Reaction from a poster on Yahoo finance:

"Z3 is the second company in as many months to back away from a previous LOI and JV with Invictus. No doubt the reverse split and realization of unlimited authorized shares muted the anticipated shareholder value for Z3 investors as it did for GTEC. Until management limits the number of shares authorized the value of current shares is simply monopoly gaming. The reverse split is unnecessary at this time and an assault on current shareholders as percieved by Z3and GTEC investors."

@whitesands couldn't agree more. Not to mention this would be the second reverse split they have done. First time they did a 10:1 back in 2015. Company has been in business since 2014 so for those that keep saying to be patient, forget it. They've had more than enough time to get this ship moving and many of their competitors, who face the same challenges, have found ways to do it. They have really made a mess of this over the years and very few shareholders have made money. Not saying they won't eventually figure it out but they no longer deserve shareholders patience...just get the job done and give your shareholders some kind of return. I don't know what they said back in October to raise $20+M at $2.00, but those PP participants sure got the short end of the stick.

@whitesands I have been a shareholder since they went public in 2014....still waiting for them to get their act together. It's been a brutal 5 years. Could have picked any other mj company and made a mint and I picked this. one. there is always something going on to prevent it from gaining traction. The former CEO was in and out of CEO role several times, many periods of no communication. Made the mistake of not selling when I had the chance."

Surely I am not the only one to be seeing why THIS COMPANY is failing!
