Ah, Derf has a new vocation. I notice he hasn't been around here much. He's probably worn out from booting hard drives, plugging and playing and other pervasive computer stuff.
Wait, is it pervasive or perverse, those two words are so confusing!
Hope you're having a great summer.
I think it is. Go WGAS! Sorry, but there are no Bulls left here and it seems that someone should continue to cheer Mr. Volk's efforts.
So this is how always telling the truth works?
I would buy this just because of the ticker! It's great. Maybe subbies are more your thing.
Maybe there's some "swamp draining" going on here today.
I don't know anything, just speculating like you. If you are correct and if retail can manage to jump in front of the toxic guys to get something sold, I will be happy to see it.
Sorry, they only sold 68.9 million shares today. I seriously thought they would jump on those trip 4 and trip 3 bids.
I think the number will be impressive! But, ahem, it's not a sign of dilution. Remember that.
The sold 70 million shares today and, even at these prices they have at least doubled their money thanks to Volk's great business acumen. As long as there are buyers, even at trip one, the debt holders make a ton of money. There is no need for a pump until the stock gets closer to no bid. Just my opinion. I really hope you are right for the sake of the retail investors who were taken in here.
No worries, they will take out the three's and four's and then supply a very thin coat of paint to the fives. That's the way this stock trades.
Even though it's not unexpected, it's still sad to watch. WGAS has no conscience.
Impressive, those are some classy spawn you raised!
Stock or salary it's an outrage to take so much to run a company that does NO REVENUE PRODUCING BUSINESS for years and years. And, maybe if he only went to one toxic financier at one time, just maybe I could agree with you but, he's done it over and over and over, collected his salary, paid his friends and gotten nothing done. With the amount of debt he's accumulated without ANY results or ANY ASSETS, that loan is just a pipe dream, old news to sell shares. IMO, of course.
YOu do realize that any shares he's issued for salary to himself and others are only restricted for 6 months, don't you?
It has grown rather quiet here. No one has posted anything about the court case. There's been no communication from the company. The web site remains down. The stock is tanking. The OS increased another 90 million shares.
Yes, of course you are right. Volk, the one who partnered with Tony and signed all the toxic debt deals with the worst possible terms and with the worst possible toxic guys, is a great business man who has nothing but the shareholders' best interests in mind. What was I thinking by not buying this. Maybe I should bid sit at trip one.
I hope you are correct about some kind of turn around, just for those who kept buying and averaging down based on pinkie "DD". Those are the only ones harmed here. WGAS made money in exactly the way it was designed to. Someone is still buying. Maybe the shell will have a new story soon.
Imo, of course.
Apparently the court case didn't go so well. But, WGAS has gone through all the pink steps; startup, sell stock, reverse split, new story, sell stock, reverse split, new story and management, reverse split, new management is dirt, reverse split, sell stock, court battle, rumors of merger, death. It's in death mode now, I guess. Next will be new name, new story, start over. Oh, and the most important, collect money up front from toxic guys each time the story changes a little and put out some PR's to keep the public interested then blame the toxic guys because the terms of conversion that were agreed to in advance were so harmful to the company.
But, the question is who was harmed? The company that got the money up front after signing the most toxic of conversion deals imaginable, no the company got millions of dollars for doing nothing. I know, it was the people who were convinced that this was going to make them rich.
WGAS is a stock selling company. and a very successful one. All IMO, of course.
the trip 6 moved about 5 minutes before the close, trip sevens traded and that trade was held and settled after the close. Closed at trip 7, one trip 6 settled late and now the stock will open at trip 6 tomorrow so it will look like it runs a higher percentage than it really does. Just another way the rules are used against investors. A trick of the trade that most traders know well.
I understand what the manipulated close was. It makes the close today higher and the starting point tomorrow lower. Happens all the time during penny stock promos. Doesn't make it right.
Yep, it's an outrage either way it happens. No one should be manipulating WGAS stock, in any way. Too bad Volk opened that door so wide. It's a terrible thing to do to investors.
I know exactly what t trades are and exactly how they are used to mislead penny stock investors. Thanks anyway.
T trades are trades that happened during the trading session that were not settled on time so those trades happened sometime during trading. Sometimes the broker settles them late just to make the stock look like it traded at a certain price. In this case, it will open tomorrow at the t trade price so that the movement will look 20% bigger than it for tomorrow's session. Just another manipulation tool in penny stock land. It makes today look like it closed higher and it will start the trading session off tomorrow lower. A win-win for the stock manipulators. IMO, of course.
As sure as anyone without inside info can be.
I have already posted that it was telling to me that EXXI didn't partner on it prior to the bankruptcy. They partnered with lots of other property owners down there but not this one.
I was responding to this post,
But, record volume and the last trade was at trip 6. so, 81 million shares moved it one tick. At that rate, a billion shares will barely move it.
Again, who cares about the shorts. Anyone who shorts or otherwise tries to manipulate the price of WGAS deserves exactly what they get, eh?
I guess if they are pumping from the same reserve, they can just pump it all from their existing location since it's so close, why even bother to drill a second well?
This is the correct number of shares from the TA yesterday.
looks like VNDM is spoiling the party already. Bummer.
The rest of the "loadees" have arrived. Push it on up! Earn it!
Define "much".
I haven't used the word scammer but, in my assessment, he is a very sub-par business person. He has buried the company in debt, entered into catastrophic deals with both Mason and every toxic funder in penny land. All-the-while he has built absolutely nothing and his only asset is in dispute. That restricted stock is generally restricted for 6 months. Do you honestly believe that he isn't selling any of it? And the fact that his salary, deferred, cash or however it's collected, is 240k a year for producing nothing is a travesty. Most people starting up legitimate businesses take a modest salary while they are starting up. Only in penny stock land do they collect a quarter million dollar salary from a company without revenue for 5 years.
All imo, of course.
Oh, it's going alright. Maybe there needs to be an "UP" in that sentence.
WGAS is as far from hot as a stock can get, well four ticks away from that point maybe. Anyway, who cares about the shorts? Can you elaborate? Also, Volk took the cash for shares deals, why is anyone but him to blame for what has happened to the shareholders?
I think that is an absolutely correct assessment of what's been going on with WGAS for quite some time now.
Nothing wrong with healthy debate as to the merits or defects of the WGAS business plan. It's the labeling that invites more labeling, but that's been taken care of now, hasn't it. Go VNDM, dump those WGAS shares.
Look, suddenly, without warning all those "sellers" have increased their ask to trip six and all those "buyers" have increased their bid to trip 5. It almost looks like a coordinated effort to move the stock price up today. Nah, that never happens, there's no manipulation in this market. And look, VNDM at the top of the ask with his, ahem, 10k shares blocking anyone else from selling the shares they bought at trip 5 for a flip.
IMO, of course.
WGAS is one of thousands of penny stocks, actually it's a subbie now, that sells the same thing every day. The property they own is full of oil, gold, rare earth, and on and on and on.......they have no money, no resources, no actual ownership of anything and have been in "business" for years without really doing anything except selling stock. WGAS is a stock selling company, it always has been and will continue to be until no one buys the story or the stock. A very lucrative business indeed. imo, OF COURSE.
