I posted the results of the bankruptcy a while ago. The case has been dismissed. Here's the general gist of it:
Were you ever able to definitively track down who is behind JSJ Investments? I know Sameer "The hammer" Hirji was suggested as one of the principals. Did that pan out? Asking because bustlin' Ingen just released a PR referencing JSJ again.

outta shares. effectively, anyhow.
Authorized: 900Million, Issued: 885Million from latest filing
Since stock is their only currency, what comes next, bump in auhorized or reverse split?

Maybe your browser has AdBlockPlus installed and you are not aware of it. For anyone who does not have this, lol!, install it and give it a try. I use that, and have flash deactivated. Suppresses a whole lot of nonsense.
A classic! And as a bonus I learned something new from this:
Albaneso and Maremmano
From the most recent quarterly report:
ATMC. Who thought bustlin' Ingen had consumated the ATMC acquisition? I'm a bit naive, so I will admit that I thought it was a done deal. Yet today I read, from the recently filed quarterly report, these two blurbs:
It does seem to feel like news flash time, doesn't it? Actually, I'm surprised the 'strong management team' has been unable to file the most recent quarterly report. You'd think a group that fancies themselves potentially AMEX worthy would be able to at least file on time. Seems as if they're mighty close to the big ole STOP sign on PinkSheets.
I noted this from couple of press releases ago, and am eager to see what is spun from it:
I only have one pink sheet cert. It's signed on the front by the convicted felon CEO and on the back (with a personal note to me) by one of his minions who somehow managed to stay out of jail. Only really meaningful to me. LOL! I have another worthless cert from a startup I worked at right below. More good memories!
--
Have a pink sheet cert? Keep it! Go to Target and get a cheap frame (no sense wasting any more money), and hang the cert on your office wall. It will eventually be worthless, but you'll be able to look at it every day and remember. It's the gift that keeps on giving! I have such a cert myself on my wall!

Three Dog Night. Who remembers them? C'mon, another late 60's, 70's kind of band. Had a big hit with the song One. You remember, come on, sing it: "One is the loneliest number..." Reminds me of the PHIL today as my Fidelity quote server is showing a whoppin' one share of PHIL traded. Can that be right? Who's the big dog here? LOL!!! Same dude must be trading CBMG also.
Because someone buys them? In all fairness we cannot say their only sales are shares as we have not seen the now late quarterly report for the period ending 30 November 2013. Perhaps they had a sale of something. If they did, I'd venture to guess...going out on a limb now... that is a bit less than fity [sic] million as Tilden suggested in a press release dated 21 November 2013:
Buyout is deemed unnecessary! Patent valuation finally complete. Company says patent valuation is complete and is far in excess of current market value. So far, in fact, that the company has decided simply to reward existing shareholders by paying them gobs of money directly rather than waiting for the obvious buyout. For each 100,000 shares held, the company will give a wheelbarrow load of money. For each 1,000,000 a truckload. Any shareholder with over 10,000,000 will receive a boatload. Please send an email to imjusthapless.com with your information and when you would like to stop by headquarters to receive your payout.

Must be gearin' up to release that financial report as this just appeared on Pink Sheets:
In a way... I won't be able to read any interesting court dockets which is about the only way to get any real information about any of this.

Big Henry had a change of mind and has voluntarily dismissed the bankruptcy filing without converting to chapter 7. In the docket entry for this move, Henry writes he has agreed to pay Luberski a total of $330,000 by 4/10/2014. LOL!

Bolt is just unbelievable! Literally! LOL!
Love the old mug shot of him:

But thought a more recent one might be interesting too:

Can't make this stuff up...

Yo, Sand, I mean Tilden, some accounting help here please. I note with some interest in today's press release this statement:
Yo, Sand, I have my glasses on. I'm eagerly awaiting the next financial update to check on the progress of this statement from the last press release:
Universal Express in top 10, but not top 3:
1. Luis Lorie, American Healthcare Providers (AHEA)
2. Scott Sand, Ingen Technologies (IGNT)
3. Jim Bolt, Golf Entertainment (GECC), Shimoda, Situs, etc. etc along with John "Get the hell out of" Dodge, may he rest in peace.
--
We all have our favorites, of course, but Big Jim is in my top three for sure. LOL!

Most recent docket entry in the BK case says it has been converted to Chapter 7. No idea what that means for the hapless common shareholders...
--
The gift that keeps on giving...
465,740,837 Shares Outstanding as of October 16, 2013
Shares Outstanding 490,740,801 a/o Dec 22, 2013
Share volume doubled since my last report! Up to 18 shares traded. Whoa! $6.30. Must be gearin' up to pay the IRS or something big, eh?
--
The dividend shares. LOL!
From a press release 21 November 2012, emphasis mine:
Henry has trouble keepin' track of stuff it seems. Most recent BK filing says he has only 400K shares of the PHIL. Actually provided photocopies. LOL! That's down from 1.2 Million from 7/2012 Form 4 filing and down from 570K from my last post on this subject. I'll have to revisit that. But most interesting of all is a 12/13/2013 resolution from the PHIL Board of directors (Henry abstained) declaring that Henry's salary of $12.5K/month plus back salary payments of $6250/month will be paid, in cash, beginning 1 March 2014. That's not too far away. Where's this dough coming from?
--
Wasn't today the big conference call day for bustlin' Ingen? You know, the company with both a medical *and* telecom division 'on coarse' for fity million in sales. As I recall there was to be discussion of the 'dividend program' as well as a rehashing of the 'very good year' and an accounting of some assets. Exciting times indeed! Who listened in and can give us a recap?
--
My quote service is showing a whoppin' 9 shares traded today in two blocks: 4 shares and 5 shares. At $0.35/share thats a grand total of (breaking out the HP now...) $3.15. LOL!
Where's the conference call report? Surely one of you hapless investors listened in, right? I learned long ago never to listen to a penny stock CEO talk, so of course I did not waste any of my time on the call, but I do like to read about it after the fact.

Dude, man, wtf? Is what a good or bad sign? That PHIL, a company that cannot meet payroll, pay their income tax, complete their SEC filings, follow through on any one of a number of 'deals' extremely similar to this one, is going to:
YALOI (yet another letter of intent). What I find somewhat more interesting in this affair is Henry's bankruptcy filing and the various documents that continue to appear on PACER. Note that this is indeed relevant if for no other reason than there is $37K owed to the IRS by PHIL that is included. In any case (no pun intended), after slogging through these readings it appears that Henry collects some $12.5K/month salary from PHIL but that PHIL has been unable to pay this for some time. However, and again from the most recent filings, in March 2014 there will have been completed some grand restructuring of PHIL at which time not only will Henry be able to collect his $12.5K/month in salary he will also be able to collect some $4.3K/month in arreared salary which, along with some selling of marketable securities by both Henry and PHIL, will allow all the debts to be repaid in a timely manner. Sounds like a plan to me. LOL! Curious to see how the hapless common shareholder fares in such a restructuring.
Hmmm, gee, guessing now, .... a hapless bagholder?
The telecom business.

Check it out.

I just have to chuckle when I read any of the Sandspeak pr quotes. So many have been either nonsense or outright fabrications that when they come out I'm always curious as to how long it will take for the actual truth to come out.
Answer: 1706 and 85.9 million
Question: What were the total revenues and increase in share count during the past quarter at bustlin' Ingen. You know, the company with both a medical *and* telecom division 'on coarse' for fity million in sales...

SECInfo is somewhat useful for the name search...

I made a half-hearted attempt to find something from the cata glory days. This is courtesy of wayback machine, but none of the links were captured. Too bad, I really wanted to refresh my memory on the 'Tri-Phase Separator' and the 'CATA Recovery System'. I'm surprised the 'Flux Capacitor' isn't on the list. LOL!
