Humor is fine, but when one uses vulgarity to express it, that is not allowed here and I reported the post you have praised for a TOS violation.
My view is that the use of vulgarity in trying to be humorous shows a lack of creativity besides being improper in this forum.
I know it is seldom true today, but there were some very good commedians in previous eras who did not use vulgarity in their routines, and they were very funny.
