Not often in 2 days. These parabolic squeezes you see were sometimes months in the making because they try to hold it off. Only comes when they have no more options available. Then the whole thing shits the bed....
Keep me posted
Dinner party to go to so someone tag me if something interesting happens.
You know like they find Kramer lol.
Lol. You know how this low volume works. Until it gets moving, price can be easily manipulated.
Besides, it would take the entire days volume today for me to even get close to exiting...
Has been since CE lift. MM's are moving this around, nobody else yet. Volume is far to low.
Perspective my friend. If you are speaking to yesterday's DBMM ownership probably still on the fence.
DBMM longs, likely still very happy.
Lol. Today it s an endangered species...
Lol. Sheep are not always wrong.
In fact, Sheep are generally indifferent. They merely follow what was in front of them.
Sometimes you have to follow Sheep to see where they are going before making a determination.
What segregates one from them is stopping at the cliffs edge.
Noticed you've added "at this point" to all opinions lately after the recent crow eating episode lol.
I was actually serious lol. You never know. All kinds of little oufits around now.
Most are nothing, yes.
Doubtful. These guys are not going to waste the energy to promote to this extent for a one day couple cent pump.
But definitely get back in a few days and let's see what happens
Ok and what is a power 11? A video game or something?
Well sounds like you got it all figured out. Lol
Best of luck to you
Well I know I have about 3.8% of it locked up until I start laddering out.
Well they had to have something more than these bad people were mean to us.
But for now, looks like thisis the result they were looking for...
I can agree that is possible. See DBMM is in full promotion mode.
The markets are itching for this type of scenario and promoters know this.
Every chart has this as strong buy almost overnight. It honestly is getting far more attention than I figured it would.
I have never had anything but doubt regarding DBMM. LOL
But I really like seeing these guys that stuck it out and really need this get some. Almost like a good Christmas special.
I had my kid throw up a 100,000 share buy on his TD account t see how fast it got ate up. Also wanted to see if this was MM's screwing with the lv2. Got taken out surprisingly fast but nothing parabolic. They are still just making the market.
So I would say you are accurate in this statement.
GTII is not really apples to apples comparison with 260m float.
But if you make the assumption that everything is the same, I see a couple dollars here at least.
Admittedly I don't really play in the OTC because of my position sizes, it is difficult to get out with this low volume. At 8 figure share size, unless DBMM can get over 300m daily volume, going to have to start laddering out pretty early. Plus, I am not even supposed to be trading on holiday. DBMM isn't the most lucrative trade I ever made but absolutely the most interesting circumstances I can remember in a long time.
For y'all's sake I hope that is exactly what happens here.
Correct. There are ways to mitigate loss on a short position. All of which relate to slowing and dragging out the squeeze.
In my limited experience, best trading days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Trading catalyst movers takes a day or two to see some follow thru. But those tickers were trading. For many this came out of nowhere literally.
Couple that with many being on holiday right now, this timing is a little suspect. Plus these MM's are not 5 star either. Citadel even had their hands in here prior to DBMM revocation process.
But in the past, movers with a good catalyst move slow before the holiday. Then everyone talks over the holiday and right after I have seen a pump.
I also suspect some may even wait until the new year.
There is also the distinct possibility that the NSS narrative is not what was imagined. Leaving that possible reality out would be a fools play.
Just years of experienced opinion.
Well shorts tend to cost average and ladder our to mitigate loss. I would not expect to see real movement until volume picks up.
Plenty of scanners just went off, some scalped .015 a share this morning. They will come back for more.
"Which riddle? Why the company bothered to do this?"
Yep exactly. Unfortunately you are correct as well. The best secrets go to the grave...
Since nobody has said this, I will.
I appreciate your acknowledgement that your prediction was not correct.
Your DD was solid as were others. Every coin has 2 sides and only a fool never turns it over to see the other side.
I will admit, only reason I am here is to see what the answer to the riddle is...
Take care my friend.
Nice work. I bought this in the trips so 3200 bought a little more.
The money will not be life changing for me but I sure hope it is for everyone here!
I will be pissed if I can't get the answer to why when it's all over though lol.
Well time to see what $3200 and several years bought me...
Thanks. I have no problem if one is bearish or bullish. But if your position requires you to greatly exaggerate or postulate, in order to get others on board, I have a problem.
DBMM has merit as a highly speculative investment. This is based on a catalyst that has zero to do with fundamentals. Could all the wild speculation be accurate? I suppose it is possible, but possible leads to bankruptcy more often than not.
My cousin started a business renting portable toilets years ago. Everyone, including me thought it would fail. 3 decades later he is a multimillionaire.
Sometimes $hit can make you money, but if it doesn't, all you are left with is $hit nobody wants....
I appreciate you pulling up this readily available information.
In order for this to be relevant, you need to first establish a timeline of events. Secondly, establish who was trading during these times and why you chose 8 years for a time frame.
According to your post DBMM churned their entire float about twice a year annually on average, over the last 8 years. That is a very thinly traded stock my friend. Curiously, the 2 more significant trading numbers were obtained during the promoted pump and dump that occurred directly prior to the attempt at revocation.
I understand you are trying to make DBMM appear desirable by throwing up some click bait but anyone actually doing DD will see the elephant.
Just be honest in saying DBMM is a nothing company that had a horrible previous record for much longer than 8 years. They used the ticker as a public cash machine. Regardless of any culpability, they were the target of the toxic financing they received. Rightfully, DBMM was slated for the revocation process. Over the course of this, the assigned ALJ ruled in favor of dismissal. More surprisingly, DBMM became current and has remained so.
Regardless of anyone's perspective on DBMM or the if's, why's and who's, there is an excellent catalyst here. That is the only reason it is on any scanners or watch lists.
I am what you are considering DD. But best of luck on your education.
Lol. You think individual penny stock investors hold the majority of DBMM???
I don't care what stock you are talking about, there is always some available to buy.
This is why you have "market makers". They make a market even if there is none to keep the stocks churning. They don't give a $hit if you call in and say I want 5 million shares. If the money is green, they will find them or make them lol... That's a NSS joke.
You have watched lv2 before I am sure.
Just a side note. Most these guys use proxies anyway. So little chance of trusting any ownership in the short-term
When DBMM was in the greys I had my guy find me shares just like I could right now. I don't ask where they come from, how he got them, or even price. Just say find me X number of whatever ticker and when he does, transfer the funds. Obviously, not available to all here but I am sure some of y'all know how this works.
I could buy 10% of DBMM and you wouldn't know for months. Yes I know the filing rules. How often do you think that has been stretched?
There is no real selling here. These guys are just making a market. Keeping interests alive until the time comes.
LOL who knows maybe they have no life.
If you are doing it right and want to make a significant move on any ticker, in any market, you pick up the phone and call your broker or the company itself. They will get you bought or sold for that matter.
Y'all don't think you buy a large number of shares in any public company by putting your order on TD or Robinhood do you????
Just some FYI from 4 decades of maneuvering this financial landscape.
Only bull your going to see from technicals in a low volume penny stock like DBMM, is bull$hit...
I'd give up on the Kramer crap as well. He is 3 doors down from the SBF penthouse. Feds don't give a rats ass about bottom feeders like him or would have been out of commission years ago.
Focus on the facts here. They are more than significant enough to create a sizable run in DBMM by themselves. No need to create false hype. That is so WSB.
Well at least we get a break from NSS lol
Not any conspiracy theories here.
I have looked over this case, principles involved and supporting cases listed.
I realize these people may look impressive to you and I understand. Not everyone gets to see this process every day.
My family has a law firm with offices in 5 states. Mostly corporate litigation but growing up in this environment, I can tell you, your not witnessing anything extraordinary. DBMM is not on trial for murder here. This is a very simple process compared to legal representation in a criminal court. More of a administrative review tribunal than a civil or criminal justice proceeding. SEC can do investigations and impose civil judgements for regulatory violation but they can only report any criminal findings to justice department for review and possible prosecution.
To your point though, yes DBMM council did a good job arguing the extenuating circumstances, while deflecting responsibility for any past transgressions.
That is why we are here today.
I don't look at it as "fake rumor." It's no more complicated than buy or sell. Each has their own perspective whether they are buying or selling.
In the realm of speculation, the lines between possible and probable get blurred by narrative. I don't see it as nefarious.
Now what got DBMM to this position in the first place is absolutely nefarious and likely sprinkled with some incompetence, from all concerned parties.
Ths is where high ground is difficult to find, no matter your narrative.
Reality is, the pre revocation happenings are well churned over. Only new information the Commission has to review is DBMM performance after the fact. They jumped through every hoop and checked the boxes. Going to be difficult to reverse the decision to dismiss based on DBMM was doing this or that several years ago, when that hasn't been the case for awhile now. I think instead of fast tracking this process, SEC bet on DBMM running out of resources and folding. Making any of this a mute point. Now enough time has elapsed SEC has kind of helped build DBMM'S case for them.
