If Steve keeps slapping the Ask, we won't ever get in the teens.
The G-man's inexeperience is showing again.
I have already posted about the fact that the Fall is actually the best season of the year for small caps like GDGI. In day to day market action, it is true that small caps go up or down with the rest of the market; but I am talking about a seasonal affect.
During the Fall, the Dow tends to go down, and investors look for ways to make money outside of those stocks. Its a good time for small caps.
With this trend and the upcoming announcements of the financial improvements resulting from the Levys' sentencing, GDGI is poised for a good rise in pps.
I think that 2 cents will be the new floor after those events take place.
JMO
I have learned from a major predictor of the stock market in general that we are headed for a major correction in the market.
For those of you who have been around, you know that when the large cap stock prices go down, small cap stocks go up.
So if we have a major correction in large caps, there will be a massive amount of money coming into the small cap sector.
This will probably mean that GDGI will go up even more than just a great report of sales and/or debt reduction plus compensation from the Levy sentencing by themselves will do.
I think we are sitting real pretty right now with GDGI.
Yes sireeee. Go GDGI
Most P and D situations are where the stock is not worth much in the first place. GDGI does not fit in that frame.
My vote is that we should go for it, because it was as a result of such a service that I found out about GDGI.
Naturally the price will go down some after the initial surge, but most stocks do this to a certain extent anyway.
The patient longs could sell a fraction of their holdings that would be just enough to recoup their original investment, and let the remainder ride; should they so desire.
Well said.
His negative posts are one of the reasons that I reduced my holdings in GDGI for the time being. I think the pps would be a lot higher if it wasn't for his negative comments when positive DD, (or most anything positive for that matter), comes out.
I tried to warn people here a long time ago about this, but my words fell on deaf ears. In fact some came to his defense all too often.
If someone slaps the Ask @ .0039, I doubt if the Bid will stay down @ .0026.
Dutch was very wise to get out when we were just below a penny early in the year. We will probably see him re-buy just before the sentencing date in October. Perhaps I may add to my Million plus shares of GDGI around that time with the profits I make in the other pennies opportunities coming before then.
(The Dutch prediction is JMO.)
I just unloaded 400K shares @ .003 each.
As far as another opportunity is concerned, I have passed up several opportunities this year in the pennies arena because I had all my powder in GDGI. That has cost me a lot of money.
I wanted to have some play money to take advantage of the next
one(s) that come along before the late October sentencing.
GDGI only might move substantially before then, but the other opportunities in pennies are almost definite.
Hearing that we have a competitor who is outflanking us in sales helped me to decide to reduce my exposure to GDGI.
Keep in mind that I still have over 1 million shares of GDGI.
How many others here think we are headed for the .002s?
Thanks for your input.
Anyone have any money to buy 300,000 shares @ .0034?
I know it probably won't get filled right away, so I thought you guys should get first crack at them.
That will still leave me with over a million shares.
I don't think GDGI is going to move much till after the sentencing, and I have another investment opportunity I want to take advantage of.
Keep in mind that the A/C tech is talking about outside air that has not been pre-cooled, and that going into the condenser of the A/C.
The pre-cooled air will be at least
10 degrees cooler than outside air, and that is what is going to be pulled into the condensing coil.
Since the air going into the condenser is at most 91 degrees, you could set your T-stat down to 71 degrees if you wanted to.
Go GDGI
I like your statement:
"Either support GDGI or shut up"
I have been trying to advocate this for a long time here, but we have some posters who get off on finding negative things about GDGI; as if people really have to know all the negatives that they bring up, some of which are past problems that have long since been overcome.
Other negatives that have come are misleading statements such as the one I corrected recently. Unfortunately, we can't control everyone here who wishes to defend that which should not be defended, and drag out a point that was already resolved in a single reply post.
Great post. You usually have something good to add to this forum.
Steve;
Humor is fine, but when one uses vulgarity to express it, that is not allowed here and I reported the post you have praised for a TOS violation.
My view is that the use of vulgarity in trying to be humorous shows a lack of creativity besides being improper in this forum.
I know it is seldom true today, but there were some very good commedians in previous eras who did not use vulgarity in their routines, and they were very funny.
My statement about negative comments was not directed at you.
As far as throwing mud is concerned, I think the post this is replying to represents more of that than my comments have.
If you guys can't handle correction to your communications, that is not my problem.
I made it known that I am one of the senior guys here, and perhaps that was a mistake on my part, and my conservative viewpoint probably puts me into a somewhat minority position here.
Being 60 does not automatically mean that someone is "old" in either mind or body, nor does it make me outdated or irrelevant. I always had respect for those who were much older than myself, unless they proved that such respect was unwarranted.
My father was an English teacher at the high school level, and I was an honor student in my own high school; having been repeatedly put into 'advanced' English classes, so I have a good handle on the use of written words in order to communicate properly.
I am going to call it as it is, and if you guys don't like, that's too bad.
There seems to be a tendency for impatience to express itself in the form of negativity.
We have to guard against this kind of thing. In the stock world, a few months is a relatively short period of time, and some of us don't seem to have the 'stomach' for waiting it out.
I remember my father remarking to me about why my brothers lost interest in fishing, and I kept going with him on those fishing trips. He said it was because they were too impatient for the sport; whereas I had the ability to wait out the periods of time when the fish weren't biting.
Sorry Steve but I am going to have to disagree with you here.
The guy DID 'back-peddle', and Ben could actually know what is going to happen with both the debt and distribution of seized assets. His lawyer has probably already filled him in on this, but Ben is not allowed to disclose this to anyone else.
Eveyone actually already knows how much debt is going to be forgiven.
It might be illegal for Ben to act (purchase/sell stock) on the seizeded property information, as an insider.
It would be far better if you would word your posts to communicate what you really mean so people don't get mislead.
That way you don't have to correct yourself later on after it has been pointed out that your first statement was incorrect.
Otherwise, we might get the idea that you are a 'back-peddler'.
The conclusion that Ben doesn't know is an assumption on your part and represents only one possibility.
The other possibility is that he is not allowed to speak about the final results of the case to us, and he may know exactly what is going to happen after sentencing is given.
My advice to 'stick around' was not directed at you. A post was made recently saying that someone was planning on selling their shares because they had already waited 6 months, with no results. Pay closer attention here and you won't get so confused.
Go GDGI
It seems to me that someone who has hung in there for 6 months should be able to hang in there for another 3 or 4 months.
I think that we will see some real movement in pps by mid November.
Go GDGI
There is a principle that I have come to recognize:
when success is near at hand, the weak and impatient will be the ones to give up just before it happens.
Go GDGI
I guess that there is one thing we can always count on in any thing we do in life; there will always be naysayers lurking around to try and kill everyone's joy.
Go GDGI.
Ben will probably find a way to get in touch with the FBI.
That could wind up being a big order, and give GDGI a lot of clout too.
Wish I did, but do not. I only heard about the FBI interest in reducing energy consumption on the radio.
Steve, we are in the .003s now. GDGI shares are going on sale.
For those of you who have 'dollar signs' in your eyes about investing in real estate, keep a few things in mind.
Hedge funds account for a large percentage of the average increase in home values right now, and they will not be funneling their billions into the housing market forever.
At some point, they will stop buying, and begin selling their holdings. When that happens, the price for a house will stabilize and may even go down.
Another thing is that stocks are much easier to buy and sell than real estate is. One could buy a house now, thinking in terms of 'flipping' it, then be left 'holding the bag' before they can sell it.
At GDGIs present share price, we are looking at a minimum opportunity to double one's money in the very near future, then later on we could see the price up more than 10X what it is now.
The real estate market just does not compare with the GDGI opportunity.
My view is that we will most likely never see GDGI shares go for less than .002 again. JMO
My guess is that 'Dutch' will be getting back into GDGI when it gets down to what looks like a bottom in this downturn.
The old saying is that you should sell when everyone is buying, and buy when everone is selling.
I started buying back in to GDGI for the second round (after losing in the fall of 2011) in November of last year; a time when the price was less than .002. My average share price now is about .0035, so I am still in pretty good shape to hold my shares.
I suppose there are numerous reasons that we have some people dumping GDGI stock now.
Among them is probably the presence of the numerous TV spots that advertise "The Mister" domestic pre-cooling system, and also the fact that real estate investing is looking attractive right now; with home values having gone up 11%, or more, across the USA.
I wrote Ben an E-mail. Here are the contents of what I wrote and then what he wrote back.

Ben;
I am a shareholder of GDGI stock and
I heard a radio spot recently that told how the FBI has become very energy consumption conscious. So much so that they turn off their computers after they finish their shifts, whereas they used to keep them on.
Was wondering if they are among those who have tested the commercial mister system. If not, maybe they might be a good prospect for the future.

(Ben wrote back and said),
"I will look into it. If you have any contacts that would help."

Maybe someone who has a relative or friend who works for the FBI might be able to put a 'bug' in their ear about the great savings that a GDGI pre-cooler system could provide for them.
What happened? This is the first time I have ever seen no new posts made on an open market day.
Someone care to say something?
Go GDGI
August 14th is our next due date for 10-Q, and that is less than 3 weeks away.
Steve;
How is the Australia marketing coming?
Their summer begins in December, which would give us a smoother marketing year.
Thanks Steve.
Go GDGI
Has anyone got anything definitive as to whether Ben is actually still the CEO, or just a large shareholder who can sit in on board meetings?
Reason I ask is because someone saw a communication where he said he "left" GDGI about 2 months ago.
