That and where the hell is the 10K? Bad news if they did not submit on time.
I had hoped this would continue for a while for the sole purpose of them showing they could continue to file on time.
Am I completely missing something?
People keep talking about an agreements and rulings. Is the agreement not to hold new initial decisions and new oral arguments. Oct 26 was just to confirm?
Why are people talking about rulings? They still need to schedule the oral arguments.
Is this not the case? Where do you read AP-6082 any other way
I am still praying for good news but this shit takes time
Was the K or the Q was due yesterday? I know it sometimes takes a day or two to show up, but am I waiting on something that is not due?
Your jumping topics.
They would be DBMM
List would be list the cost of the settlement as a financial cost in their financial reporting
I know it is not at .009 but I do have a mil for sale at .0015
The one good thing about these delays is we will get more info.
The next Q should come out in the next couple weeks.
On time? The new investment? New clients?
Funny you say that because it wouldnt let me buy for more than $1 saying it was too much above the current price. I guess 1000x current price is okay but 1001x is illegal.
But oh well bought my 5 shares at .0002.
So if any one wants to help me test this and sell 5 of their shares for 1000x profit please place a sell
[good for the next hour]
So just to test I put an order for 5 shares at $1.
Nothing.... I had to cancel all my GTC sells
But I cannot believe I am the only one with GTC at .05, .1 or higher.
It must be the gray market nonsense or really not a single person is selling at any price below $1 I find a bit hard to believe
I had a bid all day for 25000 at .01 and nothing, No one is selling shares
I don't understand how you can proceed?
If all decisions and orders were vacated, then doesn't there need to be an initial decision, follow ups, final decision.
My guess is that the arguments and paperwork submitted are still good but we start at initial decision
I don't remember seeing it in the Qs, how much have they spent on legal fees so far?
I just don't understand.
I can comprehend why someone would attempt to move the price higher, hoping that the next buyer continues it or that sellers would sell near to the artificial high.
I don't understand the point of selling $2 worth of shares at 25% of the last trade.
My point is almost everything is a paint, either direction.
These people selling $2 worth of shares at .0004 or end of day buying at .0014
My post was more a commentary on your "OH, down 75%"
Until we start seeing actual numbers trading each day. Sure we maybe a couple millions shares moving but over 2-3 trades. I think I saw max 5 trades in a day over the last 3 months.
The only non-paint is someone new coming in and "playing the lottery" with a $100-200 buy. And that isn't going to move the needle much
Someone really needed a cup of coffee. .0004 * 5557 = $2.22, now that is what I call a paint. Losing money after commission just to move it down.
I hate this paint crap. If we are going to call it painting it is both sides.
300K shares traded and price goes down. "Ah yes the investors show their real beliefs that the company is trash" 800K up "is a paint"
In order to paint up or down people need to be selling at these prices.
I still have trouble believing that someone sells at .0004 when we have been "stable" (yeah I know that is the wrong term) around .001 - .0015.
To me this is just as much as a paint as someone buying several hundred dollars to bring it back up.
So I agree with you in part. The Initial Decision was for revoking, that does not mean revoked. The final decision was not in place. But with the ruling for SCOTUS all decisions in this case are now vacated if DBMM wants to start over.
I disagree with Pink and think they should. DBMM's initial filing was terrible and the company is in much stronger standing, than they were 18 months ago.
Hopefully the new initial filing will have the settlement, catching up with financials, arguments as to why absolute doesn't apply and please god with no quotes.
Also if they choose a new judge they will have time to fill several timely Qs to help their argument and show absolute might not apply
You keep posting the "second part", the divisions argument as well.
Of course they are arguing for revoking, that's why we are here. It not a decided fact and again why we are here.
And as far as Barber's analogy that a speeding ticket won't go away if you say I won't speed again but continuing that analogy, sometime if you take it to court the cop doesn't show up.
Should they be revoked, I am on the fence. Is it an inevitable certainty, not sure any more.
Yes but if they get a new judge and trial all decisions are vacated and they are no longer a company that has been revoked
The grays do act strangely but it is not a pure matching system or limited to your brokerage.
A while back Bigfoot had an offering at .0008.
I put my buy in at .0008 and it wouldnt strike
Changed to .001 and it wouldnt strike
Changed to .0013 and it went through at .0008. He was using TDA and I was using Schwab.
I actually wish it was a pure matching system. I could totally mess with the pricing by limit buying at 0.10. I am sure someone else besides me has a open sale at whole numbers. But of course this is the exact reason why it is not a matching system
Honestly this is one of the best scenarios.
They are current, the asher lawsuit has been settled, and hopefully this time they won't argue their case with quotes from Michele Obama. I see this as a win for current shareholders.
Agree completely. Until there are more than the current (big) days of 5 trades in one day, all this is pointless.
Don't you remember a couple months back that was the big argument.
They claimed that if you accept the revocation you can be considered but if you fought it you would be excluded from reapplying. That argument never sat well with me
Thanks for the DD share
Again, with 2 times going up to .0015 why would you place a sell order lower... I just don't understand the grays some times
I know I've had to reissue it recently after my GTC is actually only open for 3 months.
Anyone else still have their .0001 waiting to be filled? Looking for another Million if any of the "retail" group want it
I had really hoped to see it this week with their "We intend to file the 3Q on or before the due date"
And I really hope it is not late with everything relying on showing they will continue to file
We are supposed to see Q3 by Sunday, correct?
Did anyone else go in on the revoke date bet? Where did we all stand in the end?
I wanted to check your numbers, I assume you get your calculations from Section 3 Item 11

For the fiscal years ended August 31, 2017, 2016 and 2015, Ms. Perry earned $150,000 each year of which $135,834 has been paid, $314,166 remains unpaid.

Preferred Shares Series 1 were granted in fiscal year 2016 by Corporate Resolution, as follows:
Value Per Preferred Share: $0.016083
Conversion Ratio – Preferred Shares to Common Shares: 1:53.04
300,000 Restricted Preferred Shares have been allocated to the above officers

Preferred Shares Series 1 were granted in fiscal year 2015 by Corporate Resolution, as follows:
Value Per Preferred Share: $0.016083
Conversion Ratio – Preferred Shares to Common Shares: 1:53.04
900,000 Restricted Preferred Shares have been allocated to the above officers
But (5) [2015] and (6) [2016] are listed as other compensation. I read that to mean that they gifted themselves bonuses as shares not as back pay.
Where do you see that the unpaid $314K salary is convertible to shares?
I never said that he was "revoked". It was a hope that with a new judge a fresh trial would start but it was a lottery ticket like my holdings
After looking into it a bit this morning my hopes of a new judge are probably not going to happen. Judge Patil was appointed and not hired which is the reason for the stay as hired judges need to get their appointment or be replaced.
https://wp.nyu.edu/compliance_enforcement/2018/06/25/supreme-court-tells-sec-to-appoint-aljs-even-though-sec-already-did/
But who knows this case has a lot of crazy going on maybe we will see a bit more.
Ah but if the case is reassigned to a new judge, he does not start where it left off they must redo everything. And hopefully with a much better initial statement and that they have all the Qs and Ks
See here is the difference between me and most of the people arguing for DBMM, I know what I bought is a lottery ticket and am HOPING, I am stating possible outcomes (even if they are remote) that themselves are part of the lottery I hope to win.
Unless...... There is a new case with a new judge....
No, you asked who would give a loan under these circumstances... My answer is doesn't Kramer have a new company?
Doesn't Kramer have any new companies? HA
Great post. Thank you.
Just curious whom does DBMM apply to be relisted to? Do they need to find a new MM was they would reappling with form 10?
This is my first experience with Grays and looking to learn something new
I see that a bunch in the pinks and pennies.
Companys will hit their 2B cap, and reverse split so they can issue more shares to get some more money at the cost of shareholders.
I was just asking if you knew because I am too lazy to look it up
Aren't they capped at 2B shares in FL or am I thinking DE?
