When are AMFEs 10k filings due? I'm trying to to research on this but have no idea where to start.
I actually really like the logo. It's simple and clean but I am generally a minimalist with most things. I've done a lot of merchandising in my life and it's easy to merchandise around a clean logo than it is with something with a lot of swirls and images. It's also something I would really enjoy having on a t-shirt.
Interesting play on words, Lawton. He never said Amfil doesn't own Snakes, he posted something on an internet forum over a year ago that there was no discussion of Amfil owning Snakes in the future. The future is now and Amfil owns Snakes. You planted information that was irrelevant. Plenty of well informed reporters and politicians said that Trump would never be president. I can post hundred of quotes in reference to this. That doesn't mean Trump is not currently the POTUS. You can sit back and enjoy whatever points you believe you've proven but I'm pretty sure that when people respond with information that refutes your claims, that doesn't make us a cult, it makes us informed.
AMFE is like the kid who comes home for the holidays from college and tells his backwards family about all the things he has learned at school, new job opportunities that are opening up in his industry, and about the clubs he is interested in joining. And then his stupid blockhead brother belches and everyone laughs and changes the subject. We can continue to add value to ourselves and nobody on the pinks is going to appreciate it and the ones who can appreciate what we are doing can't touch us right now. Can't wait to uplist! Can't wait to get away from these morons. No offense...yes offense. :)
I'm honestly okay with us sitting in this price range in the short term. It allows me to continue to add to my position, which I have been doing with almost every other paycheck since March, and I'm becoming increasingly more confident in our current footing. When I say I'm here for the long haul, I will comfortably wait for two years until I sell a single share.
How much control do our longs have these days?
The value of the company is the ONLY thing that should be driving the price of this company. The only thing holding us back, at the moment, is sitting in the pinks in a crowd of losers. It's like having a player with Minor League or even Major League potential throwing around a ball in a pee wee league with toddlers. Any attempt to artificially pump the share prices to APPEASE our shareholders should be laughed out of existence. We don't need those games. We just need to get off the pinks and break up with traders like QuietStorm who either refuses to do DD or is intentionally just trolling us.
I can't remember ever seeing dates posted for any of the points you are making. If you can provide solid evidence that we "missed" dates, then I suppose I will try to empathize with your disappointment. Please provide references. In regards to the QX, we all understand that we need to reach a minimum price of .25 and sustain this price for a certain amount of time. We need to get off the pinks because of the unfortunate price manipulation that we have all witnessed. We will be able to build from wherever we land, QB or QX, but we need to get off the pinks, no matter what, and we will.
others to think about:
Soft opening of Snakes What is there to think about? I've been on operations teams, visual teams, and employee development teams for many store openings in my career and we have always done soft openings. They are productive and confidence boosting for the staff and are essential for getting kinks out of systems, including but not limited to POS systems which are critical.
No new real grozone news And? Our CEO is concentrating on the subsidiary that is pulling in the most revenue. Gro3 is still there,
and will continue to be there, but we need to look where the money is,
that's business.
Not interested in stock price only growing company(Shareholders built the company and this seems to be disrespectful to people who financed the business) I'm speechless on this one.
YES WE SHALL SEE YOU SEE YOUR WAY OUT. Completely pointless and unproductive post.
Up until now, Lending Loops has been a faceless peer to peer lending company. I re-read the PR after doing research into the company. It looks like they are going to splash our company logo in connection with theirs all over Canada. It makes sense because Snakes is a successful local business, I would argue a community staple, and Lending Loop wants to show support for local businesses. If Lending Loop has their name attached to a franchise that explodes into a multinational franchise. Well. What a beautiful synergy.
I did a little research on Lending Loop. It is relatively new but so far has generated a lot of buzz and many positive reactions. A company must be at least 1 year old with a minimum annual income of 100,000 according to a disgruntled reviewer who was not eligible. It's a great concept and more formalized for more established businessses than Kickstarter. I am not sure how it works but it looks like you don't invest in any particular company alone, Lending Loop may create portfolio packages to invest in rated by Risk and Returns. If anyone has any additional information I would love to know. Please correct me if I'm wrong on any information. This is all based on an internet search.
I'm going to crack open a beer and chill out on everyone's behalf. I'm tolerating this ridiculousness until we uplist. Hopefully we will attract some people who are willing to do decent DD....3D?? This is getting so old. AMFE FTW!! GLTA!
Roger if you're reading this sh*t show, I owe you a beer!
Hey Macod, I don't have PM unfortunately. I am located on Long Island and I won't share what company I work for publicly but if you want to connect professionally, send me a link to your LinkedIn!
Soft openings are completely normal and critical to successfully onboarding a new staff and new operations. I am a retail operations professional, and no that doesn't mean a cashier. I have been on half a dozen operations teams leading the openings and relocations of new and seasoned staff members. I have personally installed new POS systems. I have seen store managers have complete meltdowns on their new sales floors. I understand the hardships of opening up a new location. Most of the time things don't go according to plan. Snakes does not have an established new store opening procedure because they only have two locations. It's going to take time and money and experience for this to go smoothly. I work for a huge nationwide retail company and we still have our issues for every new opening and we still have soft openings that are limited to friends and family. If they are delayed it's because their staff is not up speed, their systems aren't working up to speed, or they are finishing up with some random issue with the fire department. It's normal. Chill people.
My local mall now has a comic book store. NY is ready for you Snakes!
I really think you misinterpreted my post. It was in response to anyone who think uplisting to QB and then QX with an intention of bolstering share prices. Uplisting regardless of which tier will be positive for us. But if it's to the QB it won't be to increase share price it will be because didn't meet the requirements for QX and we need and deserve to get off the pinks immediately.
We are too heavily focused on current stock price. Company growth and profitability will drive the price of the shares over time. Uplisting is a result of successes, growth, and transparency of our company and should not be used as a catalyst to drive up our price but will certainly be a welcomes result. It is very limited thinking like this that causes stocks to pump and then crash. If we try to pump to .25 and hold on stilts, we could crash and lose a lot of confidence with some of our loyal investors. Our catalysts are and not limited to new Snakes locations opening, franchising, growing retail distribution of our products, and company requisitions. If you are in this for the long haul, look at the bigger picture and into the future and let go of what's going to drive the current price up right now.
As it stands, I believe we are trading and holding beautifully. The consolidation here is rock solid. Upliting to one and then the other in hopes it will create a beautiful rainbow is a nice dream but also an expensive reality and I doubt it's something our CEO would plan around. Go AMFE. GLTA.
4.5/5 stars with almost 900 reviews on Google. Snakes and Lattes is a community staple, at this point. I cannot wait for this to come to NYC. My friends would love this place.
Morning all. Been thinking about what I'm going to do with my shares when we hit $1. And the answer is, nothing. I'm looking forward to our next round of financials to be released because I am becoming more and more familiar with company valuation. Where I'm standing now, I believe once we start opening more locations, we will easily valued at $4. In the meantime, this poor grad student is going to continue to funnel bits and pieces of disposable income and buy share here and there. Working towards 75k! Can we get some more sale prices???
1.25 would not make me a millionaire like some of our investors, but it would pay off my student loan debt and would give me an incredible amount of financial freedom. As a young person just really starting my run through life, this company has been a gift.
The difference between you and me is that you're invested in the stock and I'm invested in the company. If you look at the bigger picture, your entire post becomes irrelevant. You kind of addresses it at the end but it's contradictory.
Yeah, I'm good. Every time I've logged onto the forum the last few days, I just see my way out. I'll come back when everyone calms down. In the meantime, I'll continue to sit on my pile of gold. GLTA!
You hit the nail on the head in regards to their flip flopping behavior. It's almost as if they don't think we will remember their handles or their posts from one week to the next. Anyone who has been here long enough can see a pattern of behavior from the handles you mentioned and nobody takes any of their posts seriously. Any new investors or newbie posters would be wise to check people's posting history before allowing any individual poster to sway their opinion about literally anything.
Unfortunately, as we continue to improve, our "investors" and their level of expertise and effort in DD stays the same. People refuse to put the effort into research and expect to find answers on a messaging board? Seriously? Very typical low level instant gratification mindset that is a problem for us as a society in general. Hopefully when we uplist, we will start attracting a higher caliber of investors with whom we can have realistic and productive conversation....
Yeah good luck with that.
Congrats! I think you still have twice as many shares as I do! GLTY!
This thing is like an animal in a cage. It wants to break out so bad.
Today was incredibly exciting. I logged in to my account just as things started getting interesting and instead of freaking out, I was overwhelmed with excitement as I moved some money around in my account. I picked up a handful more shares at a great price. We saw some weak hands exit while our strong hands strengthened their hold. Those who chose to exit today will undoubtedly be chasing us in the days to come. I'm still up over 200% on my investment. Life is so good, I think I'm going to crack open an IPA. GO AMFE! So exciting!
My point is about perception. When I talk about this company to rookie investors AND experienced investors, as soon as I mention that it's on the pinks, their eyes glaze over. When I start talking about the differences between the QX and QB, it's almost like they don't care. All they can say is, "It's on the PINKS?? No way I'm touching that piece of s***." A huge component in share is price is perception and if we can just get off the pinks, regardless of what tier of OTC, it will be a huge boost for us. And maybe some of our investors won't feel inclined to talk to our CEO for hours at a time on the phone and call our distributors when both parties should be investing that time in building shareholder value. :)
Pretty scary stuff, huh?? :)
GO AMFE!!!!
I am for uplisting to QB. The fight to .25 on the pinks is a great one and I am an advocate for baby steps rather than leaps. The problem here are the traders and lack of trust because of the pinks, not because of the company itself.
Great post! What people need to realize about investment is that we need to worry about FUTURE value of this company. The potential is incredible, but even that is NOT guaranteed. The current value today does not sway my future valuation of this company, which will, in my opinion, on my bet, in the future, bring me a return on investment in excess in the 100's of thousands. Unfortunately I don't have the capital to invest enough to make me a millionaire in the near future but I am working on it! Everything that happens now until then is pure speculation and anticipation of what I BELIEVE is going to happen. And I believe everything Roger has promised is in the process of happening.
This is what separates a short term investor from a long term investor, even if you believe yourself to be a long term investor, you might be stuck in a short term mindset.
GO AMFE.
That's cool. I am still up 200% on my investment and am very excited for the day we uplist because I see nothing but Nasdaq in our future. GLTA GO AMFE.
Jealous. I pulled the trigger too quickly and got more mid 15's. I got excited. Congrats!
Are we all breathing again? I'm personally giddy AF. I must be a sociopath. GO AMFE. ;)
I learn all the information I need about trading and shareholder value from my finance textbooks and from independent research. I use this board for fun, for perspective, and for the pulse of other investors. This company checks off all of my boxes in regards to shareholder value and my return on investment WILL be incredible, it already has been. Anything that happens on this board should be taken with a gigantic grain of salt. For me, it's all in good fun.
Not useful to who? I am speaking for myself, not to or for you. I just got some awesome prices for stock in a company that I support 100%. I'm sorry that isn't useful to you but I am stoked. GO AMFE.
I don't know what is going on but I just picked up another 5k at an awesome price. Merry Christmas!
I love buying on panic. I'm going to wait to see what happens and then swoop in. Does that make me a vulture? :)
Did I miss the broadcast and if not can someone post a link and if so omg what did I miss? What a crazy day for me!
And this is why Warren Buffet is a multi-billionaire, and you are not. GLTY.

Here are almost 900 fake reviews on fake Google. Google is the biggest scam of all. The internet is fake also. Fake news.
