shorters getting nervous?
You should take you own company public since you seem like such an expert
they already mentioned they are in the process if updating the website and should be completed by the EOY
Sorry but that is not actually correct. Almost all S-1's done by penny stocks are self underwritten - look at the S-1 filed by the company last year
I would assume it would be self underwritten like their first S-1 was
They said they are filing an S-1 for 30,000,000 shares of the Preferred Stock so I would assume they are doing some sort of offering
I want to know how I can buy some of the Preferred Stock that they are using for the financing
I guess you did not read the release. Management is paying for it and they are using the Preferred Stock to fund it
Curious if they will over the Preferred to the shareholders and what if they get the Preferred trading as well
So you have none I guess. I am a firm believer that a good idea can come from anywhere so I guess I was hoping you were a shareholder who had a good idea. So if you don't have any idea and have all these concerns - then why are you even here? Just curious
So what would you like to see the Company do to grow that they have not done?
the Suriname deal looks interesting - they are moving personal resources to do it. hopefully the cash flow can help grow the operations in peru
That would be great....the management seems to be actually trying to grow and move the company forward unlike most penny stocks
They sell off the ask - no problem with that. I hate seeing ETRF since that who has been shorting the stock with CDEL
Shorts are going to have to cover
So what is you master plan for the Company - I would like to know since I think management is doing what the can to grow the business
Good to see you have not changed you point of view. Still waiting for your master plan since you don't the management's plan. Also, if you dislike it so much why are you here if you don't think we can make money?
I can't believe this stock is still around. I recall them talking about the same stuff 4 years ago but seems like no movement has been made
It is a shame - this company had such promise
Has anyone been following this for a while - just curious about the S-1 and the repeated RW. Assuming that there may be an SEC issue - anyone know anything about that?
I hope not. It will be nice once Asher is gone
I do love Apple and buying it at these levels. It really was not a loan from Bill Gates it was to settle a patent infringement case with Apple which if you recall Steve Jobs got lambasted for doing because no one thought it was best for the stock price. So he did what was best for the operations not what was best for the stock price and looks like he was right. But I agree that hopefully the Company can move on from Asher.
The sad part of buying and selling stocks on the open market is your interest are not always the same as the Company. The Company wants to grow and shareholders just want the pps to go up. I'm sure the management at Apple is more concerned about the operations of the company than the stock price - just like what the management has said here - they are concerned about the long term pps and not what it is next week or next month
I guess buying is the same as giving to since all shares have been purchased either by conversion of loans (which means cash given) or warrants which i think was at $.006.
Who are the giving shares away to?
Curious though where the shares are coming from. You were saying it was the 10,000,000 from the S-8 which based on your statements prior must be sold already. The 8-K stating that the share count has not gone up since 12/1 except for the shares issued to management (which are restricted till 2015. so no other shares have been issued Asher cannot convert yet. So I'm just confused on where you think these shares coming from that are being dumped? Are you 100% sure it is not shareholder selling their position or shorter or a MM playing with the stock? If it is any of those 3 then it is not the company dumping. I am just confused because you always say it is dumping and not Asher or anyone else.
I don't disagree with that but complaining without any idea of what to do instead is what we all did in high school we are not in high school any more. I was hoping maybe they had an idea that would spark an idea with management
Ok the CEO spends every other money on the ground in Peru. I'm sure there are project managers there the rest of the time. So what is the next step since they are doing that. Unless you want the CEO at the site all the time - that would be like having the CEO of Apple in the factory watching the Iphone 5 being built.
In your opinion but it would be impossible to prove or disprove your statement. But lets say it is the Company or Asher or whomever - if the money is used to grow the company then who cares. Do you have a way for the Company to grow and expand without having to raise money?
I agree I doubt it is 660 grams but then again that number came from a poster here. Also, still waiting on your idea on how to grow the company?
Then why have been people posting here and on facebook for an update on where the equipment is?
A privately owned investment company, Asher Enterprises is located in Great Neck, New York.
Still waiting to hear what your idea on how to grow the company is?
at this - no idea
The Company has not said anything to the contrary
Yea but the flip agreement would be I doubt the Company would be in production and have equipment in Peru without Asher. So hopefully soon the operations will begun funding itself and Asher will not be needed. That may take 6-9 months but there is more hope here than almost any other penny stock
I agree with that - I'll take Asher over Fairhills. But they both suck - so it would be nice to find financing from another source to help with the growth and expansion.
I wish they could find better financing terms but I'm sure they are trying. But I know the capital markets are difficult right now and there really is no competition for Asher unless the Company is willing to give up free trading shares to a Fairhills or someone like that. Hopefully, though soon Asher will be a distant memory
hopefully!!!! ETRF showed 1.4 million on the ask and about that much has traded since then
I agree it makes no sense. But the common factor is ETRF sitting on the ask but I don't know it is the Company doing - typically it is since penny stock typically don't have real businesses and only make money from selling stock. This has a real business but need money to expand and grow. But the constant drop is frustrating and I'm sure it is to management as well.
