I think that was/is the plan. I think all of those answers will come after audits.

He reduced it by over 300+ million unless you dont count that reducing it. And employee stock compensation plans and stock to directors and board members is common in any stock. 5%-6% for employee/directors/board members is NOTHING and minimal for any public company. Not to mention the stock would be restricted. Even if they quit they would have to hold for 6-12 after leaving before being able to sell. Stop with the Fake News rants its a bad look imo. There is nothing for the company to "DO" until the audits are completed and stop is off. Then there will be Lots to do imo.

I think anyone that wants to sell and can sell and "there is" and "will be" someone / someones there to buy it imo. I think there is a hunt for 4-5mil shares imo

No I have bought the ask several times to a total of 400k shares now. Seen 300k bought and cleared with volume several times then more shares get added. Once that stops and gets past .11 bid will look better.

PPS has stayed .035-.04 for months. With Bids and buys building in recent days and weeks with audits looming selling here for a "loss" might not have been a decision. Either way good luck and be Blessed.

Audits will answer all those questions / facts for you. Audits have taken much longer then anticipated because they needed to do a two year and longer full audit to be able to qualify for QB. They did not have access to any of the previous companies records or financials which were required imo and have had to work through the process. Board members "not buying stock" is one of the reasons they were "told" to walk away imo. CFO did not "walk way" either but was "sent away" imo. A solar company in NJ where the governor has shut down the state is not an excuse but a fact. Period.

I don't think it's BS i just think as they get bigger and towards a non penny stock that part will change.

That is not factual. Board "quit" actually was going to be let go because they never did what they said they were going to do regarding buying shares in open market that the company "PR'd. When company confronted them about it they left. Company does not need board members like that imo. CFO did not quit he was let go...Then they "hired an actual namesake professional Audit firm". Company said working on audits as it is a 2 year consolidated audit between Old "non existent" company and theirs. Lastly there is a little thing called COVID-19 which totally shut down NJ where SPSO is located. Not able to any work for almost three months then opened only to be shut down again. Then finally labeled an essential business. NEXT..........
