company acquired by both poda and sunniva within a month apart but no records of the company existing in the California registered business directory.

No updates at all for RS.
Invictus' esteemed "chief evangelist officer":
InvestorPlaceApril 5, 2019, 1:05 PM EDT
Excerpt:
"Unfortunately, while Simmons was high on Invictus, investors don’t appear to be high on Simmons or the company. Its stock is down 34% since Invictus and the Kiss frontman announced their relationship.
However, Invictus paid him $2.5 million in cash, issued 2.6 million shares, with another four million shares to be issued in the future, so he’s got $10 million reasons to get its stock price over $1."

Looks to be another concrete company Invictus has partnered with.
Invictus was supposed to be "biggest in the west" and what happened with that deal? No one really knows aside from the deal falling apart. Now Deutsche Medizinal Cannabis UG is poised to be biggest importer in Germany? Like that will ever happen, HIGHLY DOUBTFUL!
Let me guess, Deutsche Medizinal Cannabis UG deal will fall apart and be paid millions of dollars and shares for non EU-GMP compliance by Invictus.
Phase three Acreage Pharms still waiting to be retrofitted let alone EU-GMP certified. Deutsche Medizinal Cannabis UG has made no mention of being either EU-GMP certified as an importer or exporter.
This will be "interesting" to see how things play out over the next few months.
Looking forward to more fluff news.
"because of the 79 companies that were in contact with Demecan and the German government"
"The Deutsche Medizinalcannabis GmbH does not endorse the content of third-party websites to which the websites of Deutsche Medizinalcannabis GmbH refer. Demecan' one pr leads to the following link:
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/invictus-signs-five-year-10-000-kg-supply-agreement-with-deutsche-medizinalcannabis-in-germany-300769563.html
"IF" Demecan was actually approached by 79 other companies, why is invictus their ONLY partner in the entire planet? Maybe IF there were more partners we could actually cross reference information.
What a monster and super powerful highly influential company with their six employees, two offices and and ONE partner and one press release.
Demecan website is identical to Deutsche Medizinalcannabis GmbH.
http://demecan.de
http://www.deutschemedizinalcannabis.de
Both url's under press only indicating ONE press release.
Invictus is a "garbage" company and the stock reflects that. Likely the "German connection" will NEVER come to fruition as they only have two offices in Germany (so they say) and state they have 6 employees. No evidence of an EU-GMP import license or application even being filed. One would think a storage warehouse would be required.
Just another empty pop out of nowhere shell company.
http://www.deutschemedizinalcannabis.de/index.html
It's just ANOTHER "wtf" situation with Invictus.
Whatever happened to the NASDAQ listing?
How much more time before the company has to sell it's own assets to pay the bills?
Took about a half hour to research and post valid information on "the Germany connection".
Wishing people good luck!

If invictus is unable to supply Canadians how are they ever going to supply Europe?
"Coming soon" right lol
Wondering how much longer it will take before this company implodes.
Deutsche Medizinal Cannabis UG is based in Ruhstorf, Germany. As of July 12, 2018, Deutsche Medizinal Cannabis UG operates as a subsidiary of AREV Nutrition Sciences Inc.

Our partners
We are a young independent company working with cannabis producers worldwide to ensure the care of patients in Germany and Europe.
Invictus MD. NO OTHER PARTNERS.
One press release for the company:
"DMC Pharma Signs 10,000 kg delivery contract
DMC Pharma has signed a supply agreement for over 5,000 pounds of cannabis flowers with Canadian-licensed cannabis producer Invictus MD for 5 years. More information can be found here ."
Another company without a phone number...
Using Google translator within their site:
http://www.deutschemedizinalcannabis.de
Looks to be another umbrella company with NOTHING to back them up.
On a side note, Invictus should have been a $4-5 company by now had all of their pr's come to fruition along with the gtec retail stores and Poda etc etc etc...
"Biggest in the west"
What a joke!
Okast, most investors who have half a brain in their head are seeing the same thing, does not seem to be much correspondence from the company. When legitimate concerns are addressed and ignored what is one to think.
Other people see none of these delays, lies, falling apart deals and millions of dollars, shares and shady transactions as anything more than "growing pains". Pretty bad when the new "investor relations" is unable to gain information from the company they represent, there is something seriously wrong.
Glad to see I am not the only one coming across all the same run around bs from Invictus. Five year old company acting like they have not even listed.
NASDAQ, yeah right. Anyone seen recent financials? Neither have I.
Thanks for sharing the information.
Looks like cannabis cowboy stores are FAR from opening.
"Retail cannabis
As a result of the national cannabis supply shortage, AGLC has made the decision to temporarily suspend accepting applications and issuing any additional cannabis retail licences until further notice."
https://aglc.ca/cannabis/retail-cannabis
Cannabis licensee search:
https://aglc.ca/cannabis/retail-cannabis/cannabis-licensee-search
No where to be found.
Ontario cannabis stores open today, but fewer than half are good to go:
https://www.ctvnews.ca/business/ontario-cannabis-stores-open-today-but-fewer-than-half-are-good-to-go-1.4360021
Makes me wonder how cannabis cowboy stores are going to obtain government approval through the other four provinces for their 40+ retail locations.
Thanks for the DD. EOM
Invictus lied to us. Is what it is.
Way off schedule. All these pr's and site updates continually show regression of the companies. Company I was investing in and what it actually is are VERY different things.
Poda for example to keep it simple. Any thoughts, insightful DD? Any listing applications filed yet? Product existence? Supposedly it was an actual product at the time of the spin off but now does not exist and "might" be in development...? Maybe?
But since Poda and Invictus share the same office but are no longer associated, who knows right.?
If people like being lied to and mislead all the time, plenty of reasons to "love" them.
Some "longs" have sold their entire position because of the "love" they felt from loosing so much money.
It is what it is, nothing more, nothing less.
