Sorry Steve but I am going to have to disagree with you here.

The guy DID 'back-peddle', and Ben could actually know what is going to happen with both the debt and distribution of seized assets. His lawyer has probably already filled him in on this, but Ben is not allowed to disclose this to anyone else.

Eveyone actually already knows how much debt is going to be forgiven.

It might be illegal for Ben to act (purchase/sell stock) on the seizeded property information, as an insider.
