If you hold AXCG for two years. Plan on losing every dollar that you have invested in this stock.
AXCG is a dilution scheme.
I have seen very few REAL buyouts on OTC stocks like FRTD. The majority of buyout offers on most OTC stocks usually turnout to be phony within a few days after the press release. What makes you think FRTD could be one of those rare winners?
Why did the FRTD stock price crash yesterday?
Many investors/traders have done very well with SPRWF especially if they got in early. Everyone please add me to your follow list for future reference. In my honest opinion the Wolf of Weed Street is overrated. He alerts naïve investors to pot stocks after him and his cronies preload shares of various marijuana stocks. Then they DUMP their shares after new investors buy the stock.
Cheers!

WFEMF Buffett, Terrorists & China Control This Metal
Tungsten is one of the few metals where demand is expected to outpace supply in the coming years, and there is a potential treasure trove of profits to be made by miners of the metal. The massive profit potential, unfortunately, has even attracted organized crime to get involved with tungsten mining. The day after Christmas, Bloomberg reported that Colombia's government was preparing to seize a tungsten mine run by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). According to Bloomberg, "tungsten mined for the profit of FARC makes its way into the supply lines of the makers of BMWs, Ferraris, Porsches and Volkswagens, computers and BIC pens." Bloomberg continued "Apple Inc. and Samsung (005930) Inc. have also bought material from that tainted supply line. The parts are used for iPhones, iPads, iPods and Galaxy mobile devices." What does that say about the tungsten industry when a criminal enterprise is illegally mining the metal and somehow getting the ill-gotten commodity into consumer products?
Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Connection Warren Buffett is not a big commodity investor. He seeks revenue growth. In respect to gold, for example, Buffett sarcastically stated, "Gold gets dug out of the ground in Africa, or someplace. Then we melt it down, dig another hole, bury it again and pay people to stand around guarding it. It has no utility. Anyone watching from Mars would be scratching their head." Interestingly, it appears he feels quite differently about tungsten, a metal with enough practical demand to allow Mr. Buffett to see its investment worthiness. As recently as 2012, Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, through its IMC International Metalworking unit, agreed to invest $80 million in one of the world's largest tungsten mines, located in South Korea. In respect to Berkshire Hathaway's investment, Forbes contributor Eric Savitz wrote, "While the deal may come as a surprise to the outside world, those with knowledge of tungsten understand that it's a crucial but disappearing resource that continues to affect all of us."

Drilling program is expected to be completed by mid-July, 2014
Mr. Michel Gaucher, CEO of Woulfe Mining Corp., announces that the Company commenced its Phase V drilling program on April 7, 2014. This will be a 4,000 metre drilling program designed to narrow the grid spacing to 20 metres on all three levels: the -1, the Sangdong and the Taebeck levels.
This drilling program is expected to generate approximately 6,000 samples which will be assayed by SGS in Australia, of which 25% have already been shipped for assaying.
This drilling program is expected to be completed by mid-July, 2014, and the results of the assays are expected during the second half of August, 2014.

Currently, the Board and Interim CEO have initiated an internal review to further preserve cash, reduce costs and enhance corporate efficiencies. In addition, the Company continues negotiations with various parties to provide a short-term financing solution to meet its obligations and to provide funds to advance the Company's flagship Sangdong Tungsten Project, although there is no guarantee that such financing may be available. Longer term, the Company, with the considerable assistance of its largest shareholder, Dundee Corporation, continues its ongoing discussions with IMC International Metal Working Companies B.V. in order to reach a successful completion of the strategic transactions announced in February 2012.
The current Board review also investigated, with the assistance of Dundee Corporation, the technical aspects of the Sangdong Tungsten Project and identified considerable additional test work necessary to bring the project to commercial preparedness. This will require additional funding to complete. Meanwhile, a full complement of staff and employees remain on site at the Sangdong Tungsten Project planning further technical work and assessment.

Something fishy is going on here. A legitimate buyout offer would have gapped up to .12 cents immediately and remain at that price until finalized.
Is this a phony FRTD buyout offer? Perhaps the CEO was getting desperate.
I disagree, he should be allowed to compare two similar stocks like SPRWF and ATTBF.
I see they squeezed out another huge dump from ANAS in after hours again. The stock price was down nearly 10% in after hours.

That article is nothing but a biased Canadian article written by someone at Stockhouse in order to appease Tweed, Supreme Pharmaceuticals and other Canadian marijuana stock shareholders. A lot of Canadians are extremely jealous of FITX and the potential of this company.
I have a brilliant idea for Chris and Alternaturals. The company needs to tweak the 5 hour high formula so they can sell a non THC legal version along with regular version. They can formulate it with various Chinese herbs and supplements to achieve the desired effects. 5 hour energy is mostly caffeine so that tells me their product gained popularity from a successful marketing campaign and the catchy name.
Brace yourselves for the big dump from ANAS in after hours today. It's coming!
The company removed their BEST product from the Alternaturals website and that concerns me. The 5 hour high formula could be tweaked to contain various herbal extracts. 5 hour energy contains caffeine as the main ingredient.
Legal issues
Innovation Ventures has sued the makers of products such as "6-Hour Power" and "8-Hour Energy" for trademark infringement

Savvy investors are buying cheap shares of WFEMF (Woulfe Mining). Woulfe is in strategic negotiations with Warren Buffett's company IMC part of the Berkshire Hathaway group of companies. Two scenarios could take place here. Goodman's Dundee Corporation makes a buyout offer or Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway makes a buyout offer on Woulfe Mining.
