Bobinsd, respectfully, with that NHMD thought...

That's the risk that we all take with any stock in any market. I think investors are waiting to see if they are going to have the funding to honor their $268 Million and $300 Million contracts. They are no good if they can't get the funding to support those huge contracts. It's kind of like being a mining company with huge amounts of resources in the ground, but don't have the money to pull them out of the ground.

However, here with NHMD (JP Energy Group), I'm taking the risk that they are going to have the funding to honor their contracts. Being able to get the funding from the banks, as they have indicated what they are doing, means that NHMD don't have to use dilution for funding. So far, the last shares issued were issued back in June 2023. That suggests that dilution is not in their plan for growing the company. Also, they are using preferred shares and not common shares to close the acquisition which is also a good reason to believe that they are doing things right. Also, NHMD is a fully reporting company that files audited financials with the SEC. That's another shot of credibility in their arm for confidence.

They stated that have a verbal approval for the financing for the $268 Million Sugar contract in the earlier 8-K filed with the SEC below. That strongly suggests that it is done or at least that the hard part is out of the way, in my opinion. Thus far, they are waiting to officially secure the financing via receipt of its Letter of Credit that they have been officially waiting for that they are expecting any day now:

This is not a scam in my opinion because the SEC and China Customs couldn't be in on a scam with little old NHMD. From reading what I posted earlier, they are cleared and registered through China Customs to export the $268 Million worth of sugar from Brazil to China:

This is actually pretty big. I remember hearing somewhere that less than 30% of the companies in the world are authorized to do business with China and it's a good thing that NHMD will be officially one of them.

Then NHMD recently filed in an 8-K that following a successful trial shipment of Grade A frozen chicken paws, the agreement outlines a schedule for the remaining 97,000 metric tons to be delivered in 12 monthly shipments that equates to a value of $300 Million which is a huge amount of recurring revenue for NHMD:

Look, I have never eaten a chicken paw in my life and I have no desire to try one (even though I love chicken LOL). But after doing some further research, I've learned that there is a huge market for chicken paws in certain places around the world. As for sugar, I think we all know how important sugar is in all of our lives all over the world.

So far, NHMD has been doing everything that they have been telling us that they were going to do. I don't see any reason to doubt what they are building. They stated that we will be seeing a PRE-14C filed with the SEC this week. I could post so many more reason reasons why I believe in NHMD, but let's see if they continue keeping with their word to the market and their investors.
