Do you not think that a person like Volk who has money and has friends with money could not convince some of them to invest in a solid business at better terms? Do you think he should really be making 240k a year running a company without revenue? Wake up. This is easy money from selling stock. That's all it's ever been, Imo.

A company with a solid business plan and viable properties can find investors who will not rape those who buy the stock on the open market. ANY dealings with toxic guys means one thing, the company is in business to get quick money by wholesaling stock at huge discounts to the market.
