what is important,is that the law is not concerned with your intensions!i.e. ,you can not tell the judge i robbed the bank because i intended to donate the procceeds to a soup kitchen!
the sec should follow the letter of the law!,intensions don't count here,hence the indecision by the sec following the halt.mistakes were made,it's time to face the music.there is only one way!pay us our shares and let the market take care of the rest.

hope the sec doesn't take the easy way out here,i.e. sc**w the share holders!,they need to make an example of these guys and their accomplices here; these guys R/S & F/S left and right!

250,000 share traded between 5/17-5/20 times 3mil.
3-dilution to 250 trillion not allowed !
