Lottalead, with this NHMD .515 Per Share New Valuation...
This .515 per share valuation for a new NHMD valuation should be viewed and understood by all based on key variables that you substituted out from the post below:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=172889783
Thanks for posting this because nobody did take me up on what I was asking them to do. Simply use the Substitution Property to substitute out any variable that changed to derive a new per share value for NHMD. With your post below, I see that you substituted out the old OS for the new OS to be 3,163,024,616 shares. Then you used a far more conservative PE Ratio than what I had found of 13.96 for the Growth Rate for the Food Processing Industry. And you derived a fundamental share price valuation for NHMD to be .515 per share.
You had taken into consideration both their $268 Million Sugar Contract and their $300 Million Chicken Paw Contract. This is what you had derived from your post below:

ANTI-BAGHOLDER, here with BLFR being incredibly huge...
BLFR is incredibly huge! I believe they are planning on going to the NASDAQ without doing a reverse split. I think investors are simply not getting it... yet. It is very quiet with investors right now. That is a very impressive report and I did not realize that it was audited by a third party (thanks):
Calvin Hobbes, Important Correction, with China Customs, huge indication...
Thanks for indicating such to me. I never went back to see if it would still post as I had stated that it would. I just figured that it wouldn't change. Heck, people could have thought that I was lying about such.
The link you used is actually the same link for the General Administration of Customs China (GACC) and is a more direct way to get to such confirmation with China Customs through the GACC. It's a little tricky with the GACC link that I posted to use:
We've officially filed the PRE14C yesterday, and the DEF14C is set to be filed on October 30. This paves the way for our acquisition of JP Energy Group. Once the deal is closed, the new members of the board will be appointed and an independent audit committee created. $NHMD

I hope things have been well with you Carjockey2!
What the bashers don't get, this ain't personal no matter how much they try to make things personal. This is about NHMD doing the right things and they are. They are doing everything by the books.
I predict NHMD is going to continue to make the bashers look stupid. It's really bash-proof! Those who don't see it now, they will see it later.

surfkast, here's proof of your ignorance and foolishness...
Here's proof of your ignorance and foolishness below which will confirm that I posted about NHMD at .0002 per share the day that the initial 8-K came out about the deal:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=172871802
Guess what? As long as a stock trades publicly, and releases news and/or a filing for all to have the right to see, it's up to each individual to decide when they are going to buy based on them doing their own DD. That's not frontloading.
Instead of bashing, maybe you should have been buying. Guess what? It's still not too late! It's really still very early!

zombywolf, to answer those NHMD Assets & Revenue Questions...
First, my apology if I had not answered your previous Assets and Revenue questions regarding NHMD. I actually had not seen them.
Here's the short version to answer your questions...
With the Assets, I would say to read through the JP Energy Group website below to see what is coming into NMHD:
https://www.jpenergygroup.com/
https://www.jpenergygroup.com/sugar
https://www.jpenergygroup.com/chicken
As for the Revenues... on Friday, Sep 22 2023, NHMD filed an 8-K with the SEC confirming the Change of Control of NHMD going over to JP Energy Group. The beauty about this deal is that JP Energy Group is in the process of having transferred over to them, all rights to the sale of the sugar of the Sugar Contract from JP Energy Partners of which is the owner of the contract that has a maximum value of $268,140,000 including all fees and discounts per the 8-K filed by NHMD below which is one of the prerequisites to move forward:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=16941153&guid=1jg-kpw7lRDWJth
The $268,140,000 will be considered Revenue for NHMD. From what I have learned, the deal is very profitable which will result in a substantial amount of Net Income from the $268,140,000 in Revenue. Heck, consider even a 20% Net Profit Margin. Divide that number by the Outstanding Shares (OS) of 3,163,024,616 shares and you would get an Earnings Per Share (EPS) that would be awesome for NHMD. Now multiply that by the Growth Rate for the Food Processing Industry or the P/E Ratio for the Food Processing Industry and come back and tell us all what share price valuation you come up with.
After you do that, now go and do the same thing with their $300 Million contract that was added and add that to the deal above. And come back and tell us what you come up with.
For me, this is an awesome deal for NHMD and I believe that we should be trading somewhere in the multi-pennies range or higher if not before, then after the deal closes on or before Oct 31, 2023.
And to add... the company has done everything that they said they were going to do up to this point. So I believe that the deal is going to close.

rockie101, to make things clear for you...
I have been knowing you for a few years and I have always had respect for you to not being a basher. However, when you make certain posts like this one below, it could be considered a form of subtle bashing:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173031629
Those are the kinds of posts that the bashers make towards me sometimes so it makes me see you a certain way. Sometimes I get a little burnt out with fighting with bashers hiding behind their alias playing the blame game every time something goes wrong or not as planned to act as if things were my fault or like I'm the mastermind behind everything misleading everyone.
Look, I am just a shareholder just like everyone else that is here in NHMD. This is just one of the stocks that I had on watch because I had bought in the .002s back in 2021 and was still holding it. So when I was alerted that they had released an 8-K, I posted it here at .0002 per share as a Lotto Play:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=172871802
Then as I started doing further due diligence (DD), I made the decision that this is more than just a Lotto Play. I do strongly believe in NHMD but heck, I could be wrong. I have been wrong before. I'm not at their round table sitting in on part of their decisions. I'm taking the risk that things are real just like you and any other shareholder that is here. However things turn out, good or bad, it will have nothing to do with little old me. The success will depend on NHMD delivering what they are claiming to have and not whether or not me believing in them or not. I simply shared why I strongly believe in NHMD which is what these forums are for, to share DD. Ultimately, the decision to invest resides with each investor as they should be making their decision based on them doing their own DD.
Now, back to what you were looking for...
The $300 Million contract was recently filed in an 8-K with the SEC, but there's more to it. What I posted in the link below should answer what you are looking for:

Bobinsd, respectfully, with that NHMD thought...
That's the risk that we all take with any stock in any market. I think investors are waiting to see if they are going to have the funding to honor their $268 Million and $300 Million contracts. They are no good if they can't get the funding to support those huge contracts. It's kind of like being a mining company with huge amounts of resources in the ground, but don't have the money to pull them out of the ground.
However, here with NHMD (JP Energy Group), I'm taking the risk that they are going to have the funding to honor their contracts. Being able to get the funding from the banks, as they have indicated what they are doing, means that NHMD don't have to use dilution for funding. So far, the last shares issued were issued back in June 2023. That suggests that dilution is not in their plan for growing the company. Also, they are using preferred shares and not common shares to close the acquisition which is also a good reason to believe that they are doing things right. Also, NHMD is a fully reporting company that files audited financials with the SEC. That's another shot of credibility in their arm for confidence.
They stated that have a verbal approval for the financing for the $268 Million Sugar contract in the earlier 8-K filed with the SEC below. That strongly suggests that it is done or at least that the hard part is out of the way, in my opinion. Thus far, they are waiting to officially secure the financing via receipt of its Letter of Credit that they have been officially waiting for that they are expecting any day now:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=16966415&guid=FG5-kF8sfHc8Kih
This is not a scam in my opinion because the SEC and China Customs couldn't be in on a scam with little old NHMD. From reading what I posted earlier, they are cleared and registered through China Customs to export the $268 Million worth of sugar from Brazil to China:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=172926082
This is actually pretty big. I remember hearing somewhere that less than 30% of the companies in the world are authorized to do business with China and it's a good thing that NHMD will be officially one of them.
Then NHMD recently filed in an 8-K that following a successful trial shipment of Grade A frozen chicken paws, the agreement outlines a schedule for the remaining 97,000 metric tons to be delivered in 12 monthly shipments that equates to a value of $300 Million which is a huge amount of recurring revenue for NHMD:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=16988128&guid=AV5-kFC6a8BsiZh
Look, I have never eaten a chicken paw in my life and I have no desire to try one (even though I love chicken LOL). But after doing some further research, I've learned that there is a huge market for chicken paws in certain places around the world. As for sugar, I think we all know how important sugar is in all of our lives all over the world.
So far, NHMD has been doing everything that they have been telling us that they were going to do. I don't see any reason to doubt what they are building. They stated that we will be seeing a PRE-14C filed with the SEC this week. I could post so many more reason reasons why I believe in NHMD, but let's see if they continue keeping with their word to the market and their investors.

Kjv, with your thought...
The "Going Concern Statements" are usually within the financials of a company as I am aware of such. This is an 8-K so the "forward looking" thought that you are referring to is likely what they are doing. I'm not disagreeing with you, but what I'm simply saying is that they are trying to put investors in such a conservative mindset with such huge deals with NHMD in my opinion based on how the language was used. It's really neither here nor there because I believe that they will execute of both of their huge deals. I think we are good with either mindset.
v/r
Sterling
Kjv, respectfully...
No, I meant "Going Concern Statements" within some multi-billion dollar companies. I don't recall them now, but back when I used to trade major market stocks on a regular basis, many of them had such statements. Those companies still generated their billions, but having such within their financials was a way to appease the SEC for showing that you were not trying to mislead investors through some kind of pumping. What NHMD is saying within their 8-Ks is simply similar by showing a similar type of conservatism.
v/r
Sterling
lovethatgreen, important understanding to answer those NHMD questions...
First, you are mixing the financing for the two deals together. The $268 Million Sugar contract is basically financed and is a requirement for the merger deal to close. They stated that have a verbal approval for the financing for the $268 Million Sugar contract in the earlier 8-K filed with the SEC below:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=16966415&guid=FG5-kF8sfHc8Kih
With contracts like these, the money given will be given to buy the sugar only and not to get it there. It's not free to deliver the sugar, especially in that large of an amount. There is a process involved that is not free to get it there; packaging, freight, logistics, etc. Like when you go buy a new car from a dealership. You are just paying for the car. You are not paying for freight, logistics, etc. for getting the car there. Or better yet, when you are buying sugar from the store. You are just buying that bag or box of sugar from the store. You are not responsible for funding how the store got there cases of sugar to their store.
Also something else to note. Notice that they have used strong cautionary statements within their 8-Ks. That is because they are an SEC filing fully reporting company that files audited financials and those statements are like the "Going Concern Statements" that you see within many of the major market stocks. I like this because with deals this huge, it is important that you don't come across as if you are pumping the magnitude of the deal. The SEC likes when you have a certain kind of conservatism with your delivery with deals of this magnitude.

This is very important to make sure investors know that this is further confirmation that the $268 Million deal via NHMD merger with JP Energy Group. Inc. is definitely happening in my opinion. I think the company will release something more finite to confirm such and more eliminating dilution concerns in the upcoming filing this week. With that SC-15G filed with the SEC back on June 20, 2023, those 225,302,464 shares were issued to AW Finance Group, Inc. based on a 9.9% distribution of the Outstanding Shares (OS) being 2,253,024,646 shares as of April 20, 2023 to cover the remaining debt in my opinion as indicated below:

Strukture, with this NHMD $268 Million deal being done...
I share your same sentiments. I too believe that the NHMD $268 Million deal is basically done. I'm not sure how many more hints investors need before the PRE-14C is filed next week and the DEF-14C is filed 10 days later. I have actually come across some people that asked me about NHMD on one hand, but then on another hand made some comments as if they were not sure about NHMD because of past situations that had not done well for them in the past. In my opinion, that's not how one should think. One should not be afraid of doing their own due diligence to make a sound decision. You have to judge each stock and its situation separately based on its own merits.
I had to tell a couple of people that this is not personal. I could care less if they buy NHMD or not for whatever reason, but a $268 Million deal is a $268 Million deal. I asked them to tell me a deal that any of us have ever been in that had a deal this big that actually have filed the contract in an 8-K with the SEC. They couldn't as I know that I couldn't name one either. I know lots of stocks that have all kinds of crazy "potential" but not an actual contract or deal for such a number.
Bottom line, again, each stock should be judged based on it's own merit. So far, NHMD is doing better in communicating to the public and its shareholders than any stock I have ever been in or seen in my over 30 years of investing. This is not personal. This is not about me, or you, or any investor posting here on IHub, Twitter, or anywhere. This is not about any of our history good or bad with any stock. Heck, neither of us are connected to the company. We are just little small time shareholders that have decided to take the risk based on doing our own DD. This is about NHMD and them doing the right things and having the right things to be something huge for investors. Those who don't see it now... will see it later.
Everyone should read what you posted below. Then if they don't get it, then maybe it's just not for them:

cnote420, with your NHMD observation...
Interesting NHMD observation. Back then when NHMD had gone over a penny a couple of times, it didn't have nowhere near the catalysts that it has now. I think this is why this time, when it goes over a penny, it should stay there. Bottom line, closing the $268 Million contract will add huge value well into the pennies and keep it there.
Also, after doing further DD, I have a very very strong feeling that NHMD will be having more major contracts too!

rockie101, in my opinion, here's what's keeping NHMD from really moving...
** I think that there has been some legacy debt that has been holding NHMD down a little. These are not new shares. These are old shares that were put into circulation a few moons ago from the old CEO and not from the new CEO. The accumulation in this area has been great. I think once such is done, we will see the stock trade much much cleaner. I believe that the time is near.
** I think once such happens, or is close to happening, that will be the last of these cheap shares. I think confirmation will be seeing the next share structure update on OTC Markets being anything lower than the 2,883,024,616 shares for the OS as of 09/29/2023:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NHMD/security
** Then I believe we will see an ever greater belief once OTC Markets updates the NHMD Profile Page to reflect John Parks.
** Then the market is going to need to see an announcement, be it PR and/or 8-K, of the deal closing with the confirmation of the $268 Million Sugar Contract being transferred over into JP Energy Group from JP Energy Partners.
** Then the market is going to need to see an announcement, be it PR and/or 8-K, that the financing to support the $268 Million Sugar Contract has been officially secured via receipt of its Letter of Credit that that have been officially waiting for. Thus far they have a verbal approval from the bank that it is coming.
I believe that we are very close to those things happening and once they do, if we are not already in the pennies, we should be well on our way in my opinion.
