Tomorrow will be interesting. If scripts are up big I think we jump big. If not we may sell off.
Jeffries meeting.
Anyone know what went on?
It’s not a bad sign. Not sure it’s a great sign. Just a standoff
That’s how I read it too.
Light volume today. Folks are on edge about the meeting today....
Exactly
I need a 400 Pontiac rebuilt. I see a dentist is looking for work. I’ll call him and see if he’s interested.
Doesn’t negate it at all. Clock starts on approval in either case.
Crap.....what address do I send the buck to?
Get your dollar ready......
It’s a buck more than you were willing to risk.....
I’m going to raise the dough today.....don’t want to be caught short if I’m wrong.
Ok....bet you a dollar.
Have been in AMRN for many years and added more along the way. Source of funds was largely REGN. Bought in the single digits. Sold it as it went up. Felt great selling the last of it at $100. While that looks bad on the face of it the money is now in ARRY and AMRN with a basis on both at approx $3.
Most likely we will see a raise in revenue guidance.
This followed a Cantor NDR on 12/20/17. Stock was $3.59.
Cantor more confident in $10 target for Amarin after management meetings Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Louise Chen says that after spending two days with management, she has increased confidence in her Overweight rating and $10 price target for Amarin shares. The analyst believes the company's Vascepa can help lower deaths and the cost of care for patients with high triglycerides levels without increasing LDL-C. Chen believes this is still underappreciated in Amarin shares.
Hope he’s right but $66B is a big number. I did a quick look at REGN. I was in that one for under $10. Sold the last of it at $100. The money is in ARRY and AMRN now. They (REGN) do $6B annually. MC is $36B. So yeah....$200 is possible.
Which would make the market cap over $66B
Doesn’t that sound a little big?
Outstanding earnings report and increased guidance might do it.
$88.122M
Yo....I think Dan was talking about the price someone would pay to buy a share of stock. Not a BO. A lower PPS today makes it a better buy for an investor. The PPS was still going to be $400 in 2023 regardless if it’s $17 or $23 today.
BB....That was Hillary Clinton’s buddy Margaret Hamburg and her hedge fund husband.
Burp....4/25 after the close?
Not me. That sub $70M number is HD’s
Post 184372
He’s thinking it may be sub $70M for Q1
Thanks
Latest news I can see on institutional ownership levels is 12/31/18. Anything more current anywhere?
Bio....
“Lower than reported”
That’s good news?
Marki....it’ll work until it doesn’t. They have been taking the shares out of retail’s hands. Some go easy and some are more stubborn. I would think the supply of retail that will sell is getting pretty small. Last I checked we were over 50% owned by institutions.
It’s no different than what was going on last summer. I had two friends that exited AMRN in early September because they couldn’t take it. One had 70K+ shares & the other 50K. I thought hard about it but finally said F-it. I’m in at about $2 so I can’t lose that much.
I’ve bought more shares since Sept 24. I’m not selling any of them.
So....one of these days the supply of sellers will be exhausted. Then the games won’t work anymore.
Hostile takeover bid is highly unlikely to succeed. 90% is a big number.
It would take 90% of ownership to vote in favor of a takeover not recommended by the BOD. Not likely. Possible but not likely.
Ok however zinc finger is a Sangamo thing
Zinc Finger is a Sangamo thing
I think you are correct. They are calling it a mystery but chart looks right.
Guess not huh?
Lately there has been numerous thoughts posted regarding Novartis and the EVAPORATE trial.
Could someone do a knowledgeable rundown on what the EVAPORATE trial is and how it relates to Novartis?
Thanks
The issue is there are two completely different points of view in today’s Democratic Party. Once the public figures it out they should quit getting elected.
I agree and I’m holding too.
This lawsuit is one issue of two issues holding the stock price down. The other one is the last remaining permit. I believe that permit is coming soon.
It appears to me that Gov Walz is going to support this. If he is than Strommen has to.
Financing is not an issue provided the deal is clean.
If there is a possibility of undoing the landswap, even if it’s a remote possibility, that’s serious. It could easily interfere with financing. That interferes with building the mine.
I see why they are doing it. I don’t think Pete Stauber has much hope to get it through Congress and if that’s true....we will have to go through the court process.
The landswap happened. Polymet has a deed to the lands they need. If it’s simply a matter of some amount of money....that’s not a big deal in the scope of this project. However if there is some provision within the swap agreement that the swap can be undone? That’s a cloud and is a big deal.
If that were to happen that is certainly not a small thing.
Have any links to back this up?
Maybe your definition of “limited” is different than a normal person’s.
If it could be undone the exposure is not limited.
Get a clue buddy
